I came here to get a fill and gel polish. Justin did my nails and he was excellent! He took his time, each nail is even and smooth and he was gentle with my fingers. I asked for pretty Easter nails with alternating colors, and they turned out beautiful. Price is comparable to what I’ve paid all over the U.S.

I’m 65 years old and been coming to Lush Nails for pedicures since 2016. Never had a bad experience; and I’ve always have been treated with great customer service. The employees are very thoughtful when it comes to cleanliness and hygiene. Even in the Age of Covid, I’ very confident that all the proper precautions are taken.

This is the BEST nail studio in the area! I have tried many different local nail techs and no one comes close to Lena! Her work is exceptional! She takes great care with what she does. She has the experience to know what will work with each individual and how to delivery the best possible results.I always get complimented on my nails. And its not just the beautiful style of the nail, or the color, its the actual shape. She builds a beautiful, professional, and strong nail. Ive never had a chip, or a break, and I use my hands all day every day. Once youre used to the nail, its like a part of you. The way Lena builds them, you start out with a length that youre comfortable with, but these are so strong, that you can build the confidence that it takes to wear longer nails - nail biters, this means you - because you come to learn that no matter what you do, your nails arent going anywhere!Its not only about the product here either. I’ve been going here for a while and I’ve never had a bad experience here, I have a difficult time finding places to do my nails considering I don’t have use of my left hand from a stroke. The nail artists here all work wonderfully with my deficit and have never treated me differently or said that they couldn’t work with my hand. I would highly recommend Andy and Lena.

I never leave bad reviews, but this is going to be a long one. After going to Lush for years, I’ve always had a good experience. Not today. I went in yesterday for a gel fill, showed the nail technician a reference photo of the color I wanted, and she helped me choose between a few colors to achieve that look. She applied a couple coats of one color, and another of a different color, and they turned out looking nothing like the picture I showed her. She asked me if I liked them and because I didn’t want to be rude, I told her they were fine, tipped her, and left. I went home and realized that they were even worse than what I thought they were. I called this morning and told them that I got my nails done last night, wasn’t happy with the color and that it wasn’t what I wanted, and asked how much it would cost to change the color. They told me that they wouldn’t charge me to fix the color. I come in for my appointment today, and the same nail technician who did my nails last night says that she can take me. She asked what was wrong with them, and I told her that the color wasn’t what I wanted and they looked nothing like the photo I showed her. Obviously, since she failed at replicating my original photo, I showed her a different color that I wanted to change it to. She told me that that’s what I chose and if I wanted to change the color, it would “only cost me $20”. I asked her why it would cost me $20 when the woman I spoke to on the phone said that it would be free? She began to get an attitude with me, laughed when I was speaking, and told me that I couldn’t just come in and get my nails done for free because I decided I didn’t like them the next day. I told her I would leave and go somewhere else if I was going to have to pay to get them fixed anyways. Why wouldn’t I want a different color than the one she used last night that looked horrible? Why would I want to get my nails done by the same nail technician who messed up my nails the night before? I left, and immediately called and asked to speak to a manager. Funny enough, the woman I spoke to on the phone earlier who told me I wouldn’t have to pay to get them fixed was the manager. She told me that I would have to pay since I showed them a different photo when I went in today then the one I showed them last night, which again, makes NO sense. Finally, after she spoke back and forth with my nail technician while I was on the phone with her, she said “come in at 6:00” and hung up. The customer service was horrible (something I’ve never had an issue with in the past) and I left feeling extremely disappointed and uncomfortable. I will not be returning.

Went in with a friend for the first time, walk in. I got gel on my natural nails. They took us quickly which was nice, but after the owner did my nails, they looked fine. About an hour later, the gel started peeling off. Called and went in for a fix on TWO nails. the owner did my nails again, fixed the two that I had a problem with and used a nail file on the rest of my nails to take off the top coat off.. she proceeded to add onto my nails another 4 coats of nail polish! as you can imagine, my nails were thick. I told her I did not like them. The owner talked across the salon, and waved for me to come to her! She had customers in chairs and could not step away for two minutes to talk to me. Very unprofessional and embarassing. I made an appointment but did not go. I did get a refund.

