Book an appointment ASAP! I’ve been getting my nails done here since May and from the very first visit, I knew that this would be my forever nail place! I get my nails done by Hiu and the quality is always great and consistent as well as the products. Although I’ve only gotten my nails done with him, I always see other customers happy and satisfied. One time they fit me into their schedule last minute in between a visit, which I appreciated because I was going out that night! The bottom line is I always have a great experience here and will definitely recommend it.

I have been coming to this salon for a very long time. It’s a pleasure to know you can be assured the surroundings are always clean and organized. They take pride incorporating the theme of the different seasons and holidays which is always an added treat. Everyone in the salon is very friendly and courteous. Above all they have and are still following a strict protocol to protect their employees and their customers from the infectious corona virus.

Heiu did my nails twice and it came out so beautiful. He is very patience and precise on his work. I love that he takes his time and gentle on the nails. I Found my nail tech ♥️First picture is a ombré dipping powder and the second one is French dipping powder. 😊

From the moment I stepped foot into natural nail studio I knew that I would go nowhere else. My daughter and I get our nails done there every three weeks. Amy and her staff are very professional, talented and really care about their customers. It is obvious that they take great pride in their business. Everything is always clean and they always have an amazing scented candle burning. Today I was pleasantly surprised to walk in and smell the most amazing pumpkin candle, it was like stepping into Fall! I have been going to Natural Nails for over 1 year. I have always had a wonderful experience. First the nail technicians know your name and say hello, Quyen is amazing. She always does a great job. Her recommendations for colors are spot on. I would highly recommend Natural Nails for your next manicure/pedicure.

Ive gone to Natural Nails a few times now and the nail techs have done a great job each time! Recently Ive had Hieu and he puts a lot of care into shaping your nails exactly how you want them. Its reasonably priced, the employees are kind and my nails always last. No complaints!

I have come here 2 times the first time I came I felt that my pedicure was very rushed I got the spa pedi and it took her 30 min to finish :( a spa pedi should not take 30 min start to finish especially if I’m paying 65 dollars for it I decided to give them another try today since i think they did do a good job on my gel the first time again the service was sooo rushed they fly though every step of the pedicure today the lady that did my pedicure took 45 min to do my whole pedi but she was getting up in between it so in reality the time she spent on my pedi was less than 30 minutes they literally don’t even pumice your feet or trim your cuticles and they shouldn’t even do the hot stones massage if there only going to glide the stones 3 times per leg and call it a day i did not get my money’s worth with my spa pedi a spa pedi should not be 30 minutes or less that’s called an express pedi this time my gel polish was painted terribly it was on my cuticles and my toes were not shaped well I told her only to file a little bit and she goes to town on filing I really hate it I personally work at a nail salon and I can’t get pedicures at my job since were so busy how do I still have dry skin after a pedi that dry skin is very easily pumiced away she didn’t even touch that part

They do GREAT GEL NAILS and pedicures but unfortunately, they dont paint toes well. My gel manicure can last 3 weeks and sometimes longer. If youre someone that doesnt look close at your feet then it wont bother you. Im just very particular. They are friendly and have done great making me feel safe during COVID-19. They are very patient and kind to my 80+ yr old Grandmother. I highly recommend them. Clean, kind and efficient!

I had an appointment. While I was there waiting I asked if I could put out the strong smelling Yankee type candle they had burning. Instead of accommodating my request, a client with a migraine and scent allergy, she told me how it wouldn’t bother me where I would be sitting. I decided to leave. Why would I bother to ask to put it out if it wasn’t important. They lost a client. If you cannot accommodate a reasonable request I’m not giving you my business. Learn some customer service. I’m sorry I bothered to wait for an appointment at your place your so ignorant.Reply to owner… so your rude answer is I cannot ask you for a simple accommodation so I don’t deserve a pedicure? lol. Perfect example of your ignorant attitude to your customers. It’s your business. Run it how you want. My review stands. I go to nail salons all the time. The smell of the products is not the same as candles. You’re ignorant trying to tell me what bothers me and what doesn’t. And why would I tell you in the middle of a public place my health issue? None of your business. What should be your business is making a simple accommodation when a client asks you. And since as you said it only took two minutes for the scent to be overwhelming clearly it was strong. Thank you for proving your ignorance in your reply so other customers can see.I went right around the corner to another business with NO problem. Thank you telling me I’m not welcome in your business after I already dismissed you as someone I would never give my money too.

This place was amazing. For my birthday my husband and I went here to have pedicures together and to have a manicure for me. The staff was acceptional. They were kind and careful to explain the different options we could have. The place was clean they had so many options for things to get done. Plus they served us coffee from Vietnam that was fabulous! Gotta love instant stick coffee! I would recommend this place to anyone! We will definitely go there again!

I LOVE Natural Nail Studio. I drive from PA to DE just to get my nails done here. I always get the liquid gel manicure with tips and I have never been disappointed. The gel pedicures last SO LONG too. I got mine done two weeks ago and they still look perfect. They have a large color selection and their prices are reasonable. Very clean, and they use liners in the pedicure tubs which is very important to me. Tara does amazing work and she’s so sweet, but I’ve had great manicures and pedicures by all of the technicians there. I highly recommend this nail salon!

I got a liquid gel manicure done and was very happy with the way my nails turned out, the lady i got didnt rush through my nails at all and took her time to make sure it was what i wanted. Very cute little spot with nice workers. Good selection of colors. Would definitely go back again!

