First time going to Digits and am So thankful I did! Blew my expectations out of the water, the time and care they took while treating me as a customer was amazing, I didnt feel like I was another one in line. They gained a new customer as soon as I walked in the door, cant wait to go back for a pedi! And the girl who did my nails is Amazingly talented I cannot wait to work with her again in a couple weeks!! Thanks you Digits for being so welcoming 💜

So this was my first time EVER getting any type of nails & Maria convinced me that SNS was the best for my nail length. I showed her the style I wanted and not only did she do better than the original picture, she stopped after the first nail to let me know that the colors I picked were slightly different which made such the difference! Maria is diligent a n d super talented & I would trust her with any design or concept I have in mind! I got a gel pedicure and she did an amazing job with that as well! I cannot wait to go back!

Stopped in to get a fill on my very grown out nails. Tammie absolutely killed it! She was able to fix the issues from my previous fill AND give me a really cool design. Always such a pleasure coming here. Everyone is super nice and welcoming, and the manager Tony does a great job at checking up on everyone in the salon to make sure everyone is having a good experience. They recently remodeled as well and the salon looks awesome, very bright and open. The difference in the quality of the treatment and services is definitely noticeable in comparison to other salons.

The staff is really welcoming and outgoing and the atmosphere is nice and calm. It was my first time getting something other than a solid color so I was worried it wouldn’t look good but the woman did an excellent job! (Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name) I showed her a photo and she replicated the length, shape, and pattern exactly how I wanted! My nails turned out amazing and I love them! Definitely will be coming again!

The have very good nail technicians here. A little more price than other places but the mani/pedi have not disappoint. The 2 nail techs I have tried haven’t been the nicest but I like how my nails look. The manager does have great customer service skills.

We had a great experience at Digits Nail Spa! We celebrated my daughter’s 8th birthday with a couple of her friends. The staff was super friendly and did a great job! I could not write enough good things about this salon. Moving so frequently it’s hard to start over and find a salon you like. I came here for the first time off of recommendation, and I would come every 2-3 weeks. Unfortunately, I had to move and every chance I get when I’m back in the area, I come to see my girl Sarah. She is an SNS wiz! She knew exactly what I like and remembered it after my first appointment. She is the definition of quality and service. Everyone at the salon is so friendly and nice, it feels like my second home. When I call to make an appointment, Tony is excited to hear my voice and goes above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. I would give this place 10 stars if possible. Last pedicure I had was with Tina. Literally best pedicure I have ever had, hands of an angel. The quality of my services is a steal for the price. Do yourself a favor and come here.

I had SUCH a lovely experience at Digit Nails. As a walk-in, I showed Tony a picture of what SNS nail design I liked and they didnt hesitate to give me exactly what I wanted. My nail tech was named Tammie and she was AMAZING. I cannot recommend her services enough. She was efficient, yet a perfectionist! Truly great people working there!

They have a large variety of sns and gel polish colors to chose from. Friendly and helpful staff. I love the 80’s vibe of music they play and the over all good vibes. Very clean and professional. I have become a loyal customer.

They have been amazing every time I go. They got me and my daughter right in our first time and were able to help us figure out what the best manicure type is for our nails. I am a nail biter wanting to finally grow my nails. I am happy to say I went from all nail tips to almost all my own nails in just a few weeks. I really appreciate their kindness and professionalism. I’ve been going to Digits for years but hadn’t been since I moved to Florida. I am back in town and decided to pay them a visit! Apparently, they are now under new management but I love them just the same. My nails are so perfect I can’t even describe them! I feel my pedicure could have been a little better but everything turned out great overall! Also, the customer service was wonderful. I felt valued and respected as soon as I walked through the door. Will definitely be visiting them again soon!

