I keep coming back here! Heather is the absolute best nail technician. I’m very picky about my natural nails and she is very precise. When my old nail technician moved to WV, I tried 7 places and this is thee place! I feel very fortunate to have found it.

My wife and I went here today for the first time and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. We both received top notch pedicures and we were very pleased with Cindy and Heather who both were fantastic and gave us the best pedicures we have had in Wilmington. The shop is conveniently located near Uncw in between Kerr Avenue and College rd in the Fountain shopping plaza on Fountain Drive. They have a very clean shop and they have great covid protocols.We would highly recommend this business.

It was not my first visit but it was amazing nonetheless. Jen gave me a spa mani/pedi. First she looked at the pictures of the dress that I was going to wear to the wedding this weekend and picked out the perfect colors for me. I’m a massage therapist so my finger nails are virtually non existent and she cleaned up my cuticles and made them look spectacular notwithstanding their shortness. I got a great massage from my elbows to my finger tips. We went with a different/complimentary shade on my toes. Jen gave me THE. BEST. FOOT. MASSAGE. I have EVER had!Thanks Jen and Cindy. Y’all rock. I will never go anywhere else.

This is the best nail salon in Wilmington. I see Lisa mostly, but everyone here does a fantastic job! They take the time to do a through job and my nails always look amazing. This is the only place I trust to get my nails done. Their prices are reasonable and everyone is super friendly. Once you come here, you wont want to go anywhere else!

I have been going to tootsies for the past 2 years. I have never had to wait or had less than a premier experience. This salon has grown to be not only an exclusive all natural nail salon “ where you never wait”. But has added waxing and spray tans. I have experienced all of their services. I must say the quality of the wax with Eileen and results are outstanding. Your wax will last longer with better wax and a person paying attention to detail. The spray tan is the best I’ve ever had. You will have a consultation with Cindy discussing your skin and your desired results. You will never have any orange issues as I know can happen. Once again the product quality and the attention to detail make the experience unlike any other. Kudos to Lisa the owner for establishing an all natural nail salon where the customer comes first.

Being a man, I was very nervous about going in for my very first pedicure. However, all of my fears were eased as soon as I walked in the door! The Shoppe is very inviting, its clean, organized, and smells great. The owner, Lisa, broke the ice immediately after I arrived, and she kindly let me know I wasnt lost-- as men do in come for services! I have never felt so welcomed at a business! Lisa, Cindy, and Eilene are the sweetest and most friendliest ladies you will ever meet.Cindy did a FANTASTIC job on my tootsies! I could not be more pleased. The hot stone pedicure is amazing. I loved it. Took my boyfriend to get a pedicure before he could change his mind. Ended up at one place and decided that wasnt a good place for us. When I walked into Tootsies I just instantly calmed and felt welcomed. They did a great job and well definitely be back 👍👍

Best manicure and pedicure Ive ever had!!

Went in to get my first ever pedicure and Cindy did an awesome job! The two ladies working were both very friendly and welcoming! I will definitely be returning! I love how they use natural methods being as I am diabetic!

I went in there not knowing it was appointment only and Lisa told me that she had a half hour and to come on in. She made it work and was able to do my nails and toes since one of the clients didn’t show. She and the staff were so accommodating and sweet! They make you feel so comfortable! I enjoyed my manicure and pedicure so much. I’m a nurse and my nails still look just manicured and it’s been over a week! (I wash my hands excessively so this is a big deal). This is the only nail salon that I will ever go to again. Thank you to the staff for the hospitality and high quality mani/pedi!

A couple of weeks ago the family women had a girls weekend in Wilmington including a mani-pedi for the 4 of us. We had so much fun with these 3 ladies! They were all very nice and after a few minutes of getting to know each other we were all talking to each other across the room. They were very accommodating, and they give the BEST foot and leg massages ever! It was so nice to not be in a hurry and have a timer on our tables. The shop was clean and played my kind of music! If we were to visit there again we would definitely visit these ladies again!!

Went here for a pedicure on Valentines Day. Shawna did a great job making me feel comfortable and was very nice talking to. Very professional and the place was clean and didnt smell like chemicals which I like. My feet feel so much better, will definitely go back to see Shawna.

I really dont understand all the other reviews unless they were all posted on the day of their visit. I got a french manicure with regular polish. I was impressed with the atmosphere, friendliness and education regarding the natural products. I was a little disappointed that there was no extra pampering ie, massage, cream, soak, etc but for $18 I was willing to overlook. The line on my white tips was a little fuzzy (you really have to zoom in to see it but for me it stood out because Im used to a clean line). Im sure if I went back they would have offered to fix but since I got them done late Thurs and was gone Fri-Sun I decided not to bother because by Sun they were pretty well chipped anyway. I did call and spoke with Lisa to ask what the life expectancy was of regular polish and she said 3-5 days and 10 days for gel. That did it for me. I cant afford to get my nails done every 3-5 days to keep them looking neat. Lisa did offer for me to come in and get them fixed free of charge but I declined as the expectancy would still be the same. My former place would last over a week and usually 2 weeks and gel 4 weeks. I need to give my nails a break from gel so its regular nail polish for a while but every 2 weeks is all I can afford! This salon and staff were really nice but in the long run very expensive for anyone that likes to keep up their nails. For a one time event, like a prom or graduation great. I uploaded the pics and no clue why they cant be seen???? sorry

I was so happy that I finally found this natural nail salon. The best of all, no chemicals so it doesn’t stink. Very clean, vegan products, and very friendly. My experience was awesome, I highly recommended.

I searched for several years to find a salon that dealt with natural nails and finally I found Lisa and Tootsies! Located near PTs Grill on Fountain Drive, it is centrally located even for me since I live in Leland. Very relaxing and professional atmospere. No harsh fumes to be inhaled. Lisa and her staff use the least toxic nail prioducts possible. Great for anyone who wants a spa pedicure or manicure, but especially great for people with allergies or that have a sensitivity to chemical smells. I also take my pre-teen daughter there for manicures and pedicures and they are awesome with her as well!UPDATE: I have to review my recent spray tan Cindy Crawford bestowed upon me. I had a farmers tan on my arms and chest and my legs were lily white. Cindy gave my a beautiful spray tan. She is extremely professional and not one time did I feel uncomfortable. She matched a perfect color to my skin tone so it was very natural looking. It only took about ten minutes and she educated me on how to keep my spray tan color. IF you are in need of some color, go see Cindy Crawford for a gorgeous spray tan.

The wifey convinced me to go with her. I was reluctant, but hey she goes to Lowes and Gun Shows with me so fine! As soon as I sat down in the massage chair and it started working my back I was at ease with my choice to come. Then to top that the owner is awesome. Shes crazy accommodating and honestly after 3 visits now just feels like a friend. Not to mention she straight up cured my ingrowm toenails. Ive suffered with those since adolescence and between the long hiatus between my second and third visit when I would normally have definitely suffered through 4 or so episodes, I had no irratation at all. Im now just making monthly visits here as a preventative measure! Highly recommend. Oh, and the place doesnt stink like most other nail salons, so thats nice.

I live in NYC and found Tootsies when looking online for a mani/pedi as a mothers day gift for my mom, who lives in Wilmington. Lisa returned my call immediately, was happy to arrange a gift certificate over the phone, and even hand-delivered it! The gift certificate came with a darling emery board, which my mom LOVED (see the photo). Mom said she enjoyed her deluxe mani/pedi, and her nails looked perfect in the photos I saw. Outstanding personal service and attention to details that made for a very special experience for my mom. Thanks Lisa for going the extra mile - Im grateful.
