I went to the Winter Park location for the first time, and unfortunately I dont plan on returning. There was nobody at the front desk to check me in for my appointment when I arrived. When I was finally checked in, I ended up having to wait 30 minutes for my appointment. I felt that the woman who did my pedicure was quite rushed and very preoccupied with her cell phone that kept dinging with notifications. The quality of my pedicure was fine, but I could have done just as good of a job myself.Also, if you have a young child that you want to take here, just know that they dont censor any of the music they have playing.

I have been coming here for years and Trish always does the best job. She knows exactly what colors I like and makes great recommendations if I am unsure. Trish is my go to girl!

Great experience. Lily was amazing. I got a spa pedicure and it was so relaxing. My one complaint is the massage chair didnt work well then not at all. At these prices I do expect a properly functioning massage chair for my pedicure. That aside the entire staff is nice and the look of the place is dope. I would come back and I would suggest them. My legs and feet feel amazing and my toes look great!Pro Tip: The amazing Lily that made my experience so great only works on Mondays.

I love joy!!!I have been to tipsy several times since they’ve opened and it’s always a pleasant experience. The reception is super friendly and accommodating and the salon is clean and enjoyable. Everyone has done good work but last time I saw joy and she went above and beyond! She gave a great in depth pedicure and massage and my dip manicure so perfectly detailed and shaped! 12/10 she made me feel so pampered and her attention to detail shows 💓

Tipsy is a fun place to get your nails done the music is good and I like the way they provide service. Cindy does the gel-x and they last so long (4 weeks or more!) I love her work she so creative! I love going to her because she does beautiful designs and her gel is flawless. She is also the sweetest person you could ever meet.

Cindy is so amazing and the really nice girl at the desk I think her name is Ashley she’s from south Florida . I used to go to this salon a lot when I lived in winter park . Cindy is so gentle if I could bring my grandma I would . Usually pedicures hurt I’m very sensitive but never with her . She is so amazing . They are a great place to go . Thank you typsy salon .

I been coming here for almost a year. Bebe the nail technician and K are amazing and they do a great job. But the customer service its poorly. They keep having this uneducated younger girls with poorly customer service quality that makes the whole experience sucks. Its the second time they mess up my appointment by not doing their job correctly. I hope the owner train them better or they going to loose business. Front desk employees are the face of the business and this face its not looking good.

I HIGHLY recommend Jackie for nails. She does a great job, very friendly, and time efficient. She cares about what you want and ensures you like it throughout the process. I had just gotten my nails done and I’m not very cautious so I broke one just two days later. Luckily it wasn’t too bad and Jackie was able to see me and make it look as if nothing happened! I had also previously gotten a pedicure which was also a great experience.

The best salon I have ever been too. Veronica was the sweetest and such an amazing nail stylist. I definitely will be back to refill with her. Great music and vibe from the staff. Very clean work stations. The bar makes it perfect for a spa day.

For my birthday my boyfriend got me a gift card to get my nails and toes done here. When I came in for my appointment on the 20th they told me after doing my nails and having me wait for 25 minutes for my pedicure that they over booked and were sorry but i would not be able to get a pedicure that day. When I explained that it was my birthday and I needed one done that is why I made the appointment the receptionist asked me if If I wanted to see her calendar and how busy it was. I’m sorry but it is not the customers fault if you over booked. Still having the gift card I came back today with an appointment at 1 for my pedicure and I have now been sitting here for 30 minutes still without a pedicure and i am leaving. Don’t come here if you’re time is valued.

I went in to get a polish change on my toes. I was going from gel to normal polish. I did not have enough time for a $50 (pedicure + gel polish like I normally do) pedicure that day, just a polish change. The experience was disappointing. The tech seemed like she needed to be anywhere else but working on my toes. She rushed the paint process that I asked her to do it again, and they were still a mess. I’m sure a quick $15 polish Change is not a techs favorite when you can be making more money with a $50 pedicure. But I had every intention ofTipping her as if I was getting that $50 pedicure. If she had actually acted like she cared and TRIED I would have felt a lot better giving her a $10 tip when it clearly was not deserved. I am paying for a service so I don’t have to do it myself, and I couldn’t even get that... how disappointing. I could clearly tell where their priorities are. I will not be returning

Have been going to Tipsy with a friend every 2 weeks for a year or so (COVID time excluded), staff are great, salon is very clean and they always do a great job! Staff wears masks and gloves, they also have plexi-glass separators between Techs and Clients.

