My mom and I got our nails done here. We SNS and the deluxe manicure. The nails came out awesome and they were all really nice. Diane and Anna did our nails.

I liked going here the guy that did my service did great however my issue was when I checked out it states please tip in cash I used my debit card and tipped in cash. A few days later I see that a tip was added on to my debit card purchase without my authorization I did call I got the run around at first. It doesn’t sit well with me when things like this are changed when a tip was provided. Moving forward I won’t use a debit purchase anymore at this location.

I got a gel pedicure 3 weeks ago going on 4 and my toes still look brand new. I might make this my permanent nail salon. They are friendly and I love that my toes still look this fabulous.

There is a Guy there Bobby who Would bring tears to your eyes when he massage your feet. He is Amazing, I will make it back there.

I went with a basic French acrylic full set & pedi..since it was my first visit. Staff was nice, place was clean. Im happy with the service.

This was my first and last time visiting! The lady that started my nail service was very rude to me and got smart with me when I asked her questions about the integrity of MY nails.(Especially being a new customer) In the middle of my service she stands up and proceeds to go washing and messing with another customers feet at the pedicure station. She comes right back and sits down and asked for my hands and Im holding them in my lap and ask arent you going to wash your hands? I guess she got mad and sends over a young guy that DID NOT KNOW what he was doing to finish my service. I was very unsatisfied with the quality of the the nail service and customer service sucks. I personally wouldnt recommend.

I’ve never really found my place till I came here. Everyone is really nice, and funny. I’ve cycled through everyone’s doing they all do a great job. Recently Sam did my nails and I’m more than I love. He’s so delicate and detailed.. this place is great

Having an appointment at this place is completely pointless. Ive been coming here for over 2 years and every time I have an appointment its a minimum of 15 min wait before you even get to a chair. I arrived today at 6:25 for a 6:30 appointment and did not receive service until 7:10 and didnt leave until 8:00 for a simple SNS set. Staff isnt all fully trained so theres only two people who can do ombre/design. Will not be returning, its happened way too many times now.

Sat down as soon as i walked in with cold water. It took the guy 10/15 minutes to BOIL me some water and it didn’t last long. Massage was okay on the feet but the chair had to be broke! It shook me and rattled like it was going to fall apart i just turned it off, and that’s one of my favorite parts! He rushed even rushed me out of the chair to leave as soon as he got the polish on. Probably won’t go back!!!

I genuinely always enjoyed coming here... But I feel that their quality of their products is questionable... I keep my nails done for work and can be hard on them. Whenever I go went here, my mani always cracks and my gel polish doesnt last. Every dip Mani I dad done cracked horribly. I have never experienced that anywhere else. But the kicker is that my last acrylic fill in cracked without hitting it. I also heard another woman in the salon say she had to have her full set redone after only three months due to cracking. Totally unacceptable. Yall know a full set should last much longer. Ive been to several different places but never had an issue with quality like I did here. Two stars only because they are genuinely friendly and their prices are good. Be warned though, you get what you pay for! I would love to be able to go back there because of the convenience of the location and truly hope they invest in higher quality products.

I made an appointment for 4 people for a pedicure at 9:45. one of us was sat at 10, then two more of us 10 minutes later, by almost 10:30 our last person was still left waiting for a chair. My water was very cold, and the jets didn’t work unless she continued to turn them on, but they only stayed on for a minute or more at a time. I understand the chair must’ve been broken but there were three other open chairs that could’ve been used instead. The people were very friendly, which is why I still rated it 3 stars. And it is a holiday weekend so I understand they were busy.Probably will not be coming back though.

Had to come here on several occasions when they first opened years ago and received excellent service. As they have grown, their quality has gone down hill. My first red flag was my cuticle being cut to the point of bleeding on one occasion. I attributed it to it being an accident and decided to give it another chance. I went back and the exact same thing happened again! My finger was bleeding! The technician said “Oops!” It’s all because they are too busy paying attention to their conversations with other techs or too busy concentrating on something else other than the client in front of them. I really wanted to like this place, but I won’t be returning. And to top it off, I didn’t even get a discount considering I left with a bloody finger.

Not sure about this place. Had an appointment for four of us. Went in were all started then they left me to soak for 45 minutes while they did my friends. They kept switching around with all of us. My friends had to wait for me to get finished. Then they charged me 10.00 more than my friends. Not sure about this place.

Very friendly atmosphere. It can get very busy at times and the wait time can be long but they do a great job.

