One never wants to use a towing company - it means youre likely having an awful day. However, once Hunter from Big House Towing arrived to tow my car, I was immediately put at ease. Talk about a nice guy!!!Not only did he go above and beyond, but he was friendly, helpful and a complete professional. Definitely made having to use a tow truck a less painful experience, by far. I had a great experience with these guys yesterday. Im still giving them a 5/5, even though I had to wait a bit, cause I think they were short drivers the day after Easter, and there were a few communication issues.They were fine with picking up and dropping off without me there, and it didnt bug me that there were a few communication issues, cause they called me each time to clarify and make sure everything was understood, so there werent any mistakes. Although they had to call a few times, they were never anything but easygoing and patient about it. I hope to not need a tow often, but Ill be calling them when I do.

I was very pleased with the service I received with Big house Towing. Jeremy helped us, we were stuck on the side if 94 and I had my son with me so I was very nervous. Jeremy was very helpful he went above and beyond my expectations and I will definitely be referring them to friends and family in the future. They even called the next day to ensure good service was provided. Thanks guys

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Bighouse Towing. My car’s battery needed to be replaced so I called AAA and Ash arrived in less than 20 minutes, which was already a fantastic start (I’m used to hour+ long wait times with AAA). Ash was so kind and helpful, replaced the battery quickly and professionally and even helped my neighbors who coincidentally couldn’t get their car out of their parking spot due to ice buildup. He went above and beyond. I can’t speak to any of the negative reviews left on here but I would certainly use Bighouse Towing again!

I accidentally locked my keys in my trunk and contacted AAA for roadside assistance. John from Big House Towing contacted me within minutes and was out to help me 12 minutes later! He was friendly, professional and came quickly because he knew I had my young daughter with me. Sami is the man, made it happen quick. so are the rest of the crew were great. Great towing service, I recommend big house towing. Im sure there are other great towing services out there but I can say I was well taken care of by big house towing when I needed a battery when i was trying to leave work going home.

Never dealt with a towing company so professional and so caring before. My car was stuck on the shoulder of the highway and I called it in to get it towed and they showed up so fast and made sure I was safe and off of the highway as fast as possible. Thank you for you service 🙏

If you value your car and dignity PLEASE dont ever use this terrible service. They would rather see you get hit by a car on the freeway then to make sure your safe! The level of pure incompetence is mind boggling. If AAA calls them out and you are unfortunate enough to deal with these guys please do yourself a favor a find another company.

Never showed up after waiting 4 hours....left my daughter stranded in a bad area broke down...took a whole 3 minutes for me to change the tire they never showed up for ...I donot recommend them

Total ripoff. Called in a tow through AAA. Needed to have a car taken to our mechanic out of town. The driver showed up late, talked a lot of nonsense about engines that even a non-mechanic could tell was a line of BS, and then tried to scam us into sending the car to his shop instead of our mechanic. In the end he refused to take the car where hed been dispatched to take it to. Complete waste of time. Dont use these guys.

My car was having issues and AAA sent Big House Towing out to help. Ali arrived at my location within 10 minutes of getting off the call with AAA. Ali is a very professional and friendly individual. He was patient in answering all of my questions, clearly explained all aspects of the work to me, and was able to resolve my issue quickly. Though I hope to not have any car problems soon, I will look to this company if any arise in the future. I recommend Big House Towing, as the assistance I received from Ali was incredible.

Waited 5.5 hours for a tow. The driver left my car on the curb literally! Never attempted to try to park it correctly! Never use them again! I made sure to alert my insurance company and direct them to their reviews!

I came here to leave a good review, I happen to see all of the negative comments. That was not my experience at all. Once I got off the phone with AAA Saul I believe his name was called me within two minutes of hanging up with AAA. He asked where I was, I told him the freeway and exit number. He was there within 15 minutes and had my car hooked up in 5 and we are on our way. With Covid right now you can’t really ride in the truck with tow truck drivers towing your car and I didn’t have a ride, I was gonna have to call my wife out of work so she could come get me he said don’t worry about it if you got a mask I got a mask will make it work. I’ll drop you off at home and take your car to the designated repair shop which wasn’t far from my house, I really appreciated that. If I ever break down again in or around Ypsilanti I’ll ask the AAA rep to use Bighouse towing.

