This is by far the worst experience I have ever gotten. They better fix the problem. Made gel manycure and they came off next day.Second time doing it for free.They remade it again and now it perfect. Is been more than 2 weeks without being off.

I came in at 6:40 and they close at 8! I drove specifically over here because they closed late and it was my birthday the next day. There was only two people waiting. Wont be coming back. If you close at 8, then you should close at 8, not 6:40!

Staff are friendly and as a walk-in I got my services started in about 15 minutes. Work was done by Tammy and was neat, I got a mani pedi combo with gel polish on both. She did a good job. Shop is clean and sanitary. She cleaned the tools before and after my service.

I have been going her for almost 20 years. Love the ladies and especially my nail tech Lisa.

They lie about there prices.I was told 15 for polish changed then charged 25 for it and when I asked why she said because I got a pedicure I didn’t get a pedicure at all. First and last time coming here.

Teesa has been doing my nails for years now. I get pink & white acrylic with gel. They always look beautiful and I never have a broken nail! My pedicures are always perfect. The salon is clean and modern. All of the techs are super sweet and very professional. Highly recommend this salon. You wont be disappointed!

Wow!!! This nail salon is amazing, so relaxing and everyone is friendly. You can schedule an appointment. My nails never lift and everything is always so clean. Multiple colors to choose from as well as gel nail colors and designs. All nail techs do an excellent job. Pedicure, waxing, manicures all done beautifully and very hygienic. Wonderful establishment. I highly recommend.

So decided to try here since they were right up the road, and god am I thankful! It was pretty busy, but the employees made sure you werent forgotten. Once I sat down, my tech was super sweet, and did an amazing job! Plus, $23 for a full acrylic set?? I was in heaven!

I recommend you experience it for yourself! This was my first time here and we enjoyed it! The service was great, they were kind and professional! They greet you and make sure youre taking care of! My daughter also enjoyed getting her Mani Pedi as well. We needed to find a great nail salon as we are new to the area.

Have been coming here every once in a while for 2 years. They’re always friendly and do a great job. I’ve been to other places in the area when I’m too busy and they’ve never been as good. The people who have been at the salon for a while are quite good. I’d recommend Mimi, Chelsea, and Kathy though they are all quite good. Kathy gave me a beautiful pink and white with shellac recently. This is a popular nail salon due to their good services, so expect to wait or make an appt. I’ve seen lines out the door on a Saturday.

Visiting the area with some free time on my hands so I decided to seek out a salon for a basic manicure. Came across Lee Spa Nails and was very impressed....not only with prices ($15), but the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff.I drew Lisa who proved to be very knowledgeable in her trade and communication. Without asking her to do so and at no additional cost, Lisa smoothed out my heavy textured nails nice and evenly. After a couple coats of clear polish, they looked like porcelain. Very happy. Rather than have the guest wash their hands before polish, Lisa wrapped my hands in warm moist towels. I found this practice very nice, an unusual finale.If/when I return to area I will def make the time to schedule with Lisa again.

I have been coming to this salon for over seven years, every month. It’s clean, friendly & their service is great. I highly recommend this place. I always get the service from the same person. I get appointment every visit.

The nail technician up selled the pedicure stating that I would get a longer massage. My favorite part of the pedicure is the message so I agreed to pay the extra money. Big mistake worst massage actually I dont know if I could even call it a massage. She rubbed my legs..I then asked her to please focus on my feet and to apply pressure that didnt help. Any way if your going to up sell do a good job please!

If I could give 0 stars I would.This salon doesn’t follow OSHA Health Code laws.Beyond disgusting I had to ask the lady FIVE TIMES to use CLEAN tools on me.As I waited for my pedi she was finishing up with her last customer. She brought all the tools she had just used on the last women over to me and thought she was going to begin with me. (Who knows how many other customers got the same tools that day)The least relaxing pedicure I’ve ever had. I was forced to baby sit her the entire time and ask her 5 times to not use the same items on me as she just used on the last customer.I then asked for a manager and they of course said there wasn’t one. I made it clear that they weren’t following health code and that they could spread diseases all through out their salon and be shut down.Beyond dirtyI paid full price and will never return.BE SAFE AND WATCH OUT YOU CAN GET SERIOUSLY ILL AND CATCH BLOOD PATHOGENS.I’m a nail technician in New York down for business.

