The place was nice, very warm and welcoming. The lady who did my nails was very sweet too, but the quality of the service omg don’t even get me started. I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while but because of the price I was a little iffy. It’s my birthday week and I decided to treat myself. Like I said, the lady who did them was super nice but both my pedicure and my manicure looks horrendous. The gel coat on my sns is peeling off and I don’t even do anything for them to peel off. I don’t even know what to say about my toes. I could tell that the polish was old, maybe that’s why it looked like that. But for $110 dollars for both mani and pedi, the least you guys can do is buy some decent nail polish. Sad to say that I’m never going back, because the place was super nice but to leave looking like that definitely not worth the price!!

I love Indigo Spa! I have been a member since they opened years ago. I always find the spa beautiful, clean, and tranquil.I love the massages from Mary. She listens to my wants and concerns and adjust her therapy. I’ve tried deep tissue, hot stones, and recently cupping. All have been very successful in helping me to relax and to relieve my stress. Would highly recommend Mary and the Indigo Spa.

The massage I had was great and the pedicure was fine. The only critique I have is the seats to you sit in for your pedicure are hardwood and dont recline at all. I got the full treatment pedicure and honestly after about an hour sitting in the shape of a letter L my back was killing me.

Ive been going to Indigo Spa for years and its my favorite place in Winter Garden. Everyone is so welcoming and kind. What a treat to spoil myself each month and get away for self care. Carolina, the owner, really cares about her team and customers and I feel like family here. I just had a massage her Mary yesterday and it was incredible. She seriously has the softest hands and introduced me to cupping. I have struggled with tightness in my shoulders for years and while Ive been hesitant to try it, I trusted her. My back feels like Ive stretched and I already notice how much straighter Im sitting. Lauren is also a fantastic therapist if youre looking for recommendations. I did opt for the membership but there was no pressure to do so and Im so glad I did. It means that I get to keep coming back here for years to come.

I am surprised to see how many good reviews they have. By looking at the reviews, I decided to try them out, but now I am a firm believer that most of their reviews are fake. I got a massage and a hair cut. This was the most unprofessional hair cut I ever got. I would better go to great clips. It was a simple hair cut that I asked and they charged me $100. Are you serious? The massage was just ok but it was not worth $98. They will keep forcing you to try their membership. Do not fall for that. Just AVOID this place.

Indigo Spa & Wellness is a hidden gem! Carolina and her team are absolutely fantastic. From the moment you enter, you are greeted with warmth and care. The environment is truly serene and calming.I received a massage from Lauren and she truly loves what she does and it shows. I left feeling brand new! Thank you Lauren.I also came back the following day for a facial with Carolina and it was like none other. She truly took care of me from the moment I entered to the moment I left. This spa and wellness center is an amazing find. The services offered are exceptional and I was lucky enough to enjoy a sample of a blow out, facial, upper body massage and manicure for a private party. Carolina was so warm and attentive as soon as I walked in. I arrived ten minutes early and the staff was friendly and I loved the luxury bath robe I got to wear throughout. I was attended to by Latasha, Jennifer and Mili and enjoyed my services with them.The interior is relaxing and the music just sets you in the mood to unwind. I was pampered and given such care and at 7 months pregnant that was awesome. I will be returning for more services soon. I will say that parking is not too bad as my appointment was on the weekend at 1 and I was able to parallel park around the corner. I left feeling refreshed and even purchased a favorite nail polish color.

Every now and then you can find a spa that checks all the boxes. Indigo is it!! Im new to the area and did my research before settling on a spa that offered nails and massage services - its not often that I get time to myself, so I wanted to make sure it was a one stop shop. Turns out, they offer so much that I cant see myself ever having to search again. To top it all off, Carolina and her team are so welcoming and friendly at each visit that I also found new friends. Its always nice when you enjoy the conversation as well as the services.Mani/pedi: Ive had both Carolina and Teresa. Both girls are amazing and pay so much attention to detail. I have terrible cuticles and they were quick to offer a scrub solution and thorough shaping of nails and cuticles before perfectly applying the polish. They even have some cool color changing gel polishes that are a fun bonus.Massage: Lauren is phenomenal. She listens to where you hold your stress and goes to work on those areas with precision. Both massages have left me feeling like a completely new person. Ive had many massages in my life, but few have fully carried me into the next week still feeling the knots worked out. And this is just after a few visits! I cant imagine how Ill feel after a few months.Overall: Indigo is a hidden gem in Summerport - Im actually nervous to write a review because I want to keep it to myself! Its obvious that the spa is much more than a job to anyone who works there. The membership is steal too - $99 for a mani/pedi and a massage or $149 for a mani/pedi, massage and facial. Check it out!

Very relaxing

I’ve been coming here for years, ever since it opened, and even though I don’t live here anymore I make it a point to come back every single time I visit. This place takes away all of the stress, leaves you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Every time I leave I feel like I’m a whole new person!! The massages and the facials are fantastic and the owner is the sweetest, warmest person - she takes care of everyone like they are her own, including my mom and & I. I recently planned a spa day for my best friend and her bridesmaids. From the first day that I spoke with the event planner, Carolina, she was amazing. She helped my best friend and I plan a day that would best fit our budget. The day of the event was absolutely perfect. They helped me decorate and the bride was absolutely delighted when she walked in. We all enjoyed a massage, facial, & pedicure. They were fantastic and we never felt more relaxed. Carolina and the rest of the staff were fantastic and made this the best possible day for the bride and all the girls. We all will definitely be coming back again!

