They always do a great job on my nails (Dipping powder) and on my eyebrows! Even if theyre busy, they try to fit me in as soon as possible. Theyre also very nice and professional - Im kind of new to getting my nails done and they answered all of my questions about it.(They also have my favorite nail color!)

I’ve seen a lot of different nail techs there and all are amazing! I get dip powder and they always sand it down and shape it perfectly. I see Rosa the owner now and she is quick, loves her craft, and consistently good! I posted two different dip manicures I’ve received from her! I can also get in ANY time I need. Love this place!

Rosa is amazing. She runs the place and always greets you as soon as you come in. It’s always organized. She makes sure you’re taken care of even if she is busy. Great prices for quality work! (Unlike most salons in the area) They also have a great selection of colors and designs like this marble effect! Not to mention the complementary wine and gorgeous decor! 10/10 recommend. Rosa did my nails & Wendy did my gel pedicure. Both were AMAZING! However the wait was pretty long, granted I didn’t have an appointment so that’s on me. My sister & I come here all the time, 10/10 recommend - But make an appointment!!

I think Ive found my new nail salon! Being Black and from NY, Im super picky. I tried this place based upon their reviews and pics and they didnt disappoint. It was slow when I went so I was immediately seated and taken care of by Steven. He was excellent...the proof is in the work!

Pros: everyone here is so nice, its very clean, prices are good, atmosphere is niceCons: a day after the pedicure two nails chipped, a couple days later all of them were chipped. I dont workout and i work at a desk so theres no reason for the pedicure to already be ruined. The picture below is a week later.

First time going to jay anthonys and they did an amazing job! I was quickly seated and my nail tech was very gentle about taking my old acrylics off. Very nice staff all around and a super clean place. My new go to salon for sure! 💕

Let me start by saying I used to come here so much but never again will I step foot into this place! I went to get my nails done two weeks ago and brought my baby with me it was no problem then just today I go with my mother and I brought my baby with me and she was whining a little and the owner told me to get away from everyone because my child cries too much! I feel very disrespected because no one was complaining but the owner but when I spend 100+ dollars and my daughter cries it isn’t a problem. So be aware that this place is not kid friendly

I had a terrible experience at another local salon. They left acetone on my nails too long and burning my cuticles. I had to go to a doctor to get a special ointment to treat it. The owner of Jay Anthony took extra special care of me and even found a new way to wrap my nails so that the acetone didn’t continue to hurt my cuticles further! I highly recommend this salon! They have great techs, they do amazing nail art, and they have such pretty nail polish colors! Go visit them today!!

Havent been to a nail salon since the start of the pandemic - This experience at Jay Anthony couldnt have gone any better and I felt 100% relaxed the entire time I was there! Received a hot stone Pedi and Gel manicure by Kim. She made sure some of the tough areas on my feet were smoothed out, especially the areas I pointed to and listened when I asked to keep my nail length on my hands and didnt trim it down too much. Overall, I felt the place was clean and the staff was very helpful and attentive. Happy customer! Thank you!

We came here on a recommendation from a friend. It was my 6 year olds first nail experience, and we wanted a girls day. The tech with my daughter was so sweet and gave her everything a little girl could want (glitter and drawings on her nails). My nail tech was excellent. She easily answered all of my questions and helped me find the perfect nail color. They have made a customer out of me!

I visited Jay Anthony Nail Salon today I was very impressed.. I brought my 94 y/o aunt. Kim the technician was awesome. She was so sweet, patient and helpful. The receptionist was very friendly and attentive.I will be taking my aunt and considering getting my nails done also, BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE!!when I go visit her. BEAUTIFUL SALON!!

THE BEST NAIL SALON IN ORLANDO. I have been an Orlando resident for 14 years and have went through many salons out here. I went to Jay Anthony’s opening and have been coming here faithfully for the past 3 years and absolutely refuse to go anywhere else.The staff here are so pleasant and welcoming. The salon is always clean and sanitized.The only nail salon I recommend to anyone. Even while residing in Tampa last year I still made the 2 hour drive at least monthly to have them done.THIS IS YOUR SIGN TO SWITCH TO JAY ANTHONY’S!!!

I have been to this location twice and can honestly say they have THE BEST customer service out of any place I have been too. Very professional and super gentle, I HIGHLY recommend everyone to come here. They have been able to create exactly what I want and over exceed my expectations on design/style.

Quality highly fluctuates with the nailstylist, some are amazing, some are decent and some are downright bad. Last time I got my nails done, the stylist was visibly annoyed and treated me in a way that is not acceptable. She was very rough, pulling and twisting my fingers in a way that was absolutely unnecessary. Very disappointing, but I do recognize that this was one employee, on probably a bad day. Salon is clean, light and maintain covid preventative measures well.

I must admit being black I was extremely hesitant, but they are extremely professional, fast, and strive to make sure everyone is comfortable. As soon as you walk in you are greeted. Really like Carmen at the front desk, she was very attentive and I felt welcomed. In the other hand the owner was kind at the beginning with the clients, but very rude with her employees. Also she didnt do a good job in the fill for my nails, very bad job and trying to hurry to get more clients.

