Ancient technology car wash that does a poor job at cleaning even light dirt off of a vehicle. The place is worn out and past its prime. The employees do their best, but the old equipment is worthless in terms of effectiveness in cleaning.

This is my go to place for car washes! Free use of vacuum stations (with a wash) are a plus. Easy access, friendly staff, pre-scrub on bumpers & windshields, and priced right. Locally owned & active in supporting the community (ex: this month offering free washes with proof of vaccine). Also have the best packages if you like your car washed often.

The led lights make it fun lol. Was actually a decent wash for a drive thru.

When I took my car through Empire Car Wash (which my husband and I use all the time) the door trim got caught on one of the brushes and was bent. When I talked to the manager he was very kind and told me exactly where to go and they would pay for it. Being the skeptical person I am I wondered if this was too good to be true. Empire car Wash took care of it just like they said they would! We cant recommend them high enough. Thank you for everything!

Excellent detailing work! Eli and his team did an absolutely fantastic job on our Expedition for a very reasonable price. Was easy to get an appointment, and I appreciated the friendly, professional service.

So AMAZED by Eli who is apart of the management team at Empire. Before my experience I thought customer service was dead but after dealing with Eli I can see now it is most definitely not. He went above and beyond making me feel heard, important and making sure my challenge was fixed completely in a very timely manner. Nice folks. Decent wash. No car wash really gets your car completely clean. At least they brush it partially by hand first.

Bummer to come through will a dirty vehicle still after $14 for the works. 3 guys with brushes but the vehicle is sent through so fast they can’t possibly do much or have time to push in your mirrors.

Went through the car wash today and they didnt brush the front, rear or anywhere on my truck. A quick squirt of some foam and off I went through the tunnel. This is the second time. Both times, my tailgate was still dirty along with a couple of other areas. I wanted to get the winter grime off and it didnt happen. Im not going back. I wish I had the option to tip the guys after the wash, not before.

Ive had monthly wash memberships here off and on for a few years and its not as good as its competition. Definitely understaffed and the results show.

They did a decent job for just an express wash, satisfied, entrance was a little tight for a full sized pickup, but it is doable.

The first attendant I spoke to was very friendly. I got The Works. My car had not been washed in a while, so I asked to go thru again. 2nd time was much better. When I pay extra for the works, I would like to see the wheels cleaned better. But they do a Good job overall. I would recommend them.

I saw only one employee wearing a mask. None of the employees were wearing masks, while in their office and while they rinsed off the cars. They have no social distancing and there are about 6 of them shoulder to shoulder in the office at the same time. They are violating the governor’s order to wear masks at all times. I’m not going back there until major changes are made.

We have a monthly plan and it is so worth it. We pay for the least expensive plan as it seems the best way to keep you car clean is to go through frequently. If you just go through once it will miss some spots. We go though often and it will grab missed spots the next day. If you just want to go through once. Tip a couple dollars and they will do an amazing job.

Fast, efficient and have never had anything torn off my vehicles here. They do a quick scrub to get large chunks and problem areas cleaned before you head into the automated washer. Expect some spot touch up, they give you a rag for this and pull over to use the free vacuum cleaner to finish off the job of keep your rig looking sweet.

Wow! I took my completely filthy 2005 XC90 Empire Detail Center and it came out looking like a brand new car. The cost was super reasonable and the customer service outstanding. Im taking my Sprinter van to them next. I would definitely recommend them!

Only in bend will you find a place like this. Full service car wash and detail shop with a growler for station too. Around 25 taps of bet and other drinks. Clean throughout and great service. Family friendly. And there is a food truck too. Nice place to grab a pint and a fill.

It all depends on the day and whos working on the type of wash job that youre going to get. The monthly pass is well worth the money, if you have it and go every day then your car will start looking good. Just not the best place in Bend for a drop in wash.

I took in my vehicle that was very badly scratched up and I needed to sell it. I had the outside and inside detailed and it came back looking amazing! It seriously looks almost brand new on a 4 year old vehicle. None of the scratches are visible now and I can sell it for a couple thousand dollars more now. Thanks!!!

My go-to spot for car washes! Very affordable washes! They give you a complimentary towel to wipe down the inside of your vehicle, and the vacuums are free to use when you purchase a wash. Plus, they can fill your growler while you wait!

The Empire staff always makes sure youre taken care of. Everyone here works quickly to make sure your car comes out nice and clean. The staff always has a smile on their face and the price for the monthly membership is great!

Great for a quick wash, less than 5 minutes with no line

They do a good job... BUT... they’re super greedy and even just a little bit of mud on the car is a “required” extra $5. Not talk caked on crazy off-roading mud, just a little bit. So if you don’t mind paying a stupid fee then go for it, but otherwise, you’d do better driving to a different place around town. We recommend Sud-N-Shine - it would be worth going out if your way for.

