Got an appointment for a Wednesday to have fuel tank flushed, cleaned, and new fuel filter. Dropped it off early that Wednesday morning, 5 weeks go by and Im told every Friday or Monday afternoon they hadnt had time to get to it Remember, they gave me an appointment for a 2-3 hr job at most. After the 5th week they promised again theyd get to it on next Tuesday. I told them I needed my truck for the weekend. Picked. It up, now its making a ticking noise. It didnt have any issues before except a case of bad gas. Now its ticking???? I drive it up the street, it completely dies in the street barely 1 mile away. I get out, raise the hood, and immediately check the oil dipstick. It looks like the level is double what it should be. Then suddenly some kind of dark fluid comes pouring out from underneath. My 7.3L is ruined, and I have attorneys reviewing my case. So beware, if it is supposed to take 2-3 hours for a repair, dont accept 4-5 weeks of excuses. When you finally get it back you may regret taking it there...

Fast tow, Amazing service! They got me off 95 on a Saturday in minutes, THEN found me a rental, AND even DROVE me to pick up the rental!! Rates were great, service was excellent, and probably the best shop Ive ever been to! Highly recommend! Cant say it enough!

This is the BEST PLACE TO GO!! I drove all the way from Raleigh and my car started messing up. It left me and my children (10 months, 5 & 6 years old) stranded on the highway. Brad immediately came and picked the car up, along with myself and the kids. When we got back to the shop, him and his team were working on something; but they immediately stopped what they were doing to try and fix the problems with my car. They got it done and it’s running back like brand new!! I can’t thank Brad & his team enough to drop everything they were doing, coming to pick me and my kids up & then working on my car immediately. There are still good shops out there, which he is one of them! He didn’t hit me in the head with an overall price, like the other companies I called in Wilson did. Remind you, the other places I called and asked how much it’ll be, they either told me a high price or “I’m not sure, we’ll have to do this and this and then go from there!” He was very fast, honest, trustworthy & reliable. Again, thank you Brad!!

This is the second time that I have been here and I am at a loss for words. I am so blown away by how well I have been taken care of here! I drive an 2007 Chevy Impala with high mileage and before today, I was giving serious thought to purchasing a new vehicle. Brads has changed my mind. My car is in better condition than it has been in years! The customer service is superb, the repairs were completed so quickly, and they even brought my car back to me! I would give them 10/5 gold stars if I could! I will definitely come back for any repair I ever need for my vehicle again. They are so trustworthy and I feel so at ease with them, which is huge for me!

Brad’s Auto and Diesel saved the day for us. We had an axle failure on our newer model travel trailer and Brad’s coordinated with the manufacturer to replace both axles. We found Brad to be very honest and up front about the work they were performing. We were from FL and Brad easily could have taken advantage of our situation. Instead he was very honest in his work. I would highly recommend Brad’s as one of those rare finds in the auto/RV repair industry, he had integrity and honesty, I just wish he had a shop in Florida!! Thanks for taking good care of us and our camper!!

Great fellers here.My rams tensioner pulley failed while out on the road.I have a 40 flatbed I pull behind my dually. I called after midnight, and the phone was answered quickly.They told me I could park on their lot for the night, and they would get me on the road first thing in the morning. As promised, first thing in the morning, they pull my truck in and get to work..Finished and out the door in an hour and a half! Highly recommended shop!

These guys got a tow truck to us right away, got the repairs made to our truck even as closing time was nearing and passed, they all did a great job and were very fair with the bill. I would highly recommend this shop for repairs, especially for diesel trucks.

Mr. Brad stands by his work. I had issues with a inverter, which NO OTHER SHOP, was able to fix or even attempt. I was advised by several different places that I needed to spend unnecessary time and money at a freightliner dealership. Within 15 mins, the issue was diagnosed, and proper parts were order and replaced accordingly. Highly recommend his shop for repairs.
