I have lived in this apartment since August of 2020, and it is BY FAR the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Not only are the amenities, apartments, and location ideal, the office is kind, quick to resolve issues, and top-of-the-line professionals when it comes to addressing concerns. When my unit had some flooding issues due to an issue with the patio drain, they were here within 10 minutes to address it. They cleaned, disinfected, and dried the rug that I had purchased to go in my living room and fixed the concrete patio and drain within a week. I am so pleased with my experience so far and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to live in Winston-Salem!

The first annual Holiday pop-up market was such a success! I was a participating jewelry vendor at the recent event and I cannot be more grateful for the opportunity! Brittney, the Community Manager, held great communication with me, as this was also my first event as a vendor. The Link Apartments staff organized a fantastic event and I hope to be part of many more with my fellow artists, artisans, and small business owners of Winston Salem. Thank you, once again, to the staff, residents, and everyone who attended for letting me share my craft!

This property is AMAZING. So beautiful and well thought out. The team is so friendly and accommodating; I love having the opportunity to talk and work with the property manager Brittney, on their needs and project thought the years. The entire company truly a great group of people who care about what they do and who they serve. 10 stars if it was available.

I was only able to live here for a short amount of time, sadly, but I wish I moved here sooner! All the appliances and rooms are so nice and great quality. Perfect location downtown. And the best staff you could ever ask for! They work with you on any type of issue you have, apartment related or even personal related. They really make you feel like they’re your friends! I wish I did not have to move as I love living here, but they made every second so enjoyable and worry free. Best home to have downtown!

Link Apartments in Innovation Quarter is the place to be in Downtown Winston-Salem! Not only are the apartments and amenities great, but the management works extremely hard to put on fun community events and give back to the residents. Everyone is so friendly and pet-friendly as well!

Where do I even start to explain how impressed I am with not only the actual apartments themselves, but also everyone who works here! From day one, everyone in the office was nothing but helpful and accommodating. They made every step of the application and leasing process extremely easy, making us feel so welcomed! Somehow they even put up with our millions of questions before we moved in and never once seemed bothered by us! Additionally, unlike other apartment complexes who rave about being dog friendly but then make you feel like your dog is an issue right when you move in, they are actually extremely welcoming to dogs and constantly ask me to bring my dog by so they can say hi, which always makes my day! What I love even more is that when they address emails or notes to our apartment they include my dog’s name on them too because, in their words, “he’s a resident too!” (how cute right!?). Also, they are quick to respond to any questions or issues that come up and go above and beyond when fixing them. Truthfully I am beyond pleased with our decision to move into these apartments. Not only is the kitchen space amazing (so much counter space!!), they also have huge walk in closets and soon to be great amenities. Let’s just also all take a moment to remember real quick about the location too! What else could you ask for in a place!? I’m happy to say I don’t think I’ll need to worry about moving again any time soon because I don’t see how it can get much better!

This is the first apartment I rented in Winston-Salem, when I was conducting tours around the city, this nice, new apartment complex looked and sounded great. They were building a pool, an upstairs lounge, fitness and yoga center, which all sounds great, IF you get to use them. When we moved in in September 2019, we were told the pool would be done in December, they finished in May. They have yet to complete the upstairs lounge, coming up on almost a year now. Management has entered our apartment one more than one occasion without prior notice, (not allowed per our lease) with a sorry, it wont happen again...only to do it...again. Understanding we are in an unprecedented time, we reached out to see if management would work with us on the rent, given that - 1. They did not provide the amenities on the original timeline. 2. We are currently unable to use any of our facilities. Management responded and said they would not be providing any alleviation during the COVID-19 crisis. To top it all off....our apartment has been flooded twice since we moved in. There are much better places to live in Winston-Salem.

The facilities are fantastic, tenants are very nice. The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming. I knew this was where I wanted to live from the first interaction. Brand new, premium appliances. Great layout. Close proximity to highway in order to get around.

Its the best location in Winston if you want to be in the middle of downtown. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The people in the community are mostly young professionals with a few older couples that wanted to get out of their house. The community events are always fun and we all usually go out afterwards. I love living here!