Lena is the best! I have always left her shop 100% satisfied. The facility is extremely clean and Lena goes above and beyond in keeping her business safe and sanitized during this COVID madness. Also, she gives the BEST leg and foot massages with a pedicure...lol

I have frequented this establishment alot since it had first opened and was happy with the service until now. It took 1.5 hrs for a pedi and I asked to try the powder manicure. My nail tech didnt know how to do it so I was told to wait until someone could help me. I was given Tony who commented that my nails were too short and that is why my manicure looked bad. It looks like a 5 year old painted my nails. I told him I didnt like it and that I should have just skipped a mani all together, but he didnt understand what I was saying. The owner offered to fix it, but at that point I was already there 2.5 hrs. Will not be returning.

It’s a nice clean place everyone is friendly but not daisy she is rude. She laughs at everything and she doesn’t take me seriously I highly recommend Lina she’s the owner and is very sweet.

I’ve read some of the reviews and want to make sure people know what kind of a salon they are going to if they go to Lush Nails. Lush Nails is the BEST nail salon I have ever been to. I normally have Ben do the dip powder in my nails and it is beautiful EVERY time. They are polite, courteous and clean. I would recommend them to anyone. I’ve been going there for about a year and a half and will continue. They are a great group of people. Thank you for the beautiful nails!!!

Today I visited Lush Nails. I just moved to the area and I haven’t found my home nail salon. I walked in and the decor and music was relaxing. I had made an appointment with Ben because I saw the great reviews he had on his dipping powder full sets. I walked I and I was immediately greeted with an open chair. It was so nice that they were actually ready for me for my appointment and I didn’t have to wait. I sat down and he immediately filed off my top layer so he could wrap my finger in foil. He wrapped my fingers in foil and then draped a hot towel over my hands to relax while my dipping powder loosened up. This was a nice touch! I was so pleased with Ben’s work. He is a professional and very meticulous. He is friendly and welcoming. Talking to Ben I found out he was the owner and he only works by appointment for the most part! Great Job Ben, I am excited for my next appointment! If you are looking for a great Nail salon in Winchester, Look no further!

I have been going to Lina at Lush for the past six months. The staff is always friendly. I have no problem scheduling appointments at my convenience. Her nail art is professional and never sloppy. Usually come here for acrylics. this evening I came in for a gel fill and came out with my nails a wreck. they weren’t even full to the cuticles meaning they’ll grow out quicker and the acrylic was super uneven. I usually come here because they have decent pricing and work isn’t bad but this was just over the line for me. Also not to mention on they’re price menu in store a gel fill is supposed to be $25 but they always charge me $30 which I don’t mind if the work is fine but if they’re gonna upcharge me and not do work up to par then that’s where I draw the line and no longer come.

On a recent outing with my daughter and granddaughter, I took them to get their nails done. This is the second time weve been taken advantage of by the same tactic and person. The man who did their nails was told to do acrylics (I was there) and at checkout he charged $90 for both instead of $50. I reminded him they asked for acrylics and he argued the point saying he used gel...he wasnt told to use gel. Their nails look lovely but we will not return to be duped again.

My husband and I have gone here together for pedicures maybe 5 times or so. We have had several different people work on us and theyve all been great. The place is super clean which is huge to me since Im a bit of a germaphobe. They also offer an impressive variety of colors and options to suit anyone and everyone. We used to jump around to whatever salon had availability but we now find ourselves preferring to come here mostly.

Stay far away!! They use illegal razors on your feet.No mistake, Andy did my pedicure. I took a picture of it with my intentions of reporting to State. I am licensed Cosmetologist and know the difference. I probably have had at least 300 pedicures in my life. No mistake here, you need to have a serious talk with Andy

This is a lovely place but I have tried them out a couple times now and have not had great experiences. My last visit had them calling someone from the back that was obviously annoyed to be bothered and in a hurry. My nails did not look very nice and had pockets of undried gel polish that popped and leaked out and made the polish peel off. I wont be going back anymore.

Love love love!!! My nail salon started going down hill and I always felt bad asking for them to change something. I am a picky picky nail person. Today was the first time I needed lush nails to change something since I started going to them 6 months ago. They were wonderful, they told me they never want anyone to be unhappy. They made me feel very welcome and made sure I was happy! Customer service at its greatest so glad I found them!

I went in to have my nails fixed from another salon and couldnt be happier with the way they turned out. I absolutely love them and they are exactly what I asked for. I will definitely be back.