I like to support Empire Car Wash because it is local. I had my car washed on June 6th and was double charged. I called and spoke to someone on June 12th - there was no apology, just a request for me to come down and prove that there was a duplicate charge and they would credit me. I explained that I wouldnt be able to get down there for at least a week and asked if I could email them. I emailed them the charges from my bank statement along with my phone number so they could call me back to get my card number and credit me. It is now June 15th and no one has called me. I have called back twice to only receive the voicemail. This is very unprofessional and shows that they do not care about their customers. Really disappointing.

They transformed my very very dirty Prius into a clean and shiny car ready to sell. I would give them 5 stars but they missed vacuuming the debris in storage area under the rear floor and the portion of the windows at the top where didn’t collects - you have to lower window to see it. They stand behind their work and offered to take care of it for free. It was easy to fix and I just did it myself. I will definitely be back with my other cars!

Go somewhere else because they are not great at responding or being responsible for any damages your car gets while in the car wash. My truck is new and my roof rack broke and to this day, no response from them they only give you their business card and theyre nice but once you leave they will never reply back and ignore your emails. My incident was almost a month ago.

Eli takes great care of his customers! He and his crew have done seat extraction for me several times now. Each time, I am Wowd at how well the, mostly child induced) stains have disappeared. And in emergency situations, he finds a way to squeeze me into the fold. I had a beer and conversation at the bar and some tacos from the food truck! Thanks

Used to love this place, but the prewash is almost non-existent now. No clean towels to use. The free vacuum is not enough incentive any longer. The last 3 visits disappointing.

Mixed feelings here. They are affordable and convient but when my drivers side mirror was broken off by new equipment it took over a month and my persistence to get it fixed. Liked it better before they up graded.

Jeep owners not welcome. Ive been a customer for years and washed my jeep there regularly for four years without incident; recently a friend told me I couldnt go there anymore. I called and confirmed - if you have a jeep wrangler/Rubicon they wont do business with you - claiming vehicle is too wide. Although they still do vehicles much larger. Very poor customer service. I have three other Fords I wont be taking there anymore.

I have a 2007 Rava4 that looked it`s age and more. I had the entire exterior cleaned and waxed, and engine cleaned. Wow!! it it beautiful! Great job and a great price, thank you

Loved the free vacuums but a complete pain in the butt to have to climb out of the SUV every 3 to 5 min to hit the button to turn it on. Makes for a very time consuming process.

Love these people but prices are way too high! My wash wasnt done on top of my car so not very good after giving a tip prior too and spending alot of money...

They were fast, maybe too fast?? I needed to get the mountain dirt off so I didn’t have to have a dirty car for my vacation. The brushes weren’t that thorough and it looked like one of my kids washed it!! But it got most of the big chunks of mud off. I won’t bother for the deluxe next time... just the regular please.

What a great place! There are lots of places to get growlers filled these days, but this is my favorite. I went in today and was treated so well; the server was friendly and efficient. As I was leaving I saw a cardboard growler holder and asked how much it was. He said: Right now we are just offering one to people so they can get their growler home easily. What great customer service. I also like their beer selections. And what a nice bonus for making the time to go through the car wash. I will definitely be back.

Loved the free vacuum! Had 2 run the car through twice, it was dirty but the crew should have scrubbed it better with the brush before they hit the go button. Non the less it was an ok job.

With winter weather making home-washing my truck nearly impossible, I use Empire Car Wash. It’s imperative to periodically wash and remove highway chemicals and clean the undercarriage to preserve the paint and prevent corrosion. I got the $10 wash, wax, dry, with free vacuum and towel to wipe droplets and clean door seals, I was in and out in 20 minutes. Friendly staff and no waiting. It is well worth the money.

Never mind how clean your ride gets, which is top notch, but the 30# or so beer on tap & 2 large flat screens w/what ever game needs to be showing. The place is like a pub that everyone knows everyone. Out door seating w/small view of the mts helps set the stage to rewind & relax to a great beer while your rig gets aproper detailing.....

We purchased the monthly package for the last 6 months. They have closed early twice in the last month. We drove up at both 5 and 10 minutes to closing and have been told that they are already closed. The lights are still on, there was another car in the wash and the back open sign was still on. Very poor representation! We will be changing to the new car wash on the east side.

Despite people supposedly pre-washing, the front, back and wheels on my car were just as dirty after the wash as they were before. I could touch the dirt with finger after the wash and leave a clean spot on the car, but they cant get it clean? I absolutely do not recommend getting your car washed here.
