So, I booked my second lash lift and tint appt with Michelle for today. I had a whole saga in which I was 8 minutes late, and their policy is that customers cannot be more than 7 mins late to an appt. Michelle called to tell me she couldn’t see me as I was pulling into the parking lot.I was super upset (also 6 months pregnant, so you know, hormones), and Michelle expertly navigated the situation, she called the next client and asked if she could shift her appt to another wax provider just so she could fit me in. She truly went above and beyond and I went from being really upset, to incredibly grateful for her flexibility and quick on-her-feet thinking.This Waxing in the City location is clean and well maintained. And obviously from my review Michelle is just the best. Very impressed with how she handled my situation and prioritized the customer experience despite the hiccup. And the lashes look excellent :)

I went here for waxing with Emily. She was professional, caring and never made me feel uncomfortable! She talked me through and awkwardness and took precautions for cleanliness in the room. All cdc precautions were taken throughout the entire establishment. I will be returning. 👍👍

As a walk-in on my first visit to this location I was impressed that the staff was very attentive and helpful. They were able to schedule an appointment for later that afternoon. When I arrived for my appointment I was again greeted promptly and professionally, and introduced to my Cerologist, Emily. Emily was friendly and professional, immediately putting me at ease. Emily was very skillful and efficient in her work. I was very satisfied and look forward to having her take care of my future appointments. The only equal in service and friendliness Ive found was when visiting a Waxing in the City in Orlando Florida. I dont give 5 star ratings very frequently, but this location deserves every star!

I’ve been going to waxing the city Clark for a little over a year now and every apt I have is a lovely experience. Recently Hema waxed me and she was so warm and welcoming, made me feel super comfortable and gave a relatively pain free wax. The front desk workers are also friendly too and the salon is crystal clean. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Diana was very helpful and gave very useful tips to help me through my first waxing experience. I’d highly recommend requesting her when booking your appointment. The method she uses is very effective and the results are the best I’ve ever had compared to other hair removal methods.(Thanks again Diana.) I also want to thank the woman at the front desk who help me with a slight issue I had with my scheduled appointment. She handled it quickly and efficiently and I was still able to request the same date and time for that day. Will be going back soon.

I love Waxing the City for my eyebrow waxing. Hema is amazing, she does a fabulous job shaping my eyebrows and even recommended eyebrow tinting this time before my friend’s wedding. Very happy with my experience here! The salon was very clean and the staff was friendly from the moment I walked in. Michelle made me feel so comfortable since I was very nervous at the beginning. I was expecting the Brazilian to be a bit painful since I have had that experience at other waxing salons, but the wax they use here made it much easier to handle and was not so bad! I booked an appointment with Hema for a Brazilian Wax. Going into the appointment I was worried that this experience was going to be painful being that it was my first time. It actually turned out to be quite easy and not as painful as I thought. I was extremely surprised and happy with the results. Hema was very professional and 16 years of experience spoke for themselves. She took great care of me and I’d definitely recommend her to any of the male customers! A solid 10 out of 10!

Amazing place to get your waxing done. I have been doing to Emily and she is amazing. Pain free!!!! The wax is very gentle and nonirritating. Everyone there is very nice and accommodating. They also have other services as well. The place is immaculate. I also use their sugar scrub which is amazing.

Was looking to try this place for the first time. I gave them a call to see if anything was available. The girl who answered said she would have to ask her manager (that was weird to me that the receptionist who answered the phone couldnt tell if there was any availability). Anyways, she proceeded to say she would ask her manager & call me back in 15 mins. I told her never-mind & that it was okay because I was in the area but had to get back to work. She insisted, so I waited. It is now over an hour and no one called me back. Very unprofessional not to at least give a courteous call back.

I havent been here since they first opened two years ago so today was my first re-visit. I booked online but had a last minute work meeting scheduled so I called to reschedule & the woman on the phone was very rude. Wouldnt even let me speak, but was telling me they were going to charge 100% even if I rescheduled. I was just trying to get a later time, same day. Honestly was very irritated with the phone interaction, especially since in the text with the rescheduled time it said We are asking for a 24 hour cancellation notice for all appointments or you will be charged 50% of that appointment if cancelled or missed. nothing about rescheduling & didnt say 100% but whatever I got the time changed. If it wasnt for my waxer Michelle D I really wouldnt have recommended this places she made my experience 100% worth it. She was super friendly, efficient, & helpful. Exceeded my expectations! I told her my concerns with my skin & she recommended a product to help & she was knowledgeable on the product which made me feel confident in buying it. I am going back here & so glad to found her. Definitely referring her to anyone looking to get waxed. If you go here book with Michelle, she wont disappoint!!
