Friendly, knowledgeable service agents, with excellent service. Service hours are great for working people that have to fit one more thing into their day.What prevents me from giving you a five star rating is the pressure placed on your clients to add more services to the initial visit. Coming in and expecting to spend 200 dollars and the service turns into 400 without options. Is a bit much. Options to delay new services at a more financially convenient time would be a more helpful strategy.

I haven’t ever been too disappointed with the service. They always call and give you a price before doing any kind of extra work. They also applied a coupon today that I wasn’t aware I had. I guess I earned it through the Nissan rewards. Prices seem a little higher, but it is a dealer shop so that’s probably on par. My only recent complaint is that they’ve stopped attaching the full inspection report with the paperwork. They apparently have the capability of emailing it via a Nissan service application, but I haven’t ever gotten it. I have received an email saying that my car’s checked in, but then no other progress reports come. It seems silly to have a service progress application available and not actually use it passed the initial check-in. Also, a complimentary car wash couldn’t hurt to be added to any service. I got one today apparently after spending a good chunk of money, but not earlier this week when I had a regular service. I am sure they profit enough off everything that a quick wash wouldn’t hurt their overhead. That’s probably a non-issue.

Greatest Car Purchase Experience Ever! I worked with Kyle Dulapa and the deal was closed quickly despite being 2 hours away, and not having an opportunity to test drive the Truck. When I arrived to pick up the Titan, the paperwork was all ready for signatures. We were in and out in about an hour. The dealer was awesome. They offer extended service hours and prompt service. My repair was covered under warranty so it was my lucky day. I have worked in the Automotive service industry(dealer level) for 28 years and have to say they nailed it. Typically when a battery begins to fail or has failed you loose all your presets on the radio and your clock defaults. New battery installed and you have to reset everything. A lot of facilities miss that attention to detail. Not the service department at Tri-State Nissan in Winchester. The technician also topped off my coolant level in the expansion tank! Did full complementary inspection on my vehicle . Didn’t try to rip me off, took car in after an accident. I wanted see the if the body shop did what they were supposed to do . They pointed a couple things that were minor . Good customer service . I also noticed that inventory was really, really low . No other issue .

Very courteous service department, my change to the appointment time was courteously accommodated, service was quick and professional. I would complain about the price as I would any dealership, though, but it was in line with the price of services at any shop. I appreciated that they reset the tire rotation and oil change alerts, too. At another dealer, I had to find the settings and reset them myself.

Mike Brown was our salesman for our new 2021 Rogue. We were extremely pleased with his knowledge and help throughout the whole process. At no time did we feel pressured to make the decision to purchase. The signing of papers and working with Wendy was also pleasant. She did not pressure us either to purchase extra protection plans. In addition, we were offered what we thought was a fair price for a trade in on a vehicle sight unseen. We are excited to be in a new beautiful and reliable vehicle. I will be doing another review once we use their service department for the Rogue for oil changes and other upkeep needs. It is my sincere hope the service department will be as good as our experience thus far.

This is my first car. Its supposed to be a great experience. Tri State Nissan sold us a car with a broken air condition system. They fixed it enough for us to drive off the lot and when it broke, they said, Oh well, not our problem. You bought the car already. Then, later, they said, Give us a call, well fix it. And then never called us back. Is that the kind of dealership you want to do business with? There are so many honest dealerships who actually do put their customers first. This isnt one of them.

Do NOT buy anything from this place. Dont use their service department, either!Bought a car there on Friday. Certified Used Car they said. Drove fine on the test drive, but then started rattling in the engine compartment the next day. The battery was jury-rigged and the fuse boxes werent even mounted to anything. Found a tear in one of the rear seat belts (that shouldnt have passed inspection, the rear shocks started creaking, and realized the rear speakers dont work. All after a 4-hour marathon to get the paperwork done.The battery and maybe the seat belt we shouldve found before we bought it, but it shouldnt have even been on the lot in the first place!Service department in a separate instance charged me $30 or so to replace a battery in my key... key still didnt work and they wouldnt refund it.This place is everything youve ever been warned buying a car can be. Do NOT go here!