I have been coming here for several years now. I typically get pedicures, but my mom also got her eyebrows done(which she really liked). Just because your only changing nail color or toe color only we shouldn’t be treated different . Treat everyone the same. I noticed a lady only getting toe nail color change doesn’t get asked if you want something to drink. .. put the Lady next to her getting pedicure gets asked by the same nail tech do you want something to drink. We are customers treat everyone the same please.

I would definitely skip this place if your looking for a relaxing atmosphere ... if you want to just zone out on your phone...I would bring your headphones!!!!

I was very happy with the service first time I went. The older gentleman who did my nails was amazing. The second time the girl didnt even put the clear coat and the nails were done for in a week. It seemed she was more interested for me to get the gel color (she must have asked 10 times if i wanted gel) than to keep my acrylic. Today I went a third time and I dont know if Ill go back.I didnt mind waiting an hour to get on a station. Another hour went by and still not done. My cuticles had as much nail polish as the nails. I shouldnt have bring attention to take care when covering corners, avoiding cuticles and to even out the coats of paint. Even removing the paint from my skin was a disaster. She kept on leaving a faint coat of black behind. I finally had enough asked her to remove the polish and I left.If you decide to go and youre not interested in gel color, take your own dollar store nail polish. Part of the reason it took longer, was due to their old, thick, non workable polishes. The rest? Maybe she was tired. Who knows. I would have preferred to be asked to come another day and avoid frustration than to be tented by a person who was too tired.Oh I forgot to mention I avoid Nancy at all costs for waxing. She took half of my eyebrow off.

I absolutely love this salon! Its my favorite go to, whether its for getting my eyebrows waxed or getting acrylics! All the employees there are supremely sweet and truly pros at what they do. If you arent pleased with a nail, theyll gladly re-do it. I have always tipped them well and all of the associates consistently perform excellently. Love this place!

Just had the best pedicure of my life!! I got the #4 and saw Tina! I am so super relaxed!! It was just what I needed for a mid-week pick me up!! Its in a great location and all the staff are super friendly!! Cant wait to go back!!

This is the worst nail place I’ve ever been too ... like ever. I was told I’d be waiting 5-10 mins and I ended up waiting 45 mins ! My nails could have been done by then but none of the workers even seemed to care that I was waiting, I sat there and watched 2 employees enjoy a meal and then continue not to help me after eating. Horrible service. Better off going some where else. Maybe you’ll actually get your nails done.

Polite staff and good service. You can usually walk in during the weekdays but I would suggest an appointment Fri-Sat or youll have at least a 15-20 min wait.I have had several different people work on my nails and honestly dont have a preference because theyre all so nice.

Ive been a customer of Lee Spa Nails (specifically Tisa) for over 18 years ! I love the service, the atmosphere & the prices are excellent ! Love, Love, LOVE this place ! They are always getting & trying new items & techniques. Full service, quick walk-ins & on-time appointments.

My nails look okay and the staff was very nice but my fingers are burnt. I got gel nails and the lady put my hand under the light over 15 times. Instead of painting my whole hand and putting it under the light she did finger by finger and I have a sun burn.

My family and I have gone there many times. Never a problem. However, last couple times the staff has seemed very irritated and rude. They are pushy to Upsell and if you don’t they seem very irritated. Unfortunately, I don’t know if they have hired new people but We will not be returning.