I recently returned to Digits after having moved away for a little over a year. First, the atmosphere and cleanliness of the salon are both amazing. You do not feel rushed in making any choices, are greeted as you walk on the door, and the music is always playing an upbeat. Tony, the manager, is awesome and constantly makes sure everyone is taken care of and is always super positive and friendly. Tammie, my tech, was attentive and enjoyable to work with. She took my inspiration pic and killed it. I have seen her both times I have been back and will continue to book with her. Overall, I would recommend this salon to anyone!

I visited today for the first time in years and wow....This salon is definitely top tier. All of the employees are so nice! They make you feel welcome from the time you enter until AFTER you leave! Tony, the manager, greeted me at the door, asked me for my name, addressed me by name the whole visit, and even helped me step down after my pedicure. Jessica did my pedicure which was the BEST pedicure I’ve had in a long time from anywhere. She took her time and made sure that everything was perfect. Then, she waxed my eyebrows and did a WONDERFUL job with those. I can not think of one complaint that I’ve had during my visit. They definitely have won themselves a new regular customer! Digit Nails will absolutely be my go to nail salon anytime I am in the WS area. The atmosphere is friendly, energetic and plays one of the best music play list that I have ever heard in a nail salon. All the technicians are amazing. However, I have a special affinity for Tammy. Im glad I decided to give them a chance. They definitely did not disappoint.

My family and I loved Digit Nails! It was clean, the people were incredibly friendly and took the time to remember our names (even though it was the first time we had been in). The prices are very reasonable, especially post COVID shut downs. We will definitely be back! 💅

Digit nails is the best I’ve ever been to since moving to Winston-Salem. I’ve never left the establishment without being amazed at my nails. The quality of my nails and the service provided by all of the employees is awesome. I strayed away from this salon for convenience once or twice and immediately regretted it, but digit nails fixed my nails without any problems. As long as this place is open I definitely will be getting my nails done there.

Amy did my nails and she did wonderful ! My finger nails were basically non existent due to anxiety issues and this wonderful lady gave me back my confidence and helped me feel so much better about myself ! I got sns nails and also got a pedicure.

I came in as a walk-in (Jenny) and I had outgrown acrylics on and I just wanted SNS on my natural nails. The staff was so kind and friendly that they took me in immediately and helped me out. Had great conversations and I was out within an hour. My nails look amazing and feel healthy, plus I can type on my computer for work now! 10/10 recommend :)

I just left and that was hands down the BEST manicure that I have EVER HAD!!! Tammie is amazing she really took the time to do my nails the way that I wanted them done, she’s very knowledgeable and professional! The playlist that they had playing was amazing and the atmosphere was perfect! I will most definitely be going back again and again!

My manicurist was very skilled and I am happy with how my nails turned out. I was greeted by the manager opening the door for me and making me feel welcome. As I was there, four ladies showed up at different times and all greeted each other happily. It seemed to be as if they know each other from getting their nails done at Digit Nail Spa over a long period of time. I think this shows just how welcoming and professional this place is. I prefer gel manicures/pedicures and get consistent quality results at each visit. They have a massive selection of both gel and SNS colors. The manager, Tony, is always there to greet you with a smile and make sure all of your needs are met. Its a very positive, calm environment. I never feel rushed and appreciate the attentiveness to customer service. Highly recommend.

Digits is a cut above the rest. All of the folks there know how to make you look good! Mariah is my favorite! Never had someone know how to take my brittle nails and make them strong!

I tried Digit nail salon because my usual place up the road was busy. I was getting my pedicure when………a very large ROACH crawled across the floor and they tried to act like nothing happened 🤮 Also my gel Polish chipped after 1 week. Never in my 8 years of getting gel polish has it chipped. I tried to give this place a chance but unfortunately my experience wasn’t that great. One of the nail techs also has a very bad attitude and was being rude to a paying customer near me because she didn’t want to fix her nails. I will not return.

I love Digit Salon! The friendliest group of technicians around! If I have to wait a few minutes for my appt, someone always gets me started by starting my pedicure and soaking my nails (SNS) while I wait for my technician to finish with someone else.