I love the place as soon as I walked in. Everyone was friendly. The lady that did my mani and pedi was amazing. Can’t wait to try the other services.

I had pedicure here. The worst. First they had no disposable flip flops. So told me I needed to do gel. Charged me extra $20, but did not inform me at the time. Water was cold. And she made attempts to warm it, but was still cold. I was not offered a refreshment. Polish all over my skin. Nails not cut accurate. I have to go to another salon to re-do. I’ve been here a few times. And only had a good experience 1 time. Very disappointed.

Aryn Noël is by far the best hair stylist I’ve ever had. I drive over 3 hours just to get my hair done by her. Not only is she funny and easy to talk to, she’s amazing at what she does. I would recommend her to ANYONE!

Hands down the nail salon in Orlando. Doesn’t matter who you go to to get a manicure or pedicure, they’re all great. Never had a bad experience. Other nail salons don’t even compare to Tipsy in Winter Park!

Lily always does an amazing job on my nails. I get the sns dip, my own nails have grown very strong with the powder. Lily does waxing and nail services, she can even tint eyebrows too.

Loved it! Beautiful colors to choose from, wine and juice bar (and you can bring your own!!). So many options, including hot stone massage. They do hair, nails, massage, waxing etc. And everyone was knowledgeable and personable, and me and my sisters loved our techs!! We are bad people and forgot names but we will definitely be back! Good luck to my tech with that video editing I look forward to seeing it!! Also the decor and music was on point.

Me and my daughter went to get our eyebrows waxed because a friend recommended the place, the lady that did my eyebrows seemed to be in a rush and leave them really thin and uneven, they look awful, I call the salon and ask to speak with a manager or the person in charge and the girl that answer the phone told me her or the receptionist handle that type of phone calls, I proceded to explain what happened, she did apologized and offer to talk to her manager about a refund and I told her that was not the point, the problem is she didnt sound a little worried by her co workers mistake and dismiss me saying thank you for calling, Ill make sure to talk to her, this woman ruined my eyebrows right before the holidays, clearly Im upset

I paid the $100 required deposit for group of 4 to get mani/pedi on 10/10. I called 2days before to follow up and prepare, they didnt even have me on the schedule?! Took $100 for what? On 10/10, no one was ready for us at 10:50a, we brought our own beverages and waited 10min for dirty mani tables & no plexiglass. It wasnt even busy. I received regular polish mani and Spa Pedi. I was charged $75 plus $15 tip totaling $90 spent in ADDITION to my deposit for total of $190 spent ($175-tip) here. What was the $100 for? I called multiple times without success, emailed with zero responses and finally got Biancas help. I was refunded ONLY $25. So you charged me $150 for reg polish mani & spa pedi? Your website states spa pedi is $55 so the other $95 is for a regular polish mani that chipped 4days later? Why wasnt my FULL deposit REFUNDED or used towards my entire purchase? The professional response is to have a discussion but the owner/manager is never available when I call or reply to my emails and has forced me to leave review here. Please issue FULL refund as this is stealing/price gouging your customers.

Truly a great experience for my very first pedi with my girlfriend. We were treated with mimosas, back massage chairs, and a wonderful staff. My tech was gentle and took care of my footsies with excellence. I am definitely going back for another fix. Thank you, Tipsy.

This place was terrible, they dress all crusty, and they really messed up my nails. I felt so embarrassed that I actually put on gloves for a few days. I really wouldn’t recommend going going here if you’re trying to get a manicure. Also while getting a haircut the woman wouldn’t stop being on her phone. She paid no attention to me. And was just very rude. I’d rather get my haircut from the squirrel outside.

I’ve gone here several times. So far Lilly has been the best. She has the most experience I believe which is probably why. My nails usually lift or crack and I do the dip powder which is “supposedly “ the best. So far no issues after she did my nails. They have good customer service and it’s a really cute place. A little pricey is all.

Today I had the best experience with Lily. My nails came out amazing. She was super attentive & friendly. We had a bunch of laughs and I left with smiles. Her professionalism was top notch. If you’re looking for an amazing nail tech ASK FOR LILY 🤗❤️

I love this spa, it’s very comfortable. But twice I have made an appointment prior to arriving and they still made me wait to be seen 30 min past my appointment time after arriving. The third time I called ahead and the receptionist told me not to make an appointment and that they were super slow to just walk in since I was right around the corner. I showed up within 5 minutes and they had suddenly gone onto a one hour wait and even though I explained to the receptionist that she just told me to just walk in she still put me at the back of the line and told me to wait an hour. Wish they would get a better receptionist and scheduling system.