Terrible place do not spend money here, I went here a couple days ago to get a full set. Took them 20 min to actually start with me. The lady I had was really rough. She was yanking my hands. She kept messing up while drilling my nails. And she kept missing my nail at that and hitting my skin. She cut my fingers. The lady next to her came around me and literally grabbed the nail polish from me. Didn’t even ask if I was using the color. Her client apologized to me and asked me and I said yes I actually am using the polish. And the lady caught an attitude and basically said she needed it more then I did. When the rough lady who was doing my nails asked for it back. The lady then caught an even nastier attitude. My set was 18$. I gave her a 20 and she gave me a really nasty look and asked me is that all and I said wow like one she shouldn’t have gotten any tip bc of how rude and nasty they were too me. After that. She painted my nails disgustingly and physically pushed me down into a chair. After I was already done. Do not come here.

OMG I LOVE THIS NAIL SALON, you have to come here! This is my third time here and Im loving it! I moved from the keys and I was afraid I wouldnt find a good place. If you come in please get ROSE SHE IS AMAZING! She works every day except Sunday. You wont regret it 😜

I went to the same person for my nails for over 15 years...then she moved out of the area...It took me a year to find a new place to call Home...this is home!!! The people are great, the service is great. Gel seems to be the new way, but not for me I like my simple overly of acrylic. The one thing that really stood out to me is how friendly everyone is to each other! This place is great!!!

Don’t understand the negative reviews. Make an appointment, you still might wait a bit but gives you time to pick a color, gel or otherwise. Now with these awesome designs you need more time to choose. They’re busy because they are great. If you awake in, walk in with patience. None of them are rude. They are all polite and courteous. And do what you want. Just explain with courtesy. With that being said, this place is awesome. Plenty of parking. Hours are extended, later than most nail salons. Location is very convenient. Best plaza with publix supermarket right next door. Their work is impecable. Professional to busy designs. They can do it. Go visit, next to publix on the corner of Goldenrod and University.

I am shocked by some of the negative reviews. I have been going to Lee Nail & Spa for a pedicure for almost two years and have never had a problem. The staff is very friendly, always ask if I want something to drink, and I never had to wait more than 10 minutes. Dont quite understand the comments about being dirty, as I have seen the girls clean and spray down the pedicure tubs after every use. I love the large assortment of colors of nail polish to choose from. My girlfriend was in town visiting from Las Vegas, and I took her for a pedicure for her birthday and she told me that was the best pedicure she ever had.Thank you Lee Nail & Spa staff.

Always nice and laid back, I honestly hate when nail techs keep talking to me Id rather just sit there and listen to my music or quietly watch the tv and they understand that🙏🏻 The prices are really good and Ive never had anything bad happen to my nails, I also like that they make sure its the exact shape you like before its too late. This particular nail salon is convenient to me. Being thats its down the street from me and next to my favorite grocery store. What I dont like every time I go Im not satisfied with my naild. Seriously the guy cut my nails way to short after Ive told him couple times how I want them to look. Some of the staff is not friendly maybe is because im a black woman who wants to come place where I can enjoy a nice manicure. My hands look like a HOT MESS never going back there.

Ive been coming here for about 4 years and 98% of the time I get a great pedi. Yes, sometimes they have someone new that doesnt work out- like any other salon I would imagine, but the next time I go, they arent there anymore. Ive always been treated well, get a great pedi, and also a great extended massage. Ive seen some of ladies outside of the salon while shopping somewhere, and they always stop me to say hello. Sorry to see them closed on Sundays now, that was my me day, but I enjoy going there. I am a great tipper, when I get great service, so be gracious with your gratituity when you can-it will be remembered and greatly appreciated.

1st time here i live in melbourne area..chelsea did my pedicure..this was the best pedicure ive had in fla & in ny she didnt miss anything on my feet it was worth the 45 min wait. This place was packed and i will be back i will drive from melbourne for my pedicures. Thank you chelsea

This place looks awesome & I felt comfortable leaving my teen daughter to get her pedicure. Unfortunately, they took advantage of her and charged her $50 for a reg pedicure. Shame on them....