The staff was really helpful and friendly. They were upfront about pricing and the best choices to make for the best value. Latisha, the massage therapist, was amazing!!! Best massage I have ever had. I wasnt sure that I could get up because I felt so relaxed. She focused on getting out knots and her t felt absolutely perfect. This spa had the most relaxing atmosphere that I have experienced here in Central Florida. I had a massage and a facial done, which both turned out absolutely amazing. *Edit* I went back for a pedicure and was heavily disappointed. They hardly even tried to remove my callouses. They barely rubbed in the lotion they put on. No hot towel, no massage, nothing. It was basically a toenail trim and polish. I can do that myself! If Im going to pay $40 for a pedicure, Id at least like a quick calf massage and some of my callouses removed.The staff is incredibly nice, but I expected more for the money.

This was one of the best spa experiences I have had! The facial was amazing! It was so relaxing and my skin was glowing afterwards. The spa membership is such a great value. I would easily have paid my spa membership monthly fee just for the facial that I received. It truly was that incredible. I highly recommend Indigo!

After a long day at work my wife got home, I surprised her with a gift certificate from a cozy place not far from home, for her to have a massage and a haircut. I have to tell you that she was blown away, from how she explain it, it was a total disconnect from the world! the staff treats you like family, their products are amazing... I saw some great reviews online and decided to try out Indigo Spa & Wellness Center and I lucked out! I ended up with my new favorite massage therapist Tasha. I have a lot of built up stress in my shoulders and neck from studying all the time and some muscle pain from working out. One hour with her and I feel like she recharged my batteries! She put in the work to give me the much needed muscle relaxation and me time I deserved. It was worth every penny. She also ended up having an opening for me to get a pedicure and did a fantastic job! I can’t wait for my next appointment which I’ve already booked!

What a great find!! I happened to be looking for a place to get a last second massage for my daughter and I and not only did we get that but it is full service spa so she got her eyebrows done also! Very nice staff....great massage and very nice spa overall. 5 stars for sure.

Great salon! Im kicking myself for waiting so long to try Indigo. I had a fantastic experience for a hair wash/condition/cut appointment. The ambiance is calm and centering, true to a spa, and my stylist was very knowledgeable and gave me one of the best cuts Ive had. Ill definitely be back and making Indigo my home salon.

Absolutely amazing. The location is so beautiful and the owner and staff are beyond compare. Its my favorite place! I also love that yoga and meditation and life enrichment classes that are offered. You wont find a better spa! You will love it!

Friendly staff. They normally have last minute availability and are very accommodating. They have massage therapy, a hair and nail salon along with yoga classes.

I dont review often but this place really deserves it. The ambience is inviting, serene, and absolutely gorgeous. My husband and I went for an hour massage session a week ago that was amazing. The staff paid attention to every detail to make sure our experience was exceptional. Great service!! I Would recommend them.

Hannah was amazing and did a great job of asking questions, finding out what I wanted when I wasnt even really sure and taking care of my long cut. She also did my eyebrows with hard wax and it was the first time in 20 years my brow didnt swell up even little after. The process was straight forward, a great price for the service and atmosphere and skill, and quick too!

I had a lovely experience at Indigo Spa last week. It has a very warm and inviting feel and the staff is so friendly. The new hands manicure was fabulous and just what I needed. They have an excellent membership package which includes a monthly massage, manicure, pedicure, haircut, yoga classes and more! I may need to buy myself a birthday present:).

I really enjoy this spa. My only complaint is that it is tough to schedule some months. Services are very good! Latasha is awesome, Sharifa and Lina too.! I have always come in stressed, and leave relaxed, and feeling good!

Hannah was amazing! I went in for a cut and keratin treatment, she took her time and ensured that I was happy and my hair was perfectly done. I had champagne and lemon water while I was in the salon chair. Groupons accepted and honored. Overall very very pleased with this salon/spa!

Went in for a haircut and it was great. Really friendly, clean and relaxing environment. Only thing that was off, was that they were a little behind and my appointment started about 20min late. But thats what happens during prom season. Otherwise- I would recommend them.

Use of too much thick lotion leaves you very sticky afterwards - even gets in your hair:/ masseuse didn’t work out any knots, just went over the areas a few times. It was very nice and relaxing though. All staff were friendly and respectful.

Absolutely loved the conversation and my SNS (dip) manicure! Lina is gentle and thorough. She does an incredible job with so much care and precision. The women working there are so sweet and welcoming. I felt like I was at a luxurious spa but also at home. They served me lavender champagne as I waited and I felt like I had been friends with these ladies for years! Definitely will be returning! Sharifa also does my boyfriend’s hair and he is very particular about his stylists. He always comes home incredibly proud of his haircut!

First time visiting Indigo Spa. The massage ranked as one of the best Ive had. The staff was friendly, the space was clean, modern, and beautiful. It smelled nice, too! Will certainly go back! Looking forward to taking some yoga classes there, as well!

It is always good experience. Employees are very attentive and friendly. We have received the hill to allowances from a visit. We did manicure and a pedicure, and it was the real Spa. I did a hairstyle and coloring and I have received that I wanted. We will return still.

The spa its self is very clean and relaxing. I booked a 90min deep tissue massage and I ended up getting a 60min Swedish massage. The therapist didnt take his time to do a consult before my massage, so he didnt get any of the spots I was having pain. After my massage was over I told the receptionists I was very disappointed in my services. She tried to make it right by booking me a other appointment with a different therapist. I went to go to my next appoitment and realized they charged my card 2x for a massage, so I canceled the appoitment and trying to get my money back for a massage i never did receive. Ive been waiting 2 days for a manager to call me back. Will not be recommending anyone or going back to this spa.