Everyone here was so kind and helpful when I brought in my (non-Nissan) car that wouldnt start. They are open later that other mechanics and dealerships, so I was able to get the problem fixed right when it happened instead of the next day.

The service department at Tri-State Nissan is by far the best. They are always so nice and helpful. I live about 20mins closer to Hamilton Nissan but it is definitely worth my time to drive a little further to Tri-State! I never feel pressured or tricked into buying anything like so many other places try to do. They also have pretty good service deals on the website and send coupons in the mail which is always a plus! I definitely wont take my Titan anywhere else!

It was the worst experience ever. I paid $825 only for my vehicle to die directly in front of the dealership. Hustling left and right unapologetically. I wont ever trust them again. I never once received an apology for their mishaps either. Initially I asked for a diagnostic because my car wouldnt start. I got it towed in. My fuel pump fails after $825? It was ridiculous. My advice? Start your car before you pay them anything!

Drove straight home after service done and heard a metallic clanking every now and then. Figured loose bolt or just from tire rotation, knocked some dirt off. Drove to see family 70 miles away and still heard clanking noise. Then in a 25mph zone, went over a small bump and sounded like pieces of my car fell apart all over the road. Pulled over and went to get said pieces and the incompetent mechanic left tool in engine compartment. Imagine if that happened at 65-70 mph instead of 25mph !! So yes, I dont trust this dealership anymore, dont know if I can recommend or bring my car back.. endangered me, my family.. over pure neglect. Good mechanics take care of their tools, not leave them in a customers vehicle !!

I called around town to find a place that could take in a walk-in state inspection. After multiple phone calls, I remembered a friend told me to call the Nissan dealer. I called and was told it would take an hour to hour 15 to get one done. I headed over. I was out much faster without any issues. Very polite and clean facility.

At first the experience started out a little rough there was a couple little hiccups but all was made right. When we arrived they had the car ready cleaned and pulled up front. They were so good at first, then everything started happening with my car, took it 2 days after I bought it because my fiancé (who is a mechanic) said my ac compressor was going bad, service advisor said it was normal, now not even 3 months later my ac compressor locked up, 90 degrees or more most days and I have a 10 month old who doesn’t regulate her own body temperature like she should. $1200 fix. This place is a joke. Don’t buy anything from here because they are not willing to fix it.

I reached out to them via email and asked if I could purchase the car and have it shipped to me. Angel Payne from Tri-State Nissan (part of Marlow Motors) responded and walked me through the process. I’d never purchased a car on-line before, but she made it a great experience and I couldn’t be happier. We negotiated the price over a few texts, agreed upon terms and they overnighted paperwork that same day. I signed and returned the paperwork with a personal check in the provided overnight envelope and that was it. Angel went and picked up the car from another Marlow dealer and brought it to Tri-State Nissan. I was extremely pleased to learn that they were able to register/title the car in PA so I wouldn’t have to do it myself. Angel provided some options for getting the car to me but in the end I had a friend drive me there and picked it up in person. When I arrived and met Angel she had everything ready, the car was detailed and had temp plates so I could literally sign one document and drive it home. It couldn’t have been faster or more professional, it was easily the best automobile purchase of my life. The car was exactly as described with no hidden problems/issues. I’d read reviews about on-line purchases where the paperwork never arrived or a host of other problems have occurred so I decided to hold off on writing this review until I’d received everything. As expected, everything (PA registration, PA plate, PA Title) has arrived timely and the transaction is complete. My hat goes off to everyone at the dealership, they run a tight ship. Extremely pleased with the service we received on our 2017 Nissan Altima. Staff was professional and a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. Well definitely be using Tri-States services again!!
