Dont let THEIR CLIENT be at fault because theyll take FOREVER to respond to you about a claim. Still waiting on a check two weeks later after they said it was mailed.

Calling to file claim for man hit me Sept 2 and hasnt filed claim as of September 23 I cant get in touch with the company

I give this company ZERO stars, but it wont let me. This is not my insurance company, it is the insurance company of the guy that rear ended me while I was stopped at a red light. They have done nothing but give me the run around. The accident was 3 days ago, and they still have not even looked at my car. They are saying possibly next week, which would put it at 6 or 7 days after the accident. The adjuster does not return my phone calls. They say that they are accepting liability for the accident because their insured was at fault. However, they have refused to give me a rental car so that I can go see my doctor. They also informed me that they make absolutely no commitment to pay any medical bills, and that any possibility of payment of any medical bills depends on the dollar value of the damage to my car. Huh????? What does one have to do with the other? And of course, I cant even get the adjuster out to look at the car, so when are we going to figure that out??? I found one of their providers that I could take my car to and have it taken care of immediately, but they say I cant go to them because I have a bodily injury claim, so they have to send one of their field reps out to look at the car. Again, what does one have to do with the other??? Are they just making up the rules as they go along??? I thought that this was going to be a simple case, but they are giving me the total run around and I am stuck without a car to get to work or to medical care because of them. I wont put up with it. I had no intention of suing anybody, but I contacted my attorney today. They can deal with her from now on. I will go rent a car and get to the doctor, and she will make them pay for it. Ive had it! They are total crooks!!! Check out the reviews online...all bad. Avoid this company at all costs.

Cheap insurance I was hit in the back by one of their drivers and they not trying to pay up

Canceled insurance after two claims in five years. Refused to pay the second claim which leaves me without a car that I still owe 6000 on. Have made every payment on time since I purchased the car new in 2014 and now that the car is totalled they back out of responsibility leaving me with car payments and no car.

Worst car insurance company ever! If you see these people as an underwriter to your policy. DO NOT SIGN. demand another. These people will rip you off they took 14000 out of my account without authorization