I came in to get an acrylic fill and reshape. The woman who did my nails was rushing and did a sloppy, awful job in less than 15 minutes. My nail shape is extremely crooked, as if very little effort was put in. The customer service was the worst Ive experienced. The women doing my nails was either on the phone as she was painting my nails, or stopped what she was doing at least every 2 minutes, to look at the TV, or talk to her friends. When she was finished, she did nothing but point at the fan, and walked away to catch up with her friends. So I awkwardly sat there, attempting to dry my nails with a tiny 3inch fan, without being told how long to stay or really what I was supposed to do. I didnt hear a thank you, goodbye or nothing of that sort. Very rude, very poor job, and I definitely wont be coming back again.

Poorly managed. I called the day of and set an appointment for 4 pedicures. I arrived on time and yet we were all seated at different times. There was 10 minutes that passed between each of us and I wasnt called to a chair untill after 20 minutes from my appointment time. Waste of my time. The purpose of setting an appointment is to be treated when you arrive and the purpose of me telling you 4 pedicures is so we will be treated together not seperatly and not 10 minutes apart. If you didnt have the resources for the appointment then you should have never agreed and setup the appointment.

I usually go to this nail salon and I never had a problem. Three weeks ago I went for a pedicure and Rose (nail tech) started working with me, she was really rough, She cut my toenail and I started bleeding. After that I was bleeding for 3 days. So I gave them a chance and I went to the salon today, 3 weeks after, not for a pedicure, but for an acrylic full set, then Kelly, a different technician started working with me and I was ok, then another customer came and Lilly (the technician that was working with me) told me to wait because she needed to attend an appointment, I said ok, no problem but then she told me that Rose ( the rude and rough lady) was gonna take care of me, I was mad but I didn’t say anything because I was giving her a chance, but never again. She is really rough! She begin by pulling my hands, pushing her nails down into my nails really hard, I told her that she was hurting me and she seemed to be mad and didn’t not apologize to me, she make me wait for her while she was texting on her phone. This place is not bad at all but Rose needs to improve or find a different job.

Do not go there for acrylic nails they are terrible they only a put a tiny bit of acrylic and the last times i went for fill they would chip after 2 or 3 days! Only pedis are good. Im definitely looking for another place!

Do not recommend. I lived in the area without a car so ive Been here several times. Each time i didnt not have an ideal experience. Youll make an appointment and still wait at least 20 mins. Then they will rush through the service and do a substandard job compaired to multiple other nail spa locations In the area.

Awful pedicure.....the technician was finished with my pedicure in 14 mins and she proceeded to massage my foot when I told her I had never recieved a 14 min pedi. She became defensive and told me pedicures are 30mins, and that I was making her upset. Not the place for me! Waste of time and money!

Ive been following the owners of this spa around town for years! Tisa is the best - but you cant go wrong with anybody that Ive met so far. If you get pink & white though - ask for Tisa and tell her Emily sent you! :)

I have my nails done regularly at FX Nails off Dean Rd and University, this was my first time here because I just wanted to take the gel off on my way home from work. It was so painful, left a hole in the center of my nail from dremmeling too thin, and left my nail with a fungal infection- I have never had a nail fungus before.The woman doing my nails took a pretty excessive time to get prepared and I was on the verge of just leaving, but I just decided to be patient. Once she started, she used the dremmel to shave down the gel- which is normal - but she kept having malfunctions with the dremmel, and kept trying to take the sandpaper off the dremmel, replace it, switch the tips, fix the paper, etc. It was taking even longer and the tech did not seem to be mindful of how long it was taking. She continued dremmeling the gel off and it became painful. She kept going over and over and over a particular spot on the center of my ring finger to where a sharp pain kept running down my finger into my hand, she was clearly dremmeling my nail so thin that the nerves were being triggered and I kept pulling it back out of reaction, and she kept trying to do it again. She did this to a few of my nails, but my ring finger was shaved the thinnest and it was in pain for weeks. A few days later, the pain was worsening and the center of my nail had gotten so thinned out, it created a tiny break of a hole in the center of the nail, then days later, the whole grew bigger, split down to the tip of my nail. From there it became worse. The nail was lifting up from the skin under my nail and ripping further down to the cuticle of my nail. Its been a few weeks and now I am noticing a green spot where the original hole began, Im assuming a fungal infection. I have my nails with gel and taken off multiple times a year at FX Nails on Dean Rd and University and never had this problem. I know the tech does not mean bad, but I will not be back.