I have lived here for a couple months and love it! This apartment complex is in a great location, you can walk to basically everything downtown. Super dog friendly place, even has a small fenced in dog spot and cleaning station. Highly recommend this apartment complex!

If youre looking for a place to indulge yourself and enjoy everything an apartment can be, this is the place. These apartments really are the gold-standard of luxury living, and several levels above anything Ive seen in Winston Salem. While its very common now for apartments to make claims of luxury or things like that, Ive been here for several months now and can say for a fact that this one delivers - every part of the experience here has held up perfectly. Ive lived in a lot of luxury apartment complexes and this one beats them all in every area. The amenities, service and construction quality are the best Ive experienced, (as if that wasnt enough, its also right across the street from Bailey Park, tons of great restaurants, and a short walk from everything else downtown). But wait, theres more - the management staff are awesome! I was pretty high-maintenance during move-in but theyve been beyond accomodating every step of the way. Even with so much going on here (the upper floors are still being constructed, the permanent leasing office just opened this week, etc) the team here have been incredibly helpful, responsive and friendly. One last note about the (lack of) noise - before renting here, I had concerns about noise (these apartments are in the middle of downtown, theres active construction going on all around, and its next to an active train track) but Ive been here a month, and theyre soundproofed so well that from day one Ive never heard any outside noise (aside from a couple of fire alarm tests, but thats kind of an unavoidable part of new apartments, and they were always emailed about several hours in advance) unless my apartment is completely silent. I have a small fan that I usually keep on its lowest power level, and that by itself is enough to mask the tiny amount of outside noise that gets through the walls here.Tl;dr - treat yo self, living here is beyond worth it

My dad moved in here a few months ago, and was so excited to be in his new apartment! He was excited about the burgeoning state of Winston right now, especially this area. We were all looking forward to the saltwater pool being built right now, and the space downstairs that could be rented for $300, pool tables and all, was so fun! The gas grills outside were going to be mine and my boyfriend’s favorite place this summer (he is very good at grilling!). Dad was even asking my sister and me about how to work out in their amazing workout space (he had a bad knee), and we suggested the elliptical or stationary bike. The yoga room also seemed super cool. He recently went to a gathering for people who live in the apartment, there was a really cool Mexican place across the street. If I remember correctly, there were even door prizes (he won one!). It was such a welcoming place for anyone, but especially to one who tended to his own devices (me too, dad!). He was really happy to be there, and excited for what possibilities lay ahead!Unfortunately, my dad passed away unexpectedly from a heart attack in his new apartment a little over a week ago. It has been a nightmare for my family and me. The first night when I returned because of a call from my stepmom, the police and ambulance were outside when I arrived in shock. As a 30 year old, I am lucky enough (I guess) to say this has been the worst time of my life. The people who work there have been incredible to me and my family, from that night until today when me and my granny (his mom) went to go through his things. I realize that this apartment is very new, but am very humbled with how those who work here have treated us. I want to say they were very professional, but that sounds cold. They were professional, but also warm, and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. I wish I could remember the woman who we interacted with today’s name (she must have been the apartment manager), she was so kind to me and my granny. When I was returning the hand truck she let us borrow to take some of my dad’s things, she gave me a very nice hug. I’m not normally into hugs, especially from strangers, but this felt really genuine. I’m not sure these folks were prepared for something like this, because I sure wasn’t, but they damn sure did a good job handling it. This is a place that does care about their residents, and residents’ family, I mean that with the most sincerity.I would 10/10 recommend this apartment to anyone looking for somewhere special. Thank you to everyone that has made this tragedy a little more bearable.

Incessant beeping because of fire alarms not having batteries in them from MANY apartments at the same time. Construction workers urinating on the side of the road. I’ve called to complain about the fire alarms and they won’t do anything about it. They should be fined and instead they’re charging outrageous amounts of money for tiny little apartments with what I can assume is poor soundproofing. Look elsewhere, plenty of options downtown.