I have been going here for about a year and have tried multiple nail techs. With that being said, today I received services by Lily for my pedicure and acrylics and I have to say she exceeded my expectations! I love my nails! She is highly experienced, professional, does not rush, and more importantly pays attention to DETAILS! I’m extremely picky with my requests and she provided me exactly what I asked for! I would highly recommend her!

Nicole at Tipsy is my favorite hair stylist! She took the time to listen to want I wanted -making a big change. Her knowledge and professionalism was so nice to experience. Definitely worth the drive from Winter Garden.

This salon is absolutely excellent! Ive tried other locations around the Orlando area and non beat Tipsy Salonbar at Winter Park. Lisa helped me to get my nails prepped for my wedding shower to match exactly what I had asked for, and she was very careful to make sure the quality of work was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

I love Tipsy Salon! Penny is an incredible and talented hair stylist. She redid my highlights and they came out better than I thought! The service is great but I wish the salon would promote more of their talented hair stylists, like Penny, and nail artists on social media. The Tipsy SalonBar is amazing! They are under new management and from the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by a very friendly staff member who smiled and welcomed me and my friends. The entire staff was amazing and very professional. I would rate The Tipsy SalonBar as one of the best and top places to go get a manicure and pedicure in the entire Orlando area. Thanh did my my pedicure and manicure. I was very impressed with his skills, professionalism and customer service skills. Customer service is very important to me and all of the staff members present exemplified stellar customer service. The manager was very nice and Van was truly pleasant as well. I love love this place, I first start coming there when Brian my nail technician moved there. When I walked in the atmosphere was so friendly and clean and beautiful. Ever thing had the spirit of excellence. Brian told me about the permanent eye brows and trusting Brian I tried it. Victoria was amazing she did a awesome job. I love how it has enhanced my face. Being 58 and trying something new like this was big for me. I am glad to have found such a wonderful place. Thanks everyone there.

The best manicure and pedicure in Winter Park! I tried a powder manicure and regular pedicure. Both have held up beautifully! The atmosphere was so enjoyable, the staff was delightful, and the glass of Chardonnay was a nice touch. The massage chairs for the pedicures are comfy too. Looking forward to my next visit!

I always had the hardest time finding a salon that would replicate a picture of something that I wanted until I went to Tipsy and visited Jackie!! I showed her a picture of the SNS nails I wanted and OMG I left with a smile on my face! I told my mom and sister to go to Tipsy and to see Jackie! They will be in the salon tomorrow!

I went in for a regular pedicure and gel manicure. It usually takes about 1 hour and a half or a little less. It took over two hours. Im pretty sure the guy doing my pedicure didnt know what he was doing. My nails were also uneven and not filed the same length. It was awful. Never going back and dont recommend

My mom and I just got our nails done by Kay and Lily! They were absolutely fantastic, made phenomenal conversation with us the entire time and their attention to detail was impeccable! I highly recommend Kay and Lily every time!!

I had 3 appointments booked that we showed up on time for. One member of our party waited with her feet in the pedicure bowl for 50 minutes after asking several times why she was waiting so long. Myself and the other person were done with our pedicure service before hers even started. I was also supposed to have my eyebrows waxed and while I had to wait for the person who waited 50 minutes for service no one ever came up to me to do my eyebrows. When checking out I asked to speak to a manager and was told they were working. OK great...not a fabulous customer service experience at all. Will definitely not be back!!

Tipsy salon bar was great. The atmosphere is fun and welcoming and my nails look great. My only complaint is one of the staff asked me how much Id had to drink when I laughed at a friends joke. I was on my FIRST glass of wine. If your going to call your salon Tipsy dont shame people for one glass of wine.

This place is awesome! Came here with my friend who was getting married and her wedding party. We were all able to sit together, drink together and the ambiance is pretty neat. Its like a club inside there lol. I had Melissa who was extra fabulous but all the girls seemed very nice, welcoming, and accommodating.

10 stars for Lily. I had gel manicure and pedicure and she did a great job. I am very satisfied and will come back again.

Got a Dip Overlay here last minute and it came out amazing, everyone was super nice and greeted me pleasantly when I walked in. The music mix was great, the salon setup is beautiful and Amy did a great job on my nails. This will definitely be my new go to place.