I got a manicure and full nail set done and it cost 55 dollars, which isnt bad for what I got. The staff is very nice. I plan to continue being a customer there.

I have been going to lush since the first two weeks they opened & I will NEVER go anywhere else!! the shop is awesome & the staff is even better! lina has an amazing attitude with adjusting to what you like or need & she has done my nails for many years before & I was TOO excited to find out she was here. daisy is always so positive & welcoming when we are there. Tony(the tiger) & Andy are awesome techs also & Ben is always waiting to take care of someone with a smile! I highly suggest ANYONE in the shop to take care of what you need with a smile on their faces & a great conversation!! my eyebrows stay on fleek & my nails stay slayed!! I have never had one issue with anything since the beginning. the shop is AMAZINGLY CLEAN & the nail colors are beautiful! also, they always have a jam session worthy radio playing which is a huge plus. if I could rate them a 100 out of 10 I would do it at any time!

Horrible! I got an SNS manicure and it started chipping before even a week! The color wasn’t right (the color I chose needed 3 coats and they only did 2) and I came back for them to fix my nail that chipped after only 6 days. The guy fixed it and every day since, I’ve had more chips on other nails! I’m also not a fan of them putting gel top coat on because it peels off! I’ve never had anyone do that.. Every other nail place I’ve been to, my SNS has lasted 3-4 weeks without chipping at all! I am extremely disappointed with the service at this place and will definitely never come back. SNS is expensive as it is and should last for weeks without issues. Don’t waste your money!!

HORRIBLE is all I can say. I recently moved to the area and have been trying to find a new nail salon to try. I saw that Lush Nails had great reviews for the most part so i decided to give them a whirl. I had a beach vacation planned so i found a fun beach design that i wanted to get. I showed them when i got there and they seemed very hesitant that they could do it, which i was completely fine with. She showed another woman and she told me she could do it so i let her go ahead and do the design. She was not very friendly and another woman sat by her the whole time and i could tell they were talking about me. She told me that i had short fat nails and that the design would not look good. I was having them dipped in powder so she had to use a brush to get the design correct. She had to search for brushes and clearly made it known she had no idea what she was doing. People kept walking by and laughing at the design because it looked NOTHING like the picture i had asked them to do. I was sooo embarrassed and felt VERY uncomfortable. She had asked me if i liked it and i had told her that i was not sure if this was what i was going for, the other lady told me that she still had to sand it down and polish it and that it would look better. By the end of it i was livid, she panted on a design which i will say turned out good but that is the only thing she was capable of doing. The price they advertised on Facebook said $30 and when she was done she told me it was $50!!!! I am not the type of person to raise hell or cause a scene so i paid it and left. They will NEVER have a my business again.. It was NOT worth the money. My old salon would massage your hands and make it worth your money.. THEY DID NOTHING! She didnt even say thank you when i gave her a tip she did NOT deserve. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! if i could give NO STARS i would.

I never had powder dip before just gel polish process. So i decided to try it. After the manicure/dip process (which is supposed to be without UV light) was finished and nails were looking nice and shiny, she used the.dremel again on the hardened dip, it removed the shiny and then painted clear gel nail polish and had.me put under UV light. I questioned the part of the process and she.stated it make.nails stronger look nicer..OK? So I paid went to car and you can see the dremel powdery shavings from the filing pre-gel. I am not pleased. So i decided to go back..she took off gel topcoats with dremel. Washed/wiped off with wet paper towel and brushed off but its still looking the same with dremel roughness /dusty nailbed under the new gelcoat. This process doesnt look or sound right ...esp when doing the powder dip process says no UV process. Pedicure is good - 2starBut there is one thing I really hate is dont have.a 20 +minute conversation during pedicure on the manicure/dip process, quote me a price and then change it.....while finishing the manicure/dip/. Tells me come back later and shell do just gel coatSorry but i already spent 3.5 hrs and I have.other.things to do. Lena, this experience was not a.good one -Not happy customer.

Horrible. Grew my nails out for months with dip powder at another salon. Decided to try here. Tony drilled my real nails down to nail bed. Uneven horrible dip powder application. Beware! So upset! Only carry Kiara sky. Small color selection. Other places have many!

I used to like their service, but it got lazy overtime. I paid for coffin nails and they look exactly the same as before they filled it down. Very disappointed.