Took my vehicle off the freeway and left me to walk 1.5 miles to the closest exit. It was 19°f and my car broke down. Called AAA and they sent these unqualified people to help me. My ride was 10 mins away and he hooked up my car and made me walk to the next exit. They will get someone killed!

We give this company 1 star only because 0 stars are not accepted. Our son works with MDOT. On Nov 12, while assisting 2 stranded drivers on M-14 at Gotfredson Rd after dark, Bighouse Towing arrived for the call. Upon arrival, the tow truck was parked on a curve in the interstate with the tail of his truck blocking the right lane, and completely unlit. The driver’s rudeness compounded the situation upon being asked to move his truck out of the lane, and being warned that he was going to cause an accident. Only minutes later, 2 cars were involved in an accident where one of the drivers’ airbags deployed and he was very disoriented to the point that 5 minutes had gone by when EMS arrived and he still did not know where he was. Shortly before EMS arrived, the Bighouse Towing driver fled the scene, thus committing a felony. Upon the arrival of MSP units, they were given witness statements by our son and the others involved at the scene. MSP dispatched another trooper to make the arrest at the towing company. This incident is just part of the long list of issues our son has in dealing with Bighouse Towing while on his job. Word to the wise, if you ever need roadside assistance, and call AAA, request that they send anyone BUT Bighouse Towing.

Ali was amazing he ran a complete diagnostic test on the battery, starter an alternator, an told us that the battery was low if cold cranking amps, an had a battery offer through AAA for $136 installed 3 year replacement, 6 years prorated replacement, very professional an informative! I would definitely recommend this place...

Waited for an hour and when he arrived he said he didn’t have the right tow truck to fit into the structure (which I told AAA not to bring a flatbed) so he was going to contact his dispatch to get the right equipment out here, an hour later no call or info and now I have to wait for another company! Worst customer service ever!

AAA dispatched them to come jump my car. I was told they would be here within an hour. Hour goes by so I call to get an update and they say its going to be at least another half hour before they can make it out. Ended up finding someone else to help me out. Looks like they really have earned these bad reviews.

This towing company is absolutely incredible! I am generally harsh pertaining to reviews but I would have easily gave the 6-7 stars if possible. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for all your towing needs.My experience:We were out and locked the keys in the car on accident. (happens to everyone! But I felt quite stupid!) We called our insurance to get roadside assistance to unlock the vehicle. We were basically in the middle of nowhere and it was very hot and my two small children and wife were with me as well. We were assigned a different tow company and they did not come after 90 minutes! We of course were tired and not feeling well. We called back our roadside assistance and they then dispatched Bighouse towing. Within minutes I received a call from the driver at Bighouse, he was so friendly and courteous. I explained our situation and he was very compassionate. He said he would be there as quickly as possible! He certainly did, he was there very quickly, I was actually surprised! He even contacted to make sure we were still doing well enroute and gave me an update! He arrived and gave us all ice cold waters and made sure we were safe and well again. He then quickly and carefully unlocked the vehicle and we were back in the car and on our way! I was pleasantly surprised on everything, the care, the quickness, the compassion, the friendliness and the professionalism! I would easily recommend them to anyone that needs towing or roadside assistance. Thank you so much for everything yet again! I wish you well!

Very good and very quick

Terrible experience. We waited almost 2 hours after the insurance company dispatched them. They said that the driver went to the wrong structure and would be to us in 5 minutes. We waited 20 more minutes only for them to cancel the tow. They were called several times during our wait, but were extremely rude for no reason, hung up the phone on me and their excuse for cancelling the tow was they didnt have the right truck to fit in the structure. But I told them the exact structure the car was parked in when they called to confirm the tow. Please BE WARNED!!

Tell your drivers to stay off their phones while driving. Eastbound 96, just east of Lansing, March 6, 2020, 5:15 pm, 6 ton Jerr-Dan carrier. Hitting the rumble strips many times, swerving within their lane, thought it was a drunk driver.

The driver sat in my back lot through garbage into my side light told me to pick it up and never did just got back in his truck and did absolutely nothing about it.

After 2 + hours of waiting after they got dispatch by my insurance company AAA they cancel the tow on me
