Everyone that works at Best Nails is great at what they do. They are truly professional artists willing to meet any creative challenge you bring to them in a relaxing, fun and friendly atmosphere. With my job my hands are in water a lot and my nails hold up and look great between visits. The same goes for the pedicures. Based on a friends experience I look forward to trying their lash extensions service next. I highly recommend Best Nails to anyone and wouldnt go anywhere else.

This was my first visit. I had a full set with Gel polish. Mike was wonderful! He was knowledgeable & patient. They personalize the tools they use on you & even give them to you to bring when you return. This is very important for sanitization during this time of covid. I will be returning in 2 weeks for a fill-in. Great experience!

From the start nail tech was doing a poor job of polishing my nails. Once i confronted her about it she had an attitude. She asked me to pay before having my toes polished. I paid up front, then she tried to charge an additional fee. She was rude and very unprofessional. I will never return. She left nail glue all on my fingers and my hands look a mess

Got my feet done today. The young lady did a wonderful job.Here comes but they are slow and I feel the water could be a little warmer. Will go back.I should have done a before picture.

Fast, friendly and such top quality nails and nails art. Going to keep going back.in between fill I didnt have any issues lift ups or cracks. All around pleased

I came with my sister expecting to get a nice pedicure and put our names on the wait list. About two hours later we were still outside waiting. They let everyone who came after us go before us. I was getting to tired of waiting and left after about 2 and a half hours of being there. I would have like if they told me that were to busy and couldn’t fit me in rather that then having me wait for the ridiculous time I did even though I arrived at 4 and they don’t close until 6:30.

I came in for a fill in and a pedicure and was not disappointed! I’ve been looking for a place to get custom work done for such a long time and the places I’ve been do can’t even do basic work. Jenny came in and just amazed me throughout the whole process. She taught me so much about my nails and proper nail care and did an amazing job on the design I asked her for! I’m sold, never going anywhere else again!

Their name is fitting, Absolutely THE BEST NAIL SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!They speak and understand English, so there is no communication barrier!Jen does the best nail designs, shes truly an artist!!!!To top it all off they educate customers on how to take care of your nails, allowing you to get fill ins less often.They take alot of pride in their salon, and its reputation. Today was my first day coming into the nail salon. It wasn’t many people there so I’m happy that I got there the time I did. Although I wasn’t acknowledged upon my arrival, overall I had a great experience. The owner was nice. The prices are decent and the salon was clean.

Greet customers the way you want to be treated. You are not doing me a favor by accepting my money for services that can go elsewhere to get. I walked in with my 3 daughters and was not properly greeted. Instead of a hello and welcome, it was what are you here for? Dont sit down, and sanitize your hands. After signing in, we were rudely told, its a 40 minute wait...minimum 40 minute wait, and well call you. Thats fine, but you could have said that upfront. Her attitude was rude, and we felt like she really didnt want our business. I will never come back.

The experience was amazing, & the employees were very well mannered and genuinely friendly. I would recommend to anyone especially WOC because they do everything under the sun.

I usually have a great experience at this salon, but not today. Lily usually does my nails so well, but today she barely tried. I have glue visible on my nail from the rhinestones, but no top coat. She was rushing. I didn’t notice until after I left. They also had some guy I had never seen painting my toes, and honestly, I could have done better. There is paint on my cuticles. I still tipped them because they are so nice.

The person i went to before coming to best nails had my nails looking a hot mess!!! They fixed them and made em look flawless. They are super chill and cool and didn’t try to get over and make me pay a ton of money. And they told me how much it would be upfront unlike other shops who try to add on prices. Hands down the best customer service and i left very happy! They also speak fluent English!

After way too many less than satisfactory results at other places, my daughter referred me to Kelly. She did a beautiful job!! Shes Super sweet too and her family runs this salon. I will definitely be back.

So I got my eyebrows done about 3 days ago and when I say I’ve never wasted so much money for this woman not to wax my unibrow and miss almost all the hair on my eyebrows I’m already needing a new wax and it hasn’t even been a week thanks for making me pay for a sh*tty waxing left paying $80.00

I gave only 3 stars because the atmosphere and professionalism was bad. If I were rating on just my nails, it would be 5 stars. So, weigh out the options. The atmosphere is really pretty trashy. A little paint and a clean up would do wonders. The professionalism really needs to be addressed. However, most of the ladies speak great English which is a plus. As far as services received, the young lady who did my manicure and pedicure did a fantastic job. She took her time doing my pedicure. She gave a great massage. My toes and heels look fabulous! Same thing for my manicure. I dont have gel nails and I hate it when someone takes one of those rough finger nail files and rips through my nails, taking half of them off with one swipe. She didnt do that. She filed and shaped my nails beautifully. I will probably go back because the location is so convenient for me. If I stop going, it will be because of atmosphere and professionalism.

Best nails is hands down the BEST shop in Winston-Salem, NC. They actually have a PASSION for their craft and take what they do seriously. One of the things I respect the MOST about them, is that they are HONEST! They will NOT allow you to leave the shop with something that looks crazy. Mike and Jenny are HILARIOUS, but all of them have spicy and fun personalities. I have a GREAT experience every time I go to Best Nails and I would recommend this shop to EVERYONE!

This nail salon is my go to nail salon! Best Nails is so relaxing and I love it here! The atmosphere here is soothing at times. The workers care about my nails health over the amount of money they will make off of me. Also, their quality of work is stupendous! The price may be a little high when I finish but it’s definitely worth it. My nails’ shape looked like they have been shaped by the Nail Gods! Furthermore, my nail structure looks so natural and I believe that they take real quality and time to do my nails. I believe that they really love what they do. Additionally, when I get rhinestones, they look so beautiful and I feel as if they are swarovski crystals. No wonder they are named Best Nails!
