I bought my Lexus NX from ultimate automotive in 2019 and the process was very smooth. So I figured I would take my car back every time I need an oil change and unfortunately with the lack of communication and techs thoroughly checking my brakes after each oil change I’m now in need of rotor replacement and new brake pads. I took it to them and they stated that it was an electrical issue and my emergency brake was constantly on and grinding my brake pads and I would need to take it the nearest Lexus dealership but remind you I was there a month prior and my brakes “were fine”. I called around and found foreign and domestic who throughly checked my car and said nothing was electrically wrong with my car I just need rotors and brake pads and what most likely happened is the techs there were not checking properly and when they looked at this time they realized that and sent me on my way. Totally disappointed and will never take my car back there not even for the “free inspection”.

I was in the market for a mustang 5.0. I searched for a good two months and found one on the internet and Ultimate Automotive Group had one. I am from North Carolina and went to Pennsylvania on a Friday to visit family. On the way up I stopped in to check out the car. One thing I really liked was there was no pressure, clean lot and office, and very nice people to talk with. So I test drove it and liked it and said I would be back that Monday on my way back to North Carolina.I stopped back in Monday and got the deal I was happy with and purchased the car. Good people and good dealerships are hard to come by and I can very much say I will gladly buy another car from them again. They are no giant dealership that only care about volume. They are to me a family type person to person that you can actually have a conversation with in a relaxing buying situation.By all means if you are looking for a good car, put them on the list to visit.

There is so much to say about this place but I’m going to keep it short.Facilities? A+Hours? Convenient ✅Staff? Amazing! In particular Russell and Rob... both go above and beyond the call of duty with their clients✅Customer service? Exemplary. Not to mention they happen to have a very nice inventory of vehicles no matter what you seek!Prices? This past weekend I found the exact truck I had been searching for on auto list at UAG. Living in Virginia Beach it’s about a 4 hour drive to Winchester, Va so I wanted to be sure before committing to the trip. I called Bob Monday morning right when they opened and he gladly gave me all the details on vehicle. It became clear this was the truck for me but I wouldn’t be able to make it until the next morning. Bob said that was no problem and offered to hold the truck as I knew it would go fast. I arrived first thing and the truck was pulled up front and ready for a test drive. The owner of the dealership, Chris, then helped me through all the logistics of purchasing and then getting plates and registration. I was in and out of there in no time and back on the road headed south in new old truck. Super great and trustworthy people, an absolute joy to do business with!

This was the friendliest shop experience Ive ever endured. In the midst of my travels across country, I found myself with some concerning car troubles. Its always somewhat scary and overwhelming being somewhere unfamiliar. Russell and Kieth did an amazing job taking a lot of the pressure off by going above and beyond to get me back on the road.If I lived in the area, these would be my guys! Awesome, efficient, and great people.

Although I think the cost of repair work done by Ultimate Automotive is rather expensive they have always done a good job and not pulled any pranks to get more money out of us as they did when we used to take my BMW 328xi to BMW of Fairfax. Three or four times when we took our BMW to BMW of Fairfax, when we got home we discovered some new problem with the car that was not a problem before we took it in. So upon arriving home after a 90 minute drive we had to immediately book another appointment to get a different thing fixed. This has never happened with Ultimate Automotive. They seem to be honest in their practices. And the problem that we have brought the car in to have repaired has always been fixed properly.

My husband had dealt with UAG for maybe 10 or more years, and was always happy with the vehicle he bought there. Hes gone now, and I had two vehicles I wanted to trade in. Naturally I turned to UAG. I was given fair quotes for the trade ins, and for the new vehicle I came away with. I am grateful to Chris for being sensitive and most helpful, and to Bobby for teaching me how to work my new SUV.

I would rate 6 stars if available. My car broke down while I was out of town and UAG was helpful and supportive getting me back on the road quickly and with no hassles. I would highly recommend their service department.

As a car guy its extremely difficult to find a shop that actually cares. I finally found great people that take great care of your car. They have the best alignment machines and will notify you of anything you may be unaware of.

