Our AC went out on a 94 degree day and Universal came out same day and fixed it in less than an hour. The technician, Sam, was really kind, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Well be using them again for maintenance and future needs.

We had an issue with our AC, I have called them, it was suddenly getting hot all our rooms. The temperature started raising. A technician showed up in just couple of hours, which was a great help, didn’t had to wait much. He was very professional must say he started checking the unit & diagnose the problem in very short time. There was small leakage which he was able find it, he was able to get our AC back up quickly. I was impressed, how quickly he was able to resolve, he had lots of tools which he did multiple tests to check everything was ok. The service call Fees was taken off since he did the repair, as he explained to me per their company policy.At the end he also did a final full through check our AC unit & he did a clean up on the system since it was very rusty from inside as he explained to me he done without any additional cost, which saved me a big cost . I will definitely use their services again, if I have a issue with the my AC again

My landlord used Univeral AC and the work was GREAT however if you have any personal things in your home be aware that the men who are doing the work are very careless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and will not take responsibility if anything is broken or distroyed!!!!