I used to always go here because it was so close to my house but these last few times have been horrible. I get dip powder or acrylic nails and have noticed that every time I take them off there is an indent in my nails due to the nail tech over filing. This last time I went my nails were messy and bumpy with the powder uneven and going on my cuticles. The lady didnt even properly apply the gel top coat because there were sections of my nails without any. Also another thing Ive recently noticed is that their tools are not clean. The nail files should not have any rust from other peoples nails.

In 2014 I had great service here, I dont know if management has changed but I literally just left there and the woman that did my nails was beyond rude, she rushed through my full set and hurt me like 4x and didnt even apologize. She was terrible had no customer service my nails came out so bad. I didnt even end up getting a pedicure because of how horrible the service was. I WOULD ADVISE YOU STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE...

DO NOT GO HERE. Yesterday my friend and I went to get mani pedis and our eye brows waxed. I am currently cut in 8 places from where the woman trimmed my cuticles. My friend who got gel nail fills had hers cut way too short after she told them only a little trim and after repeatedly asking for square nails left with round nails also she had nail polish all around the sides of her fingers. The woman who did my manicure did not allow any time in between layers for the polish to dry so after the outer most layer dried if I pressed down the polish would crinkle and move. Lastly we both have been getting our eyebrows waxed for nearly a decade and it has never hurt like it hurt here. the only good experience I thought I had was the pedicure but when I came home I realized even that was done poorly and my feet feel just as they did before. I almost forgot I was sitting next to a woman who I overheard was complaining about they way her nails were done the last time she went in and had all of her nails removed and completely redone. As I said DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE I will never go here again.

I specifically asked for the SNS nail application but the nail tech kept trying to push gel nails, after telling her no twice she finally agreed to give me the SNS powder (I should have left right then and there), toward the end of the application I see her take out a nail polish titled Gel top coat and puts it on my nails and then proceeds to put my hands under the UV light gel machine. They have never done that for my SNS nail application she stated it would help it dry faster. Because she is the professional I trusted her and now I am so upset it hasn’t even been a week and my nails are dull and look worn, I get the SNS application because the shininess last so long, but what really upsets me is that she used gel after I told her multiple time I do not want gel. The absolute worse part is that they did the same thing to my mother. Kelly did my SNS application and Rose did my mother’s application. The only positive thing is that Rose gave my mom a great pedicure. Dont offer the SNS if the staff cant do it.

If i could give them a 0 i would... they burned my eyelids. The day after my eyes were swollen shut so bad that I had to miss school. The day after that they are even worse now starting to scab a little bit. I can still barely open my eyes they burn so bad. PLEASE NEVER GO HERE AND ESPECIALLY FOR WAXING!!

Went there for my bday and Kevin did my pedicure. He cut me and didnt say anything. I didnt notice until the next day when my toe has swollen and I couldnt walk. I called them to notify them of the problem they told me to take Tylenol. Lol..wow...wont be back to this place.

I work in Orlando but live in Groveland (about 45 minutes west of Orlando) and I was desperate for a pedicure. I had done a mud run recently and still hadnt gotten the last reminants of mud scrubbed out of my toe nails and thought a pedicure would be the sure fix (and it was)... I knew on this day by the time I got back to my normal salon near home they would be closing. I called Lee Nail & Spa and I was so happy to hear them close at 8pm so that was a plus! Then I noticed the salon was very clean, nice, and everyone was very friendly! They started closing up shop and putting things away about 8p but didnt make it seem like they were trying to shuttle us out. I asked if I had time for eyebrow & lip waxing and the tech was so nice and said I could.This place is in a great location - right next to Publix!

They do not honor appointment times and let you sit and wait as if your time means nothing. Terrible experience.
