Fast service and great prices. Was cheaper than Id feared.

Very disappointed with the slow service and lack of communication. I brought my minivan to Dean’s specifically because I had a warranty with SilverRock and they were listed as one of the “in-network” mechanics. It took a week for them to even look at my car, then another week to get in touch with SilverRock. I ended up taking my vehicle elsewhere after two and a half weeks of wasted time. They are too understaffed to handle anything but the most basic repairs.

I have taken several vehicles to Deans in the past and had no problems till now. Had to have a fuel pump replaced bc I had purchased one that was faulty. Got my vehicle back yesterday and it wasnt fixed plus the step or whatever its called on our truck had been broken..My husband called them this morning and the gentleman was very nice and had us bring it back in, which we did. Picked it up this afternoon fuel pump is fixed, but the step is still broken, not too mention the front of our truck has a place where it has been hit by something. I am very angry and dissatisfied with my service

Had an awesome experience had my oil changed filter got mesd up went back there guys where very understandable. Fixed it with no issues and got me back on the road best place in Winchester and cheap. Recommend 100%

The only reason I gave 4 ☆ instead of 5 is because of the lack of covid precautions. I was there for 30 minutes to get an oil change, which was awesome, and I was the only one who wore a mask. No employees or other customers were one. If it had been warmer I would have gone outside and sat on the curb to wait. Service and friendliness was most definitely 5 ☆s.

The people at Deans Auto Care are great! They are kind, courteous and professional. They always get my service done in a timely fashion.

This place is a joke! I bought a van from him broke down a week after having it. Then again the next week. Now its blowed up! He has no remorse and he is no help. Bad business.

I was looking for a good repair shop in Winchester and I didnt want to drive to Lexington. Deans was new in town so I wanted to give them a shot. I am very glad I did!!! Dean treated me with respect and gave me several options to fix my vehicle. I did compare his cost to another garage and he was 80.00 cheaper than the other and the parts came with a one year warranty. I have two classic vehicles and I would definitely go back to Deans to have them worked on. His staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks Dean!!

Gone their several times and have always had a really good experience for someone new to the area and I also took my other car that was a VW which people usually get a little nervous but not this place! They even drove me home and dropped me off to pick my car up a couple times instead of having to walk how nice! Defiantly recommend very affordable and friendly

If I could give this repair shop no stars, I would. I’m from out of town. I went on a camping trip and my A/C went out. Due to this repair shop and my warranty company, this shop was the only one in Winchester to take it to. It would take me all day to tell you what I personally went through. I dropped my car off and the guy in the front, believe he said his name was Justin? Said “ok, we are going to recharge your A/C”. I replied with “um no, I said the A/C stopped working”. I called you yesterday and called you this morning and told you the situation. You also take my warranty, make sure you call them. I then left my vehicle. Around noon, my cousin said, should you call them. So I did just to see how profess was going and what might be the issue. I was told it was just being taken back. THEN I get a call 30 minutes later and am told it’s my switch and it needs to be replaced and he would call me back. I get another call about 30 minutes later saying they can’t fix it and won’t. Said they won’t use my warranty company because the warranty company is closed and they haven’t paid them in over a month. As I’m STILL trying to give them business in hopes their intentions are true say, give me some prices and I’ll pay it and deal with the warranty company later. He calls me and tells me it’s $750. I said “FOR A SWITCH”??? He said yes. I then said, I’ll get one out of a junk yard and bring it to you and you can charge me for labor. Then I looked online and it’s $228 at AutoZone. So I call back. He said no ma’am, it’s your control panel. Not your switch. What the F**k??? I’m so upset at this point. Then I asked how and he said he would call me back. I never got a call back. THEN I say, I’m coming to get my car, it’s my only means of transportation and I need it so I’ll see if I can get a ride there to get it. This is at 4:40pm. Instead of calling and saying hey, we’re closing, can you get it? They close and I have to wait until the next morning. I get there and this moron is more focused on selling something you add to the fuel tank than he is trying to take care of me. Which he tried to do when I first came in and I shut that down quickly. The manager, owner, whoever he was, came in and I asked for my car back. Paid for my oil change and he asked who my warranty company was. I then said “I told this guy multiple f*****g times that it was SilverRock. Even called and said it. He said well, I’ll see what I can do. I still left with my car. I get a call on the way to another repair shop in Lexington about heated seats!?!? From the SAME MORON who shouldn’t be at the front desk. I literally told him I don’t know why you’re calling me and asking that. Hung up the phone. THEN I get a text from my warranty company saying my repairs have been approved and to call Dean’s for any updates. Well, I then called my warranty company and told them they didn’t have possession of my car and not to authorize any charges. It was at a different repair shop. Do NOT use this company and I don’t know if that dude needs to be drug tested or what he needs but whoever the owner is, he will ruin your company. Hope you take this seriously. Oh and by the way, it wasn’t my CONTROL PANEL. It was a regulator. I’m glad I took it elsewhere.

I brought my vehicle there e few times and each time they seemed like they were unable to diagnose and figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. they acted as though trying to fix my car inconvenienced them. dont take your car there.

Deans Auto is amazing. They fixed my front end and after we got it back it broke down again in 2 weeks after being fixed. In no way was it anything Dean and his staff done, it was the parts. When it broke down again (axel) we were 200 miles away from home. Luckily there was warranty on the parts, however the warranty people didnt want to cover the other parts their part destroyed. Just know that Dean stepped up and made sure that my vehicle was fixed and all parts would be taking care of. Long story short, dean took very good care of us and got my vehicle back on the road with no extra cost out of my pocket. I will never go to another shop for Dean has my buisness for life. Thank you Dean and staff for being, honest, fair and very affordable.

My tire was just about flat an I wasnt going to make it to the nearest air pump so I just called and asked them if they could fill it for me, the nice gentleman that answer said to come on by an they would take care of it, not only did they fill it they checked all four of my tires for me. They were so polite even though they were busy with paying customers they took the time to do that for me. Thanks again you all.

I was on my way to work today and the stem on my tire broke off when I was putting air. My neighbor actually called five star and within an hour they had come and gotten my tire fixed my tire and had me off to work. They were incredibly nice and professional and I am eternally grateful for them and Will definitely use them every time for my maintenance needs.