The staff is very sweet but the quality of their nails aren’t that great. Within 24 hours of getting them done, one broke, within a week 3 were broken (2 broke in my sleep). I’ve NEVER had nails break so quickly before… definitely won’t back.

An amazing nail salon with the feeling of walking into a mini spa resort. A tranquil environment to go relax and find a moment of peace. All the nail techs are nice and personable. Loved my experience here! Angel did my nails and she was attentive made my nails look brand new. I have to admit, I dont get my nails done often but after today I may reconsider it. My hands and feet look (and feel) much better clean and polished. Ill be coming back for sure.

I made an appointment for 12:30 and waited 45 mins after my appointment time to be called back for a gel manicure. The man who did my gel manicure (Henry) cut 2 of my nail beds and because he rushed threw my manicure there are bubbles in the polish and he left paint on my finger. He did not even get some of the hang nails and the manicure is un even. The place was beautiful but quality should matter more than how many people you can get done in a day. First and last time i will go here.

The salon is very beautiful, nice ambiance which is why I gave it 2 stars, but poor customer service & attention. I have been here 2 times, decided to give it another shot since it’s close to my home. Will not come back again. The first time, the nail technician said he could do nail art, but then changed his mind & said only if I paid for no chip. Said it’s impossible to do without. So I had asked him if I could do the art myself, and they agreed. Rather embarrassing that I had better talent then their technician. The second time I had made an appointment at 12:15. It was 12:45 before they offered a technician. So come on an off day for basic service & youll be happy. Prices are reasonable.

I went today and I really enjoyed the time there.Since you get there, you will feel welcome. The place smells so good! The music is relaxing. They also have TV if you want to watch something. The person who greeted me was nice. They have a huge variety of colors (all match in dip powder, gel, and regular nail polish).Steve took care of me and he was very meticulous, kind and respectful.I liked that the place looks clean, its bright, and you wont feel tight or suffocated because I think the place is spacious and its well distributed (in my opinion). They have good amount of stations for mani and pedi.They even have a mini bar and offer you a complementary drink. I wasnt offered one. I guess because I got my own water bottle. But I saw customers coming in without any drink and they were offered something.I hope next time I got, I feel as good and welcomed as today.

This salon has it down. Spacious and accommodating for large parties but never too busy where you have to wait. Ive been here twice and both times Ive been extremely impressed with the techs and owner attentiveness. The owner is always walking around, helping to tidy up or refresh drinks. Each tech Ive had has been very gentle and sweet. I love coming here.

My first visit today, I walked in without an appointment with a “nail emergency” and tears in my eyes. I had my nails done at another salon for my son’s wedding and they looked awful! Rosa, the owner, immediately put me at ease and set to the task of making them beautiful. I can’t tell you the difference she made and how appreciative I am for her kindness not to mention her skill. Photos talk by themselves. Last photo (cute blue with white lines and dots, and fuschia and pink flower) is what I wanted and I showed Rosa on my second appointment with her. I chose the colors, but Rosa told me she didnt know how to make that exact flower and we both agreed she would design the one she knows. I dont know if the other girls knew. I dont want to assume they only know how to apply the deeping powder SNS and maybe simple designs? But thats probably ok for some of you.I had to remind her about the dots on the design and about the glitter line on my left hand. She did the glitter line of my left hand, and the top coat, where we dry our nails (UV light table) which I found unprofessional and I felt uncomfortable, why the rush? Please take the time to give an excellent customer service. This was my second (and last) appointment with her... Oh, and she didnt offer me a drink like on the first appointment.I really hope this review helps you if you are looking for acrylic nails with cute/complex designs.Oh, 3 stars because the place is new, it looks amazing and they always keep it clean.

Came here with my boyfriend last weekend for two pedicures, and was pretty disappointed. My boyfriend came to get the calluses removed on his feet, and they didn’t do a great job. Left the bottom of his feet uneven. My nail tech told me she needed to cut a piece of my toe nail off because of my shoes (I normally go to a different salon and was never told this) and that I’m “young and it will grow fast” she snipped part of the nail off and it immediately hurt, and now it’s infected about a week later. They also offered us drinks and then never brought them even though it’s included in the price. Lastly my nail tech never put the toe separators after so my pedicure smudge as soon as I got up but at this point I was over the experience and just wanted to leave. Over all I was extremely disappointed since they previously had good reviews, but I won’t be coming back.

First time here and this place exceeded my expectations! Very modern and clean on the inside. Staff is very warm and welcoming. I had an AM appt so I didn’t have to wait at all. I got the gel polish on my fingernails and regular polish on toes. Pedicure experience was great! Massage chairs were bomb! I live in Kissimmee and came with a friend but I’d make the trip to come here again! Highly recommend, will be back for sure!

