I went to get my nails done and this is my 2nd time there under new management. This was an older shop and the first time I went to this Salon, there was a multi-cultural staff. I am giving it a one, because the nail polish is old ( I went for a mani/pedi). The nail tech was sub-par and there wasnt enough time to dry my nails (so it seemed to me) because they were all leaving and wanted to go. I understand, long day.I informed the nail tech that my nail polish was drying, up like a wrinkled old lady. I went into the shop at 7pm and its now 9pm and my nails still arent dry. Never had that experience with nail polish, but again, post-COVID, the nail polish is old. The drying table where I sat to complete my spa experience was dusty. The hand sanitizer had condensation on the inside, which means moisture from the elements got in and is now questionable. i.e. mold in a plastic bottle. Again, I get it. Im empathetic because small businesses are bouncing back slowly, that includes nail shops, where we assume they have made up for the financial loss. Well, every small business has to trim the fat. Some businesses are choosing to be cheap and some businesses are just simply closed.None the less...YES, I gave a good tip and thanked my nail tech with a smile and said good night.However, I wont return. I will go back to my usual nail salon in Altamonte. Even though they are pricey, I get a nail tech experience, that has been unmatchable for me, within the 12yrs Ive lived in Central FL.

It wasnt busy at all this Sunday afternoon and I was seated within 10 minutes of arriving. My nail technician was an older gentleman. The minute he started taking polish off my toenails I knew I was going to enjoy my mani and pedí session. He was gentle and thorough with everything he did. My many and pedí were both done with the utmost care and I appreciate it very much! .

I’ve been getting my nails done here since I was about 5 years old and I’m 18 now. Lynn is my nail lady and let me tell you she is amazing!!! I go in with different ideas and designs and she always does it better than the picture! Love her and could never go anywhere else she’s amazing!! Also this picture is my most recent manicure, Lynn has helped me grow my nails so these are my natural nails with dip powder and gel design!

I’ve been coming to Fashion Nail and Spa for about six months now and I love it! The prices are great for the quality of work you’re getting. My nail technician is Kenny and he’s great! I always get the dip technique and they last me over three weeks. They have a ton of colors to choose from as well as designs. I typically don’t get a pedicure because I always have close toe shoes on but the chairs look so comfortable and have the massage features. I always see them use a bag for those who do get a pedicure and it looks like they have jets in the wash, people always look relaxed when they’re there. They also have great hours and accept walk ins. I do my own waxing but a lot of customers go there for waxing their eyebrows, upper lip etc. If you’re looking for a place that’s clean and does a great job for the right price, this is a place to come and try!

I just started coming here because where I have been going for the past 23 years, sold her business. Amy moved to this salon and I followed her. She does awesome work, friendly & sweet. My nails always look great!!

I came in with some BOTCHED nails to be honest, and the nail tech that helped me (I will have to get her name next time I go!) was SO patient with me. Almost at the end of them being finished, I decided on a minor change, but minor or not, I expected her to be frustrated with me because of it, and I was very wrong. She helped me decided what was best, gave her own opinion, and the end result was phenomenal. I originally chose this location because it was conveniently close by, but will be returning because of the customer service and quality. It’s been 3 weeks and my nails still look great (gel manicure). The photo posted is 3 weeks after!

I ask him fix the color bc I looks scratch and he said he can’t . The picture below is my nails after paying $ 25 dollars

Went to get my nails done, I was waiting on the front for like 10 minutes waiting for someone to at least acknowledge I was there …… no one ever came ….

Got a manicure done friday evening it’s monday evening and my nail polish is already chipped 60% off my nails. the lady didn’t even paint my full nail! don’t come here unless you wanna waste your money

By far the worst mani/pedi experience. I went only because my regular salon was full and they closed an hour earlier than these people. I feel horrible to say it because the lady was very nice but it was almost like if she didnt know that my nails were 100% crooked when she filed them. I even asked to borrow the clippers to cut them straight and even after she re-filed them and put on clear polish this was the result. I got there looking better than after I paid $45. Im sorry but I will never go there again. Btw thats not dry hands/skin, thats a messy clear polish job.

Where I go to get my nails, feet and eyebrows done. Let them know what you want and you shall recieve. I am always satisfied.

The regular pedi is 22 and the woman that did it was awesome! It was clean, professional and friendly staff! Im very happy with their work!

Made an appointment at 6:30pm I got there at 6:38 and they told me to wait a few minutes so I did but then it hit 7pm ! I don’t mind waiting it if I made an appointment then I don’t understand why I should wait ! I ended up leaving because my time is valuable!

