Went in on a rainy day for a pedicure and was told that it would be a 40 minute wait so I left and went to Happy Nails.

They took me as a walk in even though they were busy. The gentleman gave me beautiful chrome nails! He is certainly getting my business from now on.

Old dusty place. Needs to be closed. Service is horrible and no one can tell you anything.

They do not allow children in. Takes a while to get your nails done. But the prices are reasonable. Its old and in need of an update. I would just prefer to go somewhere else. But its a decent spot. If u like ok.

My boyfriend would take me to get my nails done so I had no complaints, besides its was closer to me then the one I normally go to....however they were hit & miss each time. I NEVER went back after ALL my nails started splitting horizontally 2 days after getting them done AND I kept seeing roaches near the sink where I had to wash my hands DISGUSTING!! I will continue to drive all the way to Bear to Jennys until I find a good one closer to me.

Lisa was rude. I thought my pedicure looked dull. No shine. When I mentioned it, she said she put on a top coat and it was fine. If I’m paying my money for a service, I should be happy with it. I did not tip and I won’t be back.

Theyve been here for a long time, I usually dont go anymore -- wanted a simple pedi on a Saturday morning, and they open early, so I gave them a shot. In at 9 and out at 9:48 WITHOUT GETTING ANY SERVICE. There were 2 women in the back for feet (one who was also doing eyebrows) they could at least have you soaking in between clients. Considering how the nail business has evolved, they should at least have better servicing options. Literally time wasted and would not recommend them.

The man who did my nails, Min, did a wonderful job. The lady with the bangs rushed my pedicures the last two times I went. They were sloppy, clumpy, and my nails weren’t fully covered with polish. My boyfriend went back with me and pointed out the polish left all over my skin and the dead skin she forgot to clip off. She got angry and defensive when we were just requesting a polish change. Will not be back

Worst service EVER!!! I went to get a full set of acrylics, the nail tech did what he wanted to do, not what I asked for... I was there with my mother. We started at the same time but the woman nail tech kept getting up without saying anything to do eyebrow waxing... My mother was sitting there an extra 20 minutes while I was done because the woman kept walking away. I will never return to this nail salon again. Venetian Nails at the Christiana Mall is so much better..

Disappointed that salon is unclean, eyebrow/lash station is unsanitary, not enough staff to handle wkend/Holiday customers. One man working shouted, to many ppl coming, go away, go home, nobody wanna work, they wanna stay home for Holiday, me too!!! We left after waiting for 1 hour without receiving any service.

They need more colors and they drying section is broke

I walked in this place at 5:45, they close at 6:30. I needed a full set and a pedicure. I thought they may not have time for me but the open light was on and I tip well so I figured I would give it a shot. I walk in and am not greeted at all and the woman that worked there was very rude in telling me that did not have time to see anymore customers. There are nail salons all over the place happy to take my money. Dont waste time going to this one 👎👎👎👎

I hate that they dont greet you when u walk in and they are very unorganized. Be waiting over an hour just for someone else to walk in n get a chair with no appt. They just ignore you until they finish their work . no sign in book or ANYTHING. Its very rude

I have been coming here for years, i completely love their service, very friendly, and funny, prices are great, big turn over in staff due to training allowing others to embark on there own, updates on the inside every couple of years.... Before they allowed children Now they dont ( Kids running around, spilling food, screaming, and more)Sad in a way To my babies cause they have to stay home . ....But I Completely understand its a business and they are trying to maintain business and customers.... Hopefully everyone will understand.....
