Service was relatively quick. Theres WIFI there so I could work while i waited. I think the waiting area could be improved by setting up one or 2 work desks. I always sit in the kids room so I have a table. Also, the free refreshments are wonderful, but those coffee cups are so tiny.

Shop prices are what youd expect but tire pricing is very competitive. Have bought from Jack twice and has always been honest, fair and never too busy to spend a few minutes with customers.
I recently had my oil changed & tires rotated here under contract. While I was generally pleased with the service, I was very displeased & disappointed that I saw no one working at this dealership wearing a protective mask during this Covid-19 era. Regardless of their belief or how they feel about this subject, as a business they have a responsibility to 1. to protect their customers who have spent thousands of dollars purchasing vehicles from them & having their vehicles serviced by them. 2. They also should be following the state mandate that requires masks inside public interacting businesses. I was there for over one hour. The customers were wearing masks but not one service rep, service technician, sales person or customer service rep wore a mask. Neither did I see any hand sanitizer anywhere. Yes you have the right to believe whatever you want. But you should appreciate your customers enough to enact some safety measures on their behalf. I have talked with your service reps, your reps drive my vehicle to the service area your techs work on my vehicle and drive it out to the pick up area all with no masks! I have 2 service contracts with Medlin. One I can use anywhere in the US the other I must use Medline but I considering getting a refund on the remainder of that contract They dont care about me why should I continue give business to them. Its a shame!

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!. Started talking to a young lady about a Chevrolet Traverse on 10/22/2020. Ended up going to see Jonathon on Saturday morning. Test drove the car. Loved it. Worked out a deal where I was comfortable with my payment. Only problem was they were not there yet. $52 over my limit of a payment. Informed me they would continue to work on it and I would hear from them on Monday. Well on Monday I get a text from the first young lady that my car was sold and she apologized. Then at 4:00 Monday afternoon, I get a call from Jonathon that the car was not sold and he was still working on the deal. At 7pm Monday night, I get a call from Jonathan that he has my payment at $425 a month and had my interest rate lower. So I told him that I would go up to $410 a month. Get the payment there and we have a deal. Now comes Tuesday, Jonathan text me and ask me about buying a Terrain. I informed him no thank you. Then the text came. The car He and I were working on since Saturday was actually sold Monday night. SOLD. No phone call or text prior to a text to let me know that the deal he and I had been working on, he just threw out the door and sold the car to someone else. I called and talked to Jonathan and not nicely. Sorry but I was lied to all day and not informed about the car I WANTED! Manager wont talk to me either. This is the worst place to buy a car. DONT GO THERE. Go to Deacon Jones. Might pay more but at least the salespeople are honest with you and try to help you get the car you want.

By far the WORST customer service we have experienced while purchasing a vehicle. The biggest concerns revolve around the finance team and lack of organization. We had issues ranging from paperwork being filed improperly, paperwork missing print, in addition to ongoing problems with the finance department. Double check Karen (Finance) and Jonathon (sales representative) if you decide to do business with Medlin and I highly recommend making copies/ taking photographs of everything! Do not count on general management to rectify any problematic internal affairs. We would not recommend Medlin GMC to any friends, family, or even strangers.

I am changing my review to 1 as the service stopped at the sale. My vehicle was delivered in the rain so issues were noticed after delivery. There were chips in the paint and defects from the factory. The headliner was supposed to be replaced as it was coming down at the windshield. After 2 trips back to the dealership and them having the car for nearly a month total the car was just returned for a 2nd time in worse shape. Majority of the miles on this car come from going back and forth to this dealership. The car was returned with the paint not fixed and greasy hand prints on headliner. The headliner if replaced, doesnt look any better than the original.The ac vent fell out of the ceiling and there was no gas in the car. I had spoke to Frank prior to it being returned a 2nd time and guaranteeing it was fixed. I left a message for Lance when the car was returned and he has yet to return my call. If you care about service after the sale, I would NOT buy from this dealership.Christian was very patient in the buying process and was very helpful and a pleasure to work with.

I am very disappointed with Medlin Buick GMC. Me and wife were shopping around for another car. Stopped by Medlin Buick GMC and Jonathan was the car salesman that worked with us. Jonathan has lied throughout the whole process of buying the vehicle we purchased. My licenses are currently suspended and will be reinstated in 2 months. I informed Jonathan of this. Me and wife wanted the vehicle to be in both our names, both names on the title. Jonathan assured me that this was possible; He made copies of my ID and my wifes License, took our salary statements, and put the paperwork together, we signed, Β then we left with the new vehicle. Sounds good right? NO.....We were called several times to come backΒ because there was an issue with the paperwork and the bank that financed the vehicle. Johnathan stated the issue was that I didnt have my license. I then reminded him of our original agreement he promised me; that both our names would be on the title; That was the main reason we purchased the vehicle. Jonathan states he took care of it and everything was OK. About 3 weeks later, Β I get a call from Jonathan again, saying there was more paperwork that needed to be signed. I was ANGRY! I told Jonathan if my name couldnt be on the title, we would return the vehicle. He assured me my name would be on it. Β Instead of Jonathan being honest with me and my wife and having some kind of integrity, HE LIES TO ME. We get there to sign the new paperwork, and I was informed by Karen that I was not needed, only my wife to sign the new paperwork and that my name would not be on the title. Jonathan lied to me and was nowhere to be found. Karen said she had no idea he had told me this. Honestly. that day was my 10 year wedding anniversary, and we were flying out of town and we drove our other car. If it would not have been for that, we would have brought the car back and got our $500 dollar deposit back. I am furious. I was lied to and swindled into a vehicle, that I really didnt want to buy. But I trusted Jonathan, only to be lied to, just to make a sell. Also, my wifes credit score has dropped tremendously, because medlin continued to run her credit without her consent. Now, I and my wife have so many questions. I am a United States Marine Corps Vet, and if you know anything about Marines, you know we stand tall on honor, courage, and commitment. And also a little thing called Integrity. Jonathan lacks all of these and shouldnt have a career in dealing with cars. I think our $500 dollar down payment should be reimbursed back to me and my wife, and I would like an apology from Jonathan. Β I am very upset and I will not be doing any more business with Medlin Buick GMC of Wilson.