My nails are beautiful! Lenny did a great job and the staff were very friendly and took great interest into my nails. He did the whole package and in very proud with the result. Really enjoyed my first visit and will come again. Thank you so much! ; ]

Just got my nails done on Sunday evening. The woman who did my pedicure took her time and did amazing. The lady who did my white tip set was nice and patient, however the acrylic must not be that good or something. Mind you I got my nails done Sunday night around closing 7pm... the acrylic is already lifting on most of my finger nails.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! unless you want your nails to lift and pop off 2 days later then this is the spot for you!Went Sunday evening to get an acrylic full set and Tuesday morning at least 5 nails were already lifting completely and 2 broke keep in mind im not rough with my nails at all this was just very very POOR application

Danny did a FANTASTIC job with my pedicure and manicure. I got SNS done for the first time and I love it. He took great care to not dip my whole finger in the powder, leaving no traces of it on my cuticles. My feet and hands are happy!!!!!!Fancy Nails Winter Park is my go to shop when Im in town!Thank you Danny!😁

Today I experienced something with my 4 year old child that broke our hearts, my child who has adhd was told by Ryan that she can not be tended to because of her disorder. I asked why is he discriminating he said he dont care they can not see her and when I asked one of the other ladies he spoke in his language and they brushed me off. I decided to try out this shop out of curiousity. The dude who did my nails sliced my skin MULTIPLE times while giving me an acrylic fill and then had the audacity to tell me it was because I was moving when I was sitting completely still. The only reason I even gave 1 star is because my nails look good but slicing your customers skin (multiple times nonetheless) is completely unacceptable. I will never return here. Ill stick to my regular shop full of professionals, thanks.

They are the BEST place to get your eyebrows done. I cant say the same for nails, since I havent done it with them but theyre legit the only place that do my eyebrows well each and every time I arrive. Theyre always quick to see me and then spend their time making sure the service provided isnt botchy. 100% would recommend for eyebrows

Terrible pedicure. He didnt say one word to me till after i paid and asked me if he could keep the change. Never again.. Ill do my own or go without before i ever go there again

Family owned, great salon! Always clean and the staff are all friendly. Absolutely love when I get the wife for my nails and eyebrows!

What disappoints me is I used to love this shop because they always did a great job and were quick. Today I walked in early for a FILL IN, and the owner(a man) quickly turned down my service because he said there was an appointment coming in and to come back in an hour because they cant take me now. Mind you the shop was COMPLETELY empty! I would have respected him more if he wouldve got started on my nails and once that appointment came in, I could have waited. Oh, and there was also someone sitting in the chair getting service(an older white lady) . I wonder if they told her about the appointment coming in. Im so upset, and I plan on never going back to that shop. I dont know ANY NAIL SHOP, that just turns down service.

Ive been coming to this place for years and have had every staff member do a fantastic job on my mani and pedi and my eyebrows. They can be busy and they still take their time with their clients and do a wonderful job. Plus everyone there is super friendly and sweet.

Horrible horrible customer service! As I sat there getting my nails done I very politely asked the man doing my nails (who is also the OWNER) to do things differently and the way I like my nails to be shaped and length. He was so rough, did not speak to me and cut me on three different fingers. He KNEW I wasnt happy with the way they looked. Finally I go to pay and I told him I was very unhappy and voiced my concerned in which he gave me 0 response. Of course I still paid and tipped. Then I work up the courage to call back a couple hours later to ask for either a refund or a nail nail tech to fix my nails. They said they don’t do refunds but they’ll fix my nails. I go into the salon and they’re “too busy”. Now that’s just a waste of $40. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! Now i’ll be going to ANOTHER salon to get them compelled soaked off and re done. So pathetic!!!

Dont get acrylics here ever. Literally the worst fill Ive ever had done and Ive had some bad ones. The man cut my cuticles and didnt even say anything about it an kept bugging me about if I had a boyfriend and even gave his number at the end. Super unprofessional

It is the 2nd time that I have gone, the first time it was a super girl but today I was attended by a boy who in addition to a lousy service I collect 15 dollars more than the previous time and the super bad job in short 50 dollars in the garbage because neither I even cut my nails as I told myself, it seems that I only change the color 🥵

Excellent pedicure, with a lot of hygiene, care and dedication. The lady had holy hands to massage my legs and feet and my nails were beautiful 🌸