Ok so this place is the ABSOLUTE best. I am a new forever customer. So I came in last week to get my nails done ( googled natural nail dip polish). First the place is lovely on the inside, the people who work there are smiling when they greet you. I love the fact it is a natural studio, and have all kinds of pedicure options with NO chemical smell in the air. LOVEDmy nails.Well one of my nails chipped a week later, so I came in on a SUNDAY and they fixed it no problem. However something I noted was the fact that when he was filling with the machine the tip was rounded. So when he touched my cuticle it didnt cut me. MAN I LOVE this place!!!Come in see for yourself you will not be disappointed... oh did I tell you they have tea, water and coffee as well.

This place is fantastic! They are very friendly and have great customer service. I got a gel manicure and Ryan did an awesome job. He took his time and was very thorough. The original color I picked looked VERY different when he opened the bottle and he looked through all of the other options that were similar until I finally decided on this color (S44 for reference). I will absolutely be going back.

Ive come here several times and liked it. My last 2 visits werent that great. The 2nd to last visit the tech applied the dip powder extremely thick, im assuming because I mentioned my nails breaking with the gel color on. But it was too thick and lumpy and uneven. She also didnt tell me its apparently more expensive then gel but she offered it to me knowing I had gel on my nails previously. The last time I went I had scheduled an appointment via Instagram the day of. When I got there they barely spoke to me even after I told them I scheduled an appointment via Instagram. Then someone asked if I wanted to come back tomorrow and I just left. The poor customer service was not at all what I was used to. I think the owner was on vacation. To be fair she did reach out to me once she returned and apologized for my experience. Aside from these experiences Ive had a great experiences there and my nails came out wonderfully..****update: Amy reached out to me to apologize for my most recent experience. She told me if I came back shed take care of me personally and that she also spoke with staff about my situation. I went in today and Amy has completely converted me back to this salon. She was professional and kind. She asked for my feedback and input on my nails the entire way. And she did a beautiful job on my nails! Thank you so much Amy! You truly care about your customers and it shows! I will definitely be back!

I have been coming to this nail salon for little over a year now and I love it. The atmosphere is so pleasant and the staff are very friendly! The owners Amy and Mike are very personable with every client. You are offered complimentary water, soda, or wine upon starting your service. Walk-ins are accepted but it’s recommended that you make a appointment since some days can be rather busy. Although they get busy sometimes, I never feel rushed when I am there. They take their time and make sure you are fully satisfied with their work. They specialize in working with your natural nails and my nails are so healthy and strong since coming here. I highly recommend that you check them out!

Firs time here and really enjoyed the service. I got ginger lemongrass spa pedicure and manicure gel, all the staff are very nice and friendly. Kim was great with my pedicure with the warm message too was a nice feature. Then Mike used a hot/warm wax on my hands that made them soft too. I was reluctant to get the gel again but they assured me that if I went there to remove gel itll be better for nails. They also have something they use on the nail to make them stronger. I was very pleased and excited to go to Aruba showing off my nails.

I just went for the first time and plan to make this my usual place. Its so clean and chic. It has all of the makings of a spa environment between the smells and the calm music. My technician was Amy. She was amazing. She addressed all of my concerns from a previous bad experience at a different shop. She was delicate, professional, and the prices are very competitive with other shops in the area...but this one is new, fresh, and clean.

In response to the others reply, Amy did respond to my initial request to book with Mia. When I learned Mia was no longer there I did express my dissatisfaction with the last services in my response to Amy and asked for someone more experienced with dip, I received no response from the salon. That is the issue and reason for low rating.Update: as Mia is no longer there I cannot continue to provide five stars based on services I’ve received. My dip powder was thick and the tech refused to trim my nails the length I wanted. I emailed for another appointment asking that someone with experienced doing dip powder be assigned as Mia is no longer there—I never received a reply. Unfortunately as the people were nice but having folks who are not good at certain practices shouldn’t be allowed.

One of my bridesmaids, my daughter and I went to have our nails done here for my wedding and we were all thrilled with the results. My French manicure is beautiful and has lasted 2weeks so far with no breaking! Looking forward to going back again and getting a pedicure come summer time!

My girlfriend talked me into getting my pedicure done. Never in my life I thought I would go into the nail salon but I completely changed my mind after trying their spa pedicure.Everything in this shop is outstanding I would say. The staffs are friendly, funny, and kind. The music was so smooth and relaxing. Couple hours after I got home, I still smelled the paraffin wax that they put on.Highly recommend !

This place is awesome! I always disliked the acrylic smell of regular salons and there is no smell here! Zoya nail polish is available (more natural without the chemicals). Nice music, free drink, nice decoration and lastly nice people!!!

Great Customer Service !Went there last week for the first time. Compared to my old nail studio this place is a bit smaller with fewer nail technicians but the wait is less and the ambiance is better. Everything is little newer and nicer. The pedicure chairs have USB ports so your phone does not die on you while you post your pedicure on Facebook. I love that they offer cold soda, water or even wine! The guy who did my pedicure was awesome ... very meticulous and super nice. The regular pedicure itself is more like a spa pedicure at other places with a hot stone massage and tiger balm application included in the $30 price. I got the dip gel manicure. The color came out way darker than the sample. The owner realized I wasnt happy with the color and asked the nail tech to fix it by drill buffering some of the powder off and applying gel on top. The end product wasnt bad But a little thick. They were apologetic about the whole thing and told me to come back if anything happened to the nails.Within 2 days the gel started to peel away from the powder.I went back in 1 week later and the owners did the whole thing over. They took their time and made sure to do a good job so this time it would last. Finished product is in the pictures. Great gel manicure. Again they were very nice, considerate, apologetic and didnt charge me for the fixing.Overall great new nail studio in a great location. Parking lot is pretty small but so far it has not been an issue. Wait times are not that long. Prices are comparable to the area and with the pedicure you get a little extra. But overall I would recommend this studio for the spa vibe, super nice and friendly owners and staff and good nail results.