These guys are fantastic!! Chris and Jimmy both are extremely helpful and friendly. I recently bought my Porsche 911 in to them to have several items taken care of and was very pleased with how reasonable their labor charges were. The technician also took the time to talk to me about the car and go through it from front to back noting things that he found. Overall a great experience, so glad I found an independent trustworthy shop to take care of my car so close to home. Have already recommended to 3 people that I know.

Just purchased a pristine 2000 BMW M Roadster from UAG. The sale was handled by Bob McKinney who did a top notch job of handling the deal. I bought the car from out of state (Wisconsin) without seeing or driving it. Bob provided full support with pictures, personal descriptions and answered all of my questions in great detail. I arranged transport pick up and delivery with Bob ensuring that all went well on his end. Money transfer and documentation mailings back and forth were prompt and worry free. The day before the car was picked up, Bob had his service group detail the entire car and topped off the gas tank. They also determined the battery was not taking a full charge and promptly installed a new one at no cost to me. Service truly above and beyond in all aspects of this sale. If UAG has the car you’re looking for, this is the place to deal with. You will not be disappointed. Bob turned this purchase into a great experience.

The one star I reserve for absolutely terrible experiences and mine was not that. It was squarely dissatisfying, however.The short of it is that I cant recommend their service department for engine repairs that are difficult to diagnose and/or are other than straight forward.UAG was recommended to me by a family member and my vehicle was having intermittent shutting down while driving so I brought it to their service department. Their first repair was to replace a part that another shop had replaced just a few months before (I didnt have the paperwork available at the time, or the recollection to stop them, so I only discovered this months later, when I got the paperwork organized). The result was that the vehicle had the exact same symptoms. I brought it back to them and they did more work to it (another $500 bill) but immediately I could hear/feel the engine hesitating just as it had before, even at idle. I got to feeling that they were not looking at my vehicles problem in a comprehensive way. They were approaching it by fixing this and fixing that (I call that method of work guess and check), I brought it back to them to have them feel/hear the engine cycling through hesitation and they did detect what I wanted them to but when they put it up on the lift they said they couldnt find what it was but that the computer threw a code for catalytic converter issues so they would be happy to replace that for me. I asked them if cat problems would cause the motor to shut down unexpected while driving and they said probably not. Just more random repairs without a broad, systematic approach to the issue.

They were so amazing! My girlfriend and I were were on our way to Virginia Beach and a deer hit our car. We needed help making sure the car was okay and they took such good care of us. They gentlemen there were so very nice. I really suggest if you need anything go here. These guys know there stuff. Thank you all so much for helping us UAG.

Have gone to this shop on and off for about 10 years and have had generally favorable experiences each time. Under new management currently, so expect the automotive maintenance and repair experience to be even better going forward. The customer satisfaction surveys mean the business genuinely wants to know what they are doing right and possibly doing wrong. Feedback is key to any business, and UAG is striving for excellence on all fronts. Great bunch of people there, and I personally know one of the owners who is a first class guy to begin with.

Highly highly highly ( did i mention HIGHLY) recommend. These guys along with Bill and Glenns is the ONLY place I take my vehicles. They go above and beyond when it comes to repairs. Russell has always been a stand up straight up honest guy. I usually think mechanics are crooks ( because I have been duped before) but these guys really changed the way I think. As long as I live even remotely close to them ( I have had s tuff towed over an hour to use them exclusively) they will always be my go to guys. 10 stars out of 5.

I recently purchase a 2005 Ram SRT 10 from UAG. I live in Pennsylvania and found the truck via Autotrader. As the truck is 10 years old it was sold without any warranty. On the drive back to PA the left front brake caliper froze. Fortunately I was close to home at the time. The brake issue was repaired by a local mechanic. When I made Bob and Chris aware of the problem they took care of the issue and sent me a check to cover the cost of replacing the brake caliper. As the truck had been purchased as is they would not have been obligated to cover any cost of repair. I would definitely recommend UAG.
