We always have a good experience at this location. Every stylist weve had (at least 6 different ladies) has been kind and professional. I love using the app to make appointments, its very easy. My kids love when they have lollipops.

Best place to get the Littles hair cut! Only place Ill take them. The inside is amazing for the kids to be while getting cut. Ms. Bre was THE shiit and handled BOTH my babies fully. Super professional both herself and the atmosphere, hands down best stylist Ive been too. Told her the styles and let her take off. Understood what we wanted and made it happen 💙 thank you Ms Bre.

They do a wonderful job cutting my childs hair (age 2). They know to work fast and make it fun. This is our preferred place to go to get haircuts. The chairs are fun and there is a slide. Outside the store is a small pocket park which is also good for a reward after a haircut.

They are so very comfortable and do wonderful with the kidos no matter what the issue or age is.

Weve had 2 different stylists and both were fantastic with my 2 year old son. Both did a wonderful job and were calm and patient which put my little guy at ease. We plan to continue coming and would definitely recommend!

Our children got their first haircuts with Anita and liked her and Cookie Cutters so much that we’ve been going now for over 15 years! When they were younger, choosing which chair to sit in and which movie or video game to see was something they looked forward to the most. Now that they are older, they appreciate being able to chat with Anita and are confident she will give them the haircut they need as teenagers. Even I go to Anita to get my haircut! We’ve gone to multiple locations through the years and each has been very clean and the other stylists are friendly. As a busy mom, I appreciate Anita being very efficient and punctual.

Got my sons 3rd haircut done today. Hes 19 months old. Theres a Cookie Cutters closer to me but I always come back to Stephanie. Shes kind, fast and the lines on my sons fade are always perfect no matter how much he moves. Definitely recommend booking with her. I have not let anyone else touch his hair.

Went to give my baby his first hair cut experience was horrible !! I came so he could get his cute little certification of his picture/hair & I left with an envelope ✉️ with his name she made us feel very unwelcomed !!

Suggest making an appointment, as they are so amazing that its hard for them to take walk-ins anymore. They try hard to stick to their appointment times, and Ive never had a time that was more than 2 minutes past my appointment time. Mya is wonderful with all the kids. She remembers us every time. She talks to the kids, as well as the parents, and makes sure the child is just as happy with their haircut as the parent is. Amazing shop, amazing stylists, all around great experience every time.

Fun place and atmosphere! The owner, Miss Anita has cut our families hair for years! In fact, she has done three generations of our family- Grandma ( my mom), Husband and all three of my kids. so while this is a great place for kids, the whole family can go and get a great cut.

We were 8 minutes late which is one minute past the time they except appointments which was never told told to us. And they were very rude. We live an hour away and we could of gone many other places but chose this be because my son hates to get his haircut and said he would like to go there because it is for kids. Dont go here!

Took our son here to get his first haircut. Stephanie was our hair stylist. She was so patient with our son. Stephanie did a really good job with trimming his long hair to short. My son was quite feisty and didn’t like the buzz trimmer. But she let him see the non-trimmer side to familiarize him with the trimmer first, he was still scared of it though. At the end Stephanie did nick his ear a little bit, but it was small and only a couple pin drops of blood. I don’t even think my son realized it even happened, he was just squirmy with the trimmer that it happened on accident.Cookie Cutters has a good policy though that if they accidentally cut the kid, then they won’t charge for the cut. It was an honest mistake and not a big deal. I’lol definitely bring my child back here to get his hair cut again.

Read other reviews that we’re not great but my daughter needed a simple cut so i decided to give it a try. I got right in without an appointment. She did a good job with my daughters first cut and even gave her two French braids. Great service.

Impossible to find.

Disappointed. Had 5 pm appointment, but lady took walk in people who didnt have appointment . Also she didnt even inform me that it will be little wait. Just said be right with you. I will not tip at this time and will inform them why.

Mya cut my almost 2 year old son’s hair and it looks great! She was patient and sweet and very personable. She will be our go to from now on. This is the first good cut that he’s had in a year. Highly recommend.

This is a great place for kids haircuts. They have a small indoor play structure for kids who are waiting. The chairs are all different so they can choose firetruck, race car, etc. Movies are on and they can choose (somewhat) they have xbox video players and kids can watch while they get their haircut. Lots of accessories and specialty hair products that you cant find other places including keep lice away spray! Conveniently located next to the playground and ice cream, around the corner from the candy store and close to restaurants if you need a Bribe!

Love it here because they treat my special needs son like one of their own babies and it warms my heart. However the staff that was in at the time I walked in as I called in for an appointment said they were busy until 6pm however, when we walked in they were on their phones, acting like we bugged them and the place was dead. Its a hit or miss at times.

Our stylist was great (Mya), but your online system that I booked our appointment through did not work properly, therefore when we arrived for our appointment it wasnt on her calendar and she had to squeeze us in.

Both visits were great. The stylists were very patient with the kids! Thank you!

My 9 year old wanted a pretty extreme haircut and the hairdresser followed through 100%! It looked great and well definitely be going back.

We had an appointment at 3, but they see walk-ins as well. We didnt get to sit down until 3:21. It normally would not have bothered me, but we mad the appointment because we had someplace to be at 4, and we ended up being late.

I made an appointment for my son on Friday. I arrived on time, and was told I was next, (noone else was waiting) someone came in after me that was late for an appointment and they took him over me. I was not happy considering I was on time for my appointment. I immediately emailed the salon. The manager Anita responded with an apology but also with excuses. All I wanted at this point was for them to own up to their mistake and they couldnt do that. Customer service and communication arent a factor there and they apparently didnt care that I wasnt happy and didnt care to rectify the situation. I wont go back there. So I guess if you make an appointment at 6, you can show up whenever and they will still take you over the people that are on time.

They have lollipops and tvs with kids movies and a little slide for while you wait. The lady was good with my LO.

The picture I showed her, verses what she did to my sons hair, was no comparison. She left him almost completely bald. Its not like he wouldnt hold still, he was fine! Didnt even leave enough hair on top to style, and the rest of it was bald. Not happy.

Haircuts are very hit or miss, to the extent of unwanted buzz cuts given. Laura and Devin are the only consistent stylists weve found. Today we had an appointment for both children for when they opened at noon. Waited outside for them to open, we were 4th in line, and were told (very rudely by the condescending receptionist) that wed have to wait, because the 3 walkins in front of us were taken first. No-one was ever asked if they had an appointment. The lady behind us had an appointment that was not honored as well. We were then glared at the entire time we were in there, and treated as if we were wasting the time of the receptionist. I wish there was another option for kids specific cuts locally.

This place deserves 10 stars! My 2 year old has a hard time with getting his haircut and hes a screamer. I always feel so bad for taking him while hes screaming his head off, but theres no where else that would accommodate us. They have so much patience and understanding. My 6 year old also loves the cars he gets to sit in while getting his haircut.

Phenonimal, theyre hardworking and enjoys children. Its an amazing business, wont ever worry about lack of skill, and never looked at as a dollar sign.