This is a lengthy review but worth going through if youre in the market for a great experience buying and servicing a GMC or Buick:I never imagined that with only 234,264 miles on my GMC Envoy the engine wouldnt start in the middle of a road trip from Florida to NJ & NY. I stopped for the night at hotel in Wilson, NC but when I attempted to leave the next morning the engine turned over but wouldnt fire up. By noon AAA had brought it to Medlin for the service dept to look at. I called ahead so they were expecting me.Bill, a 20 year veteran in the industry, was the friendly and courteous service person who took in the Envoy right away and promised to have an assessment later in the afternoon. I was amazed and pleasently surprise to be offered a loaner. WOW ! ! ! ! Later in the afternoon Bill called with an update on the Envoy. No Compression - - - the engine is shot - - - replacing it could cost up to $7k . . . . OUCH ! ! ! !Options??? All things considered it all boiled down to purchasing a vehicle is Bill introduced me to Karen Godwin, a sales rep with Medlin. It quickly became apparent the old and derogatory phrase car salesman was NOT in play and exactly what I wanted and needed. I explained what I needed and wanted and she went into action.Coincidence = something God uses to remain anonymous. It just so happened there was a 2018, slightly used, certified Silverado on the lot that came very close to matching my wish list. The exception was the lack of a trailer hitch. Ben, their very knowledgable finance guy, showed me the tow/haul features that were included in the Silverado and reassured me that adding a tow hitch would not void the warranty. It was to late in the day to continue so we agreed to reconvene the next day.Easy, convenient, PAINLESS . . . describes how Karen and Ben handled the deal. There was no haggling needed on the price, financing and delivery of the Silverado. They managed to include 3 months of OnStar, Sirius and WiFi Hotspot at no charge and no obligation.Granted, this 2018 Silverado went into service 11/17. However the certified bumper to bumper (zero deductible) extended warranty will get me through 100,000 miles or 6 years at a discount close to $14,000 off sticker. Bottom line . . . Everyone, EVERYONE at this dealership went out of their way to turn my vehicle breakdown into a Silverlining experience! THANK YOU !

I search for weeks online looking for a GMC Yukon with a certain package, color and style. I found 3 with in the piece range.. because I was about 3 HRS away I wanted to work the deal via phone, text or email. Brianna at Medlin emailed me a video and from there is was smooth sailing. Other 2 dealerships inflated the price when the contacted me. Medlins stay true to the price and basically closed the deal via textThe next day (3/7/2020) my wife and I drove up from Sumter. SC where Karen took over for Brianna. Karen had the Vehicle pulled up, we inspected it.. a few minor areas needed to be cleaned up with the vehicle but they got right on it. We went directly into her office and was out of there deal complete in less the an hour.. friendly, helpful and just a joy to work with

My experience with Medlin Buick GMC Wilson NC,Salesman was decent, I just dont like when they expose you when you purchase a vehicle, I like to keep it to myself, other than that just a typical dealership, not really big on deals.when you get an oil change most dealers clean and wash your car! they do not,or at least not my vehicle, also had a scratch on the new vehicle and they said they would remove it, they could at least make me an appointment to work it out they DID NOT, after spending $50,000 dollars for a basic vehicle! they got there money. i would give them a better rating, but there in it for the money, not satisfaction . These guys are first class all the way. Im a price shopper when it comes to cars and not dealer loyal by any means. Medlin earned my business and my loyalty in 2013 when I purchased a vehicle from them. Their approach was very honest and straightforward without the runaround BS you usually see at car dealers. I returned this year to replace that vehicle with a newer one. I communicated with Logan Porter via telephone and email prior to visiting the dealership. By the time I got there, he had keys laid out and all info ready for the several different vehicles I was interested in. He answered all my questions and helped me decide on the right vehicle. In a very short time, he and the management staff worked hard to give me a great allowance on my trade and an awesome deal on a new car. The paperwork process with the finance manager was quick, painless, and extremely efficient. I highly recommend Medlin to anyone who is looking for a new or used car.

This is a great dealership to work with. I did all my communication via the telephone with Michael Barnes, they got me approved for the vehicle I was interested in (2016 Suburban). Once I arrived to the dealership with my friend, we were greeted by Michael and Logan, which Logan handled the rest of the sale. Logan is exceptionally polite and understanding.