I adore Tipsy Salonbar and all of its employees. They are always so kind and welcoming, make you feel like youre part of the Tipsy family! Not to mention my nails always look stunning when they finish. Plus, your first drink is on the house! I highly recommend them!

Really enjoyed this place. Cool look, neat idea to have a bar/hair and nail salon all in one...my only gripe is that the hair products are insanely expensive. Nearly $40 each for shampoo and conditioner. Other than that, my stylist was simply amazing! Thank you so much Penny West!

I wanted the basic pedicure and an acrylic fill (no design, no shape); I did ask if she could clean up my cuticles when I got my fill. I went to pay and I was charged $75! I questioned it and she said because I got my cuticles cleaned, she had to charge me for a manicure and then for a fill, separate. So I got charged for a manicure, pedicure, AND my acrylic fill. I’m not confrontational and she just kept saying that’s what she had to charge but goodness, $75 for a pedi and a fill?! I won’t be back or paying that price, EVER again.

I simply wont get serviced here because my friend and I walked in to ask for information about the place, the person in the front was a lady who seemed to be in charge, never looked at me. She simply spoke directly to my friend, gave her flyers and literally never looked my way or offered me any information. Totally turned off due to a lack of simple common etiquette let alone with a potential customer. No thanks...

I had a great nail appointment. The nail tech knew the polish I picked was a little quirky so she put a different base color underneath so the final result would be just right. And the girl at the bar gave me a SERIOUS pour. Five stars for that alone.

Every time I go to tipsy my service either perfectly meets or exceeds my expectations. I usually go and get my nails done by Veronika but yesterday I had my hair done by Penny and I’ve never been more pleased with how my hair has turned out. The staff is always so good with making conversation. I will definitely continue returning to Tipsy.

I would give them a 0 if I could ! We got here at 10:30. The manager of the day Don has left my daughter over 4 times to do other people . The other, to play with the baby of a customer he knew. When I said something he said it was because she was his customer. But so is my daughter and 2 hours before she arrived. If Tory (I) was here this would have never happened. Never come here. It’s a waste of time . To prove to me he did not care he then walked around the shop with this kid.

Lucky for me, this place is across the street from my job so Im able to do my nails whenever o get off at a decent time. When you first walk in, you have to sign in and they offer you a glass of water or an alcohol drink (win/win) pretty amazing customer service if you ask me. The manager was extremely attentive and everyone made us feel like we were regulars.Pros: they close at 8Cons: my nail tech wasnt too great when it came to acrylics. I had a few nails that werent shaped correctly. My other two coworkers got manicured and they came out with perfect hands.

I just saw this place online and thought it was a cool concept. Especially because my husband can come with me and sit at the bar. But when I just called and asked if they did gel extensions the receptionist acted like I was stupid and said she didnt know what they were! Not only have I had gel extensions done numerous times but I just called three places (which knew what gel extensions were... immediately) AND I made an appointment with one to get them done. How do you not know what this is if youre a nail salon? And if she was new and didnt know (which is totally understandable) she should probably ask someone before dismissing me!

Ok... so we are women of color and I have to say.. fantastic service! We were Not sure at first because of the reviews, but everything must have been corrected. As soon as we walked in we were greeted, and taken care of immediately.. the service and staff were super friendly. We were also happily surprised with the cost and selection of alchohol beverages:) we will be back regularly!

Sabrina did an amazing job cutting and styling my hair! Salon is super cute and everyone is very nice. I thought the prices would be outrageous, but they’re not. I can’t wait to go back and get my nails done.

I had gone into 5 different salons that morning and didnt like the feeling of any of them and walked out. I Came Upon Tipsy Nail Salon and immediately felt comfortable and relaxed thanks to Stephanie and Vee. My Nail Tech Vee, was extremely nice and well skilled. She did a beautiful job my nails have lasted almost 3 weeks now and no issues whatsoever . I highly recommend ! I will definitely be making this my regular nail salon.

This establishment has canceled an upscale event with a local community partner and facilitator due to racial discrimination against the events demographics. Since we are a small community in the #407 ... the community has little tolerance for this type business practice and establishments. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINEESS AND SAY NO TO RACIAL BIGOTRY.I most give ONE star in order to post but this establishment deserves NO stars.

Not impressed at all. I had to return days later as a few nails from gel mani had chipped and peeled. But again just 2 days later after fixing, a few are starting to peel again. Never had this before from other places. Really annoying as it’s supposed to last, without having to worry about it. Wasn’t happy with the overall finish either, with bits of polish on the cuticles. Waste of my time and money.
