I love this place. They always do a phenomenal job

While Kim was very nice and was willing to take me as a walk-in when she wasnt planning on doing any more nails that afternoon, my gel polish began peeling off from the sides within 4 days. When it started peeling, the corners would catch my hair and rip it out. I ultimately ended up having to just peel it off. In the spots where the gel polish seemed to have actually stuck, it destroyed my nails and now not only are my long nails short and brittle, the nail beds are cracked. I will not go back here.

9/22/16. I went in to get my nails done. Was surprised I only saw one person working, whom was with a customer. I asked the lady if she could tell me about how long of a wait there would be. She said you have to wait. I said ok, about how long. She said did you pick a color. I said no, I just walked in the door. She said pick a color. So I looked at the very small selection of colors. Ask her if she had any other colors somewhere. Instead of answering me she said you pick a color there. I said ok, so that means you do not have any other colors? She pointed to the far back side of the salon. I asked again how long the wait would be,. She stated 10 minutes. I choose my color and sat for 10 minutes. I looked to see where she was on the other customer and she wasnt even half way done, so I asked her, Do you think you will be done in around another 15 minutes or so cause I can come back. She looked up at me as if I was bothering her, and said I can not do yours before I finish with this customer, you have to wait, I get to you when I can. That was more than enough for me. I left and will not be returning to City nails again. Rude, cant answer simple questions and made me feel like I was bothersome.

Best place to go! She stays very busy, so make sure to call ahead and make an appt!

Called ahead of time to check prices, Owner Told me $30 for SNS. Went to get my nails done on a Wednesday afternoon, there was only 2 ppl working. They set me up to get my polished soaked off.. well an hour later of course my polish was gone and they we’re still busy with other customers so I made an appointment to come back the next day at 6pm. Well I did that even 15 mins later, still had to wait an additional 20 mins. Finally got my nails done and when time to pay she changed the price to $33 saying because I soaked it off yesterday. I was under the impression that was covered service. Needless to say I won’t be back, poor customer service and long wait times just to be inconvenienced more than once!
