Agency is responsive and does followup. Have been a policyholder of multiple policies for about 7 years with this agency. Have robust coverage and starting to feel that I can gain better value for my money else where. The roadside assistance is very lacking and the contracted companies that farm out the service leave something to be be desired. The last two times Ive used instance one took 4+ hours for a tow truck to show in 2019 and this occurrence only a few days ago was a 2+ hour estimated wait. I called a company myself and that service had towed the car and had it at the the service center i selected for tire damage with State Farm within the hour.
