Recently experienced an incident with this company in which we were trying to find out the transportation provider that had dropped off a client at our location. Contacted Arch Angel to try to get info, however the gentleman; by the name of George answered the phone. When inquiring about the situation, he was very familiar with it, and stated he had spoken to someone about an hour ago. Explained to him that the young lady was in a different area, and if we could have the contact number of the provider / driver. He refused to give us the info needed to further assist the young lady in getting home. Poor customer service.

Would not recommend services from this company. Unprofessional staff, in addition to their drivers driving extremely too fast through residential communities.

What great service my son and I just received from Archangels Transit. After getting dropped off at the hotel my son and I went out looking for food on foot, since we hadn’t eaten all day and my son was starving. Everywhere was closed and McDonald’s wouldn’t serve us without a car. (It was around 12:45 AM) We gave up and walked back to the hotel. When we got back to the hotel we happened to bump into Mike the driver who dropped us off at the hotel. Without hesitation he told us to jump in and drove us to get food and back to the hotel, and he wouldn’t even take any money for helping me out. God Bless you Mike, I will never forget your graciousness and thanks for showing my son there are still great people in this world.

Great customer service, the attendant was absolutely wonderful, she asked if I needed help with my bag and took it to the car which was right in front of the door. Absolutely beautiful black Mercedes. It was better than my first class seat in the airplane I just came off of. Real VIP service.

Very professional drivers that are always on time and dependable, any time of the day. Their cars are also always very nice, clean and safe with luxury options available. Could not recommended them more! We always use them when flying into PTI or even just for late night trips around town.

Leavs me at my pain management appointment for ove an hour and a half waiting to go home. With no empathy whatsoever. The gentleman who answered the phone was just rude. It has happened 3 months in a row. So tired of this bs.
