Went on a Friday around 1 oclock, yes it was busy but for the price I expected better. Paid for a Super wash which is 23.00 dollars. My car was poorly vacuumed, not wiped down properly inside and they forgot to put the air freshener I paid for that was included in the super wash package! Mind you I keep my car extremely clean so there wasnt much to be done inside but yet this place still failed at doing the bare minimum. Disappointed, definitely will not be coming back!

If your looking for a good person to clean your vehicle ask for young pablo, man is a very meticulous person with a keen eye for detail.

Paid $90 because I had spots on my car and the guy asked if I wanted to get a clay bar done as well. The spots are still on the car, watermarks on the car, and interior cup holders are still dirty. Overall a shoddy job and you’re better off going somewhere else.

I paid for their most expensive car wash service and wax that was $75. I expected a lot more for the price I paid. My car still has water marks, when it was “waxed” and the inside was barely even wiped down. I wouldn’t recommend bringing your car here for a wash. Not worth what I paid. You can better wash at a drive through car wash.

This place looked very nice from the outside, but the quality of the service was disappointing. I was unhappy with the interior cleaning because there were spots and cleaner stains on my dashboard and around the cup holders. The floor still had crumbs and dirt. My rims had a lot of dirt on them still even though I chose the wash that included their detailing. They were also very rough with my car and threw my car remote keys into the cleaner caddie from a far distance. Although they were very fast and I did not wait long it felt like they prioritized speed over quality. I have been coming here for a few months and Id hoped that each visit would get better but it has not so unfortunately I will not be returning here.

Terrible management and service. The car wash itself was average ok, what really got me was their attitude. The staff there was so rush at finishing my car that he knocked my rear view mirror off. When he handed over my key, he was actually trying to convince me to fix it by myself. No kidding. Of course I said no, and the “manager” showed up with strong scent of weed. They tried 30 mins to put it back but miserably failed. They finally gave up and asked me to look for professional help and they would reimburse. After all, I got the car fixed and 2 hours of my life was wasted. When I came back with the auto shop receipt, the owner gave me the long face like I was stealing from him or something. Ridiculous. Recommend this place to the ones you hate.

They scratched my car and tried to place the blame on me that I had tried to cover up the scratch before going to their car wash (even though I don’t make an effort to hide the other scratches and dents that I had prior to the wash). They were extremely rude and unprofessional. They lack the skills to clean your car correctly and no professionalism to admit when they’re in the wrong.

The most beautiful car wash I have ever been to and the service is great too. It was a pleasure to relax in the patio area watching your car being cleaned. There is a large inside sitting area too. It is important to point out that they use air gun to clear out water trapped in the crevices of your car, a procedure I found missing in an increasing number of service providers, and I have been checking out a number of car wash in my area to replace the one I had been going to for years due to declining quality and I think I have found it in Country Village.

My car sat there and air dried and they didnt do a good job wiping out the inside of my car I will never go back there again

For around 45 bucks I can get the exterior looking really nice and rims looking good and have the interior wiped and fresh. They spend a good amount of time on your vehicle usually half hour to an hour but the results are worth it.

Best carwash facility in the San Gabriel Valley. Ive been coming here for many years because they always do a great job. Even though there are many other options around the neighborhood, I still make the drive coming from Arcadia to drop off all the cars for my family as I know that I will never be disappointed. Their prices are also super reasonable while the staff are friendly and professional. Like to also take a moment to commend Hamik for his consistency in quality customer service for so many years where he always ensures that his customers are happy. I highly recommend that everyone get their cars done the right way by coming here as they are truly the best.

Very detail oriented

I was waiting for 40 minutes. I check my car when the surface there are a lot of water stains do not paint clean, worse things tires and the front did not wash clean, there are a lot of insects body. The staff also told me that I was the reason why I had not been caring for too long. When I check my car inside the time, I found that the basic did not help me clean up.

I dont know what to say about this place.They do the car wash and that is fine however the service is not at all consistence also I never understood the difference between Custom, Delux, Rainbow, Regular or Super Wash. After carwash everything looks same on the ground as i tried all apart from custom wash. However they do the job sometime extremely good and sometime so so.

I never learn my lesson. I swing by here from time to time... They still have the worst service. they dont vacuum well. they continue to forget to spray the car scent freshener, they dont wipe or clean thoroughly. Theres still dirt on the carpet. They dont put back the carpet correctly. They leave the seat up and the other down. Just basically the most inefficient carwash place. Not worth it.

Went to get our car wash and paid $15 for it, the only thing that were clean about our car was the tires. When I ask the supervisor how come my trunk cover is still very dirty he told me I have to pay another $25 to get those stains out. Then when I asked the cashier if someone more senior I can talk to, she tools me NO, and that I should know better and ask before I chose the regular wash option. She said that even a 2 years old will know that those kind of stains are hard to clean. Super horrible customer service. Never going back!

Just asked for the 15.99 special. Signs are posted everywhere $15.99 special Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The lady at the register rang me up and chatged me 17.99. I told her I got the special and she said it was an extra two dollar charge. After arguing with her about false advertising I stopped talking to her. The Managers name is Hamik. I will call him after 11 and see what he says. I have a feeling I will get the wrong answer. Last time I come here. LOOK AT YOUR RECEIPTS PEOPLE!!

For the $90 service they did an amazing job with shampooing carpets, waxing the car, and leather treatment.

Streaks where the odometer goes, spots all over the windshield and didnt even leave the scent we asked for. It was $25 and not worth it. (The tires looked good.) I usually go to do It yourself places and pay $10 at most. We just got our car, brand new, and wanted to have it done professionally.Well, we would have gone back and had them fix what we werent happy with but they were very busy and we were running late. I just expected it to be done so much better than what we got. I was disappointed.

The car wash was alright. There was still crumbs on my seat. ok whatever. Nothing serious, but what really got me was when I went to get my keys the guy literally stared at me for a moment before handing my keys to me and literally ASKED me for a tip. Im all for tipping, dont get me wrong. As I was waiting I noticed a jar on the counter where you pay that said tips. What I assumed was tips for the guys that all worked there. Maybe they split it at the end of the day... I told the guy oh I put the tip in the tip jar . He LITERALLY told me No next time you give it us!... After that Im sorry I wont be going there again...

No communication between the guys I asked for a Super wash” and the guys wrote on the receipt “Regular wash” when I went to pay I noticed it was less so I go back outside to let the guy know he changes it on my receipt but not on his copy so the workers can see the change so I ended up paying more and didn’t get the “Super wash” not to mention they didn’t clean the car good no vacuum water marks everywhere horrible job I tried to talk to a manager and he was on the phone had me wait over ten minutes and then he leaves through the back door from what one of the worker told me

Rude lady in front today and mediocre job cleaning. Still dirt on the carpets and missed spots cleaning the interior which I paid extra for. Not to mention the missed spots on the exterior which is obviously part of a car wash even a generic car wash done for donations.
