Never coming here again. The tech was touching people’s feet then touching other people’s hands. My nails were rushed and it looks like a kid did them. The paint is not covering the whole nail and the acrylic was bulky. And even after sitting under the dryer for 25 minutes they still weren’t dry. My toe nails are decent but the paint still looks bulky....Never again. UPDATE: I’ve added photos from what my nails look like JUST 3 DAYS later. I don’t know how well you can tell from the new photos but the paint is cracking. I do hair. Not work on cars. My nails shouldn’t look like this after 3 daysz

They don’t even put down a wrap in the pedicure bowl and it’s not clean. Then the woman who was performing my pedicure couldn’t paint to save her life!! This was the worst experience I’ve had ever. Also my friends wanted a simple overlay and the manager got rude because he wasn’t skilled enough to complete the task. Oh and the employees don’t wear masks!

I asked Helen to do my eyebrows.. Not to make them too thin and shape them. Well they are super thin and she drew / colored in my eyebrows. Been going here over 20 yrs... 3 times this has happened and i paid every time. It wasnt busy i was the 3rd coustomer. You all have officially lost my business Forever.

I did not like the nails that they did for me and they were very unprofessional and threatened me told me that they would call the police on me because I asked for my money back I would not recommend anybody going to this nail place

Here at this very moment and the woman doing my feet has cut my toe. Now, I understand that things happen; however, when the customer says hey my toe is burning. You cut me the response shouldnt be a nonchalant yes, I cut you and then back to business! Careless and RUDE at this point.

With the virus still going on they did not have bags in the pedicures bowl sits. And the polish I got on my feet was so clumpy I asked the lady to fix it and she told me it was ok. I will not go back there/

I have been to a few nail places here in Winston-Salem. But I dont have to look past my back door because this place is awesome! Not only are they warm and friendly but theyre very professional and have my nails looking awesome! Definitely will be going back there and would recommend any of my friends to go there!

The women there destroyed my nails. I had dip powder on my nails before I came here. She proceeded to rip the polish off my nails which was painful. She then cut my nails,off leaving no tips on there. I was then thrown out because I told her she did them wrong and cut my nails off. This shop is horrible and I do not recommend you come here.

The “gentleman” older man is very mean, lazy and aggressive. I feel sorry for the lady’s in there because they over work themselves for his mistakes with customers. Will never return.

Went for a pedicure and when the lady was finished with the client before me she hardly cleaned the foot tub. She wanted me to put my feet in water that was soiled and had the prior persons foot skin floating in the water. She emptied the tub and refilled it but that was outrageously gross to begin with. My nails on top of that were done poorly, polish all over my nails as well as left bubbles on my nails. Went back to ask for a redo of the polish where it was messy the most and was told I would have to wait to be seen after five clients where serviced! Ridiculous! It was my first and last time here. I was definitely not pleased with my service at all!!!

My water was cold & there was a roach in my water....😒 And my nails werent great because she rushed

Made an appt and waited for over 45 minutes..ended up leaving. COVID protocol definitely wasnt being followed to where I was actually grossed out. The chair and tub was not cleaned before I was sent to it and the lady next to me was not 6 feet away. The pedicurist was taking the dead skin off her feet and flicking it on the ground..GROSS! There were about 15 people in there at a time so you def could not be 6 feet away from other people. Would NOT recommend this place!

Spent over 200$, and did not enjoy ourselves. The man stood as a guard and jumped in everyone’s conversation belligerently . We were conversing about gel polish and they yelled at us as if we didn’t understand the pricing or couldn’t afford the services we were recieving, There was no music nor cable but we were told multiple times to be quiet. the next day my polish is off my feet and my toe looks horrible. They tried to question us about different peoples tabs as if we were all paying together even though we told them multiple times how we were paying. In the end we got 3 Deluxe pedicures Which were not worth much more than a regular and 3 manicures. Do not spend your money here, shop BLACK OWNED with people who value your time and conversation. They are also not CORONAVIRUS FRIENDLY. It was way too many people to be able to be 6 feet apart. God bless us all.

They were open early which is always a plus. The girl was rough and kept burning my finger nail bed with her drill. Other than that it was ok and I was satisfied with my nails.

The pedicure was amazing, sweet lady. When it came down to my nails the lady wasn’t paying attention, left my nails lumpy and I had to shape them myself (I wanted stiletto shape, they were all crooked until I reshaped them). I would not recommend getting a full set from here.

What a HORRIBLE establishment. I called before I came. Even with that being said, they were pushy on the phone... Like trying to get me in ASAP. So I came, and I got a lady who was CLEARLY inexperienced. She didnt even know how to take off my gel polish on my toes. She was then handed this industrialized looking automatic saw thing that Hurt my foot when she tried to use it. After I said something, j was taken to a nail station where they removed my gel polish the correct way. After that, this lady still didnt have a clue as to what she was doing. I had to cut and file my nails by myself because she was scared to hurt me. She didnt push back or cut my cuticles. I looked at the owner, and she said I know, well get you someone else. I did get another nail tech who was rushing. The gel polish was rippled underneath because she didnt let it dry correctly. They got into a verbal argument with a customer that was waiting, this place was just a mess. Two ladies got up and left and they ran to the door screaming at them to come back. AVOID.

A worker was mad because she messed up this lady nails and she wanted it fixed. So so start spazing on me while my feet in the water. The other 👩s made up for it but she is the reason they have a 2. Plus they too long.
