Mario Marcati and his team were extremely professional, kind, and very clean! They got the job we asked for done in a day and a half and we could not be happier with the job that was done. We worked with Servpro for over a year while our home was repaired from tornado damage.Eric was always prompt, professional and polite. He was friendly and personable. The process of moving out most of the contents of our house and moving it pack in was efficient and done carefully so there was no damage and no loss.Eric helped us through all the stages in the last year. They were very informative on the phone with the services that would be provided and communicated with us throughout the entire process to not only set expectations appropriately but to make sure we knew when the team would be arriving. Danielle and her crew are some of the best out there. Had a small leak in a basement and called them on a Sunday afternoon, a few hours later, the crew was there cleaning out and doing the remediation. I was notified of every move, from the guys heading to my house, to the work being done that day, and I was pleasantly surprised. I would refer them to all in any situation. Had mold and damage from pipe leak inside a wall. Matthew came out Sunday morning to assess damage and Edwin was here Monday morning to start remediation. Everyone is very professional and knowledgeable and great work done. Made this situation a lot less stressful. Would definitely recommend.

We are writing to share our wonderful experience with the Team that came out to our home to conduct mold remediation. We experienced two ceiling leaks recently, one of which - unbeknownst to us was a slow leak, thus there was mold.The clean up crew: Eric, Italio and Wilamen came to our home to provide the services. They were exceptionally professional and meticulous in performing the services. They took great care in moving furniture, containing the areas requiring remediation, setting up equipment and cleaning up and removing all debris. There is not a speck of dust in our house! Importantly, Eric explained what they were doing as well as post clean up planning (e.g., equipment left on) and follow up (equipment removal, etc.). Todays crew that came to remove the equipment and containment plastic were also wonderful.

The team at ServPro, Milford-Orange-Stratford was awesome! My home suffered a fire late on a Friday afternoon and I called my ServPro representative immediately. Knowing she was busy with a personal matter, I asked her to just connect me with her emergency team. Not only was the truck here within the hour to start the cleanup, so herself drive up to check on my son and I. All weekend long, the job lead and team members checked on us, calling and coming by to make sure the air quality was improving. When we moved toward the restoration phase, Team Orange once again went above and beyond helping us navigate through new floor and lighting selection and working as quickly as possible to get us back to full use of our home! I will happily recommend Mario Marcati. My parents are Senior Citizens and had a big mold problem in their basement. I called ServPro and Mario came right out and found the problem. As this was the first time that I had ever had to deal with a problem of this magnitude Marios guidance was invaluable.

I called to see if someone could come out at a time after 5pm or a weekend due to our work schedules. I was told this would be an extra charge. I was then told they might be able come out late on a Wednesday later that week. I also suggested a Friday two weeks down the road when I had a day off. Wednesday came and went and never heard a thing or saw anyone. Nothing for the later Friday. Even if you are busy this is unacceptable in a service industry. It was further unwise being I work in the insurance industry. I will be contacting a competitor and would not recommend this location.
