If I could give a negative star I would, I dont understand how this business still open. Very unprofessional, rude & they just hang up in your face. I high recommend you use a different cab service.

Steer clear of this place. Very unprofessional individual answered the phone. Hung up on me the first attempt. When I called back, I was told somebody was going to call me. Nobody called, we were just left standing around the airport waiting, at 11pm .I try to use local cab companies when I can. However, this is the kind of operation that gives them a bad name. I hope they are put out of business.

Car smelled like siggarettes it was so bad the car did not even work was making some weird noises and he took forever to get me

This cab company has made me late on numerous occasions and I have lost two jobs behind trying to get a ride to work . the drivers overcharge and theyre one of the only two functioning cab companies is the only reason they still run. Im sitting at work now stuck because the driver said hes short on gas and isnt coming.

This is suppose to be a company with employee but it a company where drive have the say so If you live on the Southside of Winston Salem this company is not for you for two hour or so wait. There dispacther said the cab are doing what the want after I already waited an hour they nevet came only reason I didnt give a one is because there may be some drive who do there job just not on The southside#####

Tad slow sometimes but they have awesome drivers. Comfortable ride. Clean cars. Friendly drivers with low rates.

The woman they have working their dispatch is a horrible person. She lies she hangs up on you and is rude. I dont have a problem when the guy is there. She has made me late to work multiple times even when I call hours in advance to set up a scheduled time. She needs to be fired.

They were very rude customer service, hung up on me after I canceled my taxi driver because I’ve been waiting over an hour and he hasn’t arrived

Had to use them for transportation when my car was in the garage being repaired. Cant believe they have only a two star rating. I have only experienced very friendly, efficient on time, professional service from this cab company. They deserve only 5 Star reviews.👍

Patient had been waiting in the ER for over 2 hours and 30 min; Our staff called this company over 4 times to find out where the driver was, the person over the phone was polite however had no idea where the driver is, how do you not know the estimated time for your drivers. You are running a business, word of advice start hiring more for the hours that you are available. No one should have to wait this long for a cab service :( Will not recommend to anyone!!*** UPDATE****They NEVER SHOWED UP.

Prompt and on time, very curious and clean means of transportation. Would defiantly recommend and would use this service again

This is the absolute worst cab company I have ever I had the displeasure of associating myself with. I have been stranded multiple times for more than 90 minutes. I have had drivers simply not show up and the customer service is absolutely the worst. The same response you get every time when checking on your taxi is 15 minutes. No wonder why Lyft and Uber take all the local taxi businesses Revenue

Called twice on Friday May 21st and they didnt show up both times. Had to call Classic Cab.

The men who answer phones can be very rude.they have a driver who keeps refusing me services because I didnt have change for 100$ and we went to three stores to get change. And he expected me to pay for all those trips. That was beyond my control. He has caused me to be late refusing service to me several times. They are never on time. They have drivers that decide who they want to ride.( Favoritism) most drivers have body odor and they are extremely over priced. Ill stick with Uber. These people need to be shut down. They are highly disrespectful, and unprofessional and over priced. I cannot use this service ever again. I pray they lower them rates to match their low service they dont provide. or be shut down altogether. They are getting car payments for rides less than 10 miles. Called three hours early and a cab still was not booked for me.

Called for a cab at 1. Dude called me like 30 mins later asking for my address. Gave it to him. Spelt it out for him. He said okay txt it and hung up. So I texted it.... For him to call me at 230 asking me for the address and once again hanging up.

Never on never on time.sometimes they never even show up. There cars are dirty and some even unsafe.they are rude and unprofessional called for a cab at 2.05 p m. Was still waiting at 4.30 p m. This happen twice

Before you even get in the cab, the dispatcher sounds like hes a few cards short of a deck. Tried to get information for a trip I was going to pla out and ignorance flooded my ear gates. I have used the service before and the cab was wrecked and needed front alignment. Switch in effect.

I requested a cab at 1:50. At 2:00 I called to ask an ETA. The receptionist said “I’m trying to get someone out there”. At 2:32 a driver called to ask if I still needed a cab. I said no I have an Uber on the way, and he hung up on me. Sooo this cab service sucks, no customer service, doesn’t get here on time, and just rude as can be.

Call cabs 2 and 3 hours early and cab still doesnt show up!

Always use Willard because I personally know the owner and the drivers are very pleasant and trustworthy

Just not a good reliable cab service not clean it smells of cigarette smoke they dont come on time or not at all