If it wasn’t for the sweet and welcoming owner, I would give this place 1 star.Beautifully decorated and very clean, with a wide selection of colors. Comfy pedicure seats and a great area. However, my past experiences have been anything but memorable and relaxing.Since they’ve opened up years ago, they have been a good salon to go to in my rounds of salons. I love the atmosphere, location, pricing of this place. I always enjoyed my time spent and my money spent.However, I recently got a manicure with the owner’s sister, Angel.A good nail tech will always want to make sure you leave happy, they would like to meet your expectations, respect your criticism and concerns, and give you the nails you came in for.Well, my experience was everything but that with Angel.I sat down with angel for a manicure, and at first things seemed going okay. As the process went on, I warned her of my two fingers that a lot of nail techs mistakenly glue on crooked. Without a doubt, she glued them on crooked. Which is no problem to me, because I always voice my concern and just hoped that she’d fix it. I always expect this from techs bc I know my fingers slant a certain way. Well, she actually ignored my concern and continued to file and file and file, even though I kept telling her that it needs to be taken off (the tip) and reglued to not be crooked anymore. She was not happy to do so. However, if she had just listened to me in the first place, she wouldn’t have gotten 3 more steps (dip) farther without regluing and adding a new tip in. She was upset that she had to start 2 nails all over. After that, is when our whole rest of my nail experience, went south. She was not apologetic, she was not concerned, she just kept doing my nails in silence and with a disgruntled attitude. Very unprofessional! It made the whole experience very uncomfortable! After still trying to be nice, I kept saying thank you, oh looks so good, oh thank you, oh sorry - and NOTHING ! She would not say one thing to me besides give a cold shoulder. It was the most unprofessional experience ever, especially coming from the owner’s sister.I am someone who gets their nails done regularly, and my nails were ALL CROOKED, all different shapes, and not at all what I wanted. I gave up on saying Anything because I just wanted to get out of there.- I believe BECAUSE she is the owner’s sister, she thinks it is okay to act this way. Well, should they know it’s definitely no way to treat customers just because they caught a flaw in their set and asked for it to be fixed. I have worked in the customer service industry for years, so I know when I deserve this or not. And I definitely did not! I was so extremely OVERLY nice when my niceness was taken advantage of in the end.Fast forward, I gave the place a few more chances. I thought, hey, maybe she was having a bad day. NOPE!Every time I’ve been there after, Angel will see me, NEVER greet me, as store owners should, and continue with a cold shoulder and dirty stares, as if I am not a worthy customer. One time as walking in, I heard her say to the receptionist “that’s that girl that I did her nails one time.”It is so rude and hurtful. I cannot believe after giving this place my money for years and on multiple occasions, even taking my friends here, that the owner’s sister could treat a customer this way.After 2 occasions of dirty stares, feeling uncomfortable and overwhelmed from Angel, I have decided to stop going to jay anthony spa. I feel bad bc the owner has always been so nice to me, but I won’t go to a place where I don’t feel welcome. I am a grown woman w very little down time, so my time is very valued and needs to be spent relaxing when I need it. Hopefully this opens up ANgels eyes to not act this way towards other customers to prevent losing more loyal customers in the future.

Let me start by saying how the design is ok can’t complain! Tracy did my nails it was my first time at this salon and it will be the last time!! She did my nails in a rush and was rough with my hands I felt her energy from the moment I sat on the chair she barely said a word to me. In the pictures you see how crooked she filled them and uneven on the top! These are my nails no tips so it’s dip powder. She only dipped it twice and it was too thin and she barley applied the bonding coat around the whole nail when I told her about it she said the amount of dips depend on the color I explained I understood but my nails are weak and two dips will not protect my nails from breaking instead of dipping it in powder again she applied a gel coat twice! If I’m paying for services I expect for a specialist to give me quality work!! What bothers me is how we sit in these chairs for services and they don’t even treat us as people!

I’ve been to this place before and they’ve done great work! This time just wasn’t their best. My nail tech was rushing through my nails and was not very personable, but I understand they were busy. My friend and I booked an appointment with them and when we got in they took us right away. We got switched from our original nail tech (who was amazing) to a different one and that’s where it went downhill. She was very rough with my hands and rushed through the dip-powder process. Since she rushed, the quality of my nails suffered. My nails are uneven in color, shape, and size. They are also missing dip-powder around the edges. I would recommend this place, but be cautious on who you have as your nail artist!

I enjoy coming here, the atmosphere is very light and relaxing. I have never had a bad pedicure and enjoyed each experience. My last visit was for an acrylic full set with gel nail polish. This time I felt pressure from the manager (Rosa, who did my nails) to not critique her work. I, like most, want my nails to look right and be done correctly for the $ I am paying. I would every now and then look at my nails to be sure the acrylic was even and covered the entire nail. When I did this, she would immediately say, I am not done yet! I knew she was not done yet, but would rather fix any issues THEN rather than LATER. I appreciate the work and effort she put into her work, but I will not have her do them anymore. She was preoccupied by the large group of women that came in and ultimately rushed through my appointment. Sadly, my nails were not done correctly, are completely uneven, and 2 of my cuticles were cut and bleeding from her catching them with the drill. I will return to this salon for future services, but will just book an appointment with my normal guy.

My technician was a dream! Experienced, artful, and concise, she transformed my really short nails into functional nail shaped gems. They look so natural and are built rock solid, exactly what I asked for. She worked around my carpel tunnel and genuinely loved her work. I love her work. See you at the beach!