I have really enjoyed my visits here in the past, but today was a huge exception. First, I sit and choose my color and the lady sits to do my nails. Then she gets up and tells me to hold on... I turn around and she’s doing someone’s brows that came in 15 minutes or more after me. When she sits down, I explain that I’m on a time crunch and can’t afford anymore interruptions. Then she looks at my 3 Kids and asked if they were all mine... I said “yes”. She then proceeded to tell me how big my daughter was and that she was fatter than she was. She then continue to make “fat faces” as if I didn’t understand her. I’m sitting praying that my daughter doesn’t see her and how her feelings may be getting crushed right now. Then she continues by saying “she can’t go to the gym”??? She asked This about 5 times. When she never got a response from me... I guess she got the hint.On top of the rude service, I got the worse dip job ever! My nails look 2 weeks old fresh out the door. I’m not trashing the establishment because I’ve got good service in the past, but this woman will never touch me or service me again!

I was happy here for over a year but they have changed owners. All different techs now. They left me sitting with the acetone polish remover on my hands for way too long and my nails are really torn up. I always tip well so I was puzzled by the way the clerk treated me at checkout also. I wont be back.

First pedicure visit. Relaxing and friendly. Not overly fussy. I like that.

Had an appointment for 2 for mani/pedi. Had to wait when we arrived and continued to wait for almost 30 minutes for the pedicure. The water was so hot my feet were red. They did add some cold, but it ended up not being enough. My biggest issue is that I wan accustom to a new, sterile mani kit every time I get a manicure, a color change not so much. These folks just pulled tools out of their box/kit to do my nails. Had one person for the pedicure and a different Persian for the manicure. No hot wax for my manicure. Total time spent 2:45 minutes. I will not be going back.

They did a nice job with my nails! First experience with the dry dipping power. Very pleased to have my nails done up nicely!

My experience was terrible. I had my 3 year old daughter who is usually well behaved, but she was having a bad day. The nail tech seemed frustrated with my kid. But okay I usually don’t like being around others kids either. I got the SNS they charged like $40. She got the color wrong, I picked out a champagne color because it was New Year’s Eve, after two nails I asked her if the color changes because sometimes with SNS the powder isn’t the same color as the finished product. She ignored me and kept going. After four nails I noticed the color was a cement blue. I told her this wasn’t the color I picked out and the nail tech next to her says “there’s nothing they can do about it because four nails are done”. 🙄 Okay I’m usually very passive about mistakes cause everyone has their days, but that response made it worse, i feel like I should’ve gotten an apology. I told myself to just chuck it up and keep going as it was already late. When she was done with the powder and it dried I told her I wanted my nail shape a little more narrow because she was just making them square.. without saying a WORD she moved to the lady next to me and started doing her nails. The “we can’t fix it because four nails are done” lady finished mine. I’ve been in a lot of nail salons and this had to be the worst. On top of that they didn’t even discount me for the shape or color mishap. Even if it was a $2 discount I would’ve felt better because at least they did something to right the wrongs done. I will never go to this place again and never recommend them.

Generally quick but Ive gone here several times, trying to give it another chance each time, but the quality of my nails never quite wows me here. Usually lumpy and uneven.

It was my first time today. Everyone was very nice . Service was awesome . They offer you drinks . It was a new technique to me, safer than acrylic longer lasting than gel . I LOVE IT !!!

This was my first visit, they were busy but worst manicure ever. I got SNS and Ive never been to a salon where they put gel polish over top. Its already picking off and got them done at 10 am. Its 1:20pm, I will never go back. Clearly do not know how to do SNS correctly.

I have been going here for several months I get the sns nails well I went to day showed them I picture of what I wanted an they did not do it that way I swan red pink they did orange I told the lady I always get a tip put on an she said my nails are healthy enough I don’t need one put on they charged me 40 dollars I will never go back

I took my daughter here today. The place was.FILTHY dirty. I refused to put my feet in one of the spas because it was covered in a white, chalky-looking film. They moved me to another seat after talking about me in loud voices (which I couldnt understand ). The new chair was broken. The chair beside me had a broken foot rest. The water was scalding hot and then freezing cold when I told the lady it was too hot. She did a good job on my toes. My daughter got a $35 dollar mani, after which they upcharged her $8 more dollars bc she wanted them cut to a certain shape (without telling us first)! $70 for a mani and pedi. They played.loud, obnoxious music that was the opposite of relaxing. The countertops, floors, EVERYTHING....DIRTY! NEVER AGAIN!

Normally I get my nails done at a different place, and every time my gel lasts for over 3 weeks until i get tired and take it off, its barely been a week and my nails are chipping and lifting up from the bottom. I went with my mom, and she had to take the polish off her toes because it already looks bad, and her regular polish would last her a month. Also i thought it wasnt that hygienic, and could have used a lot of work in that area
