Elle truly is a professional in every sense of the word. Her skill level and technical abilities, especially with coloring blondes, is incredible. Over the years Elle has given me fabulous hair, with no exception, each and every time. She has kept an impeccable professional log for each of the color formulas she has done on me in the past with detailed notes. Morgan was running an hour behind when I got there and she had left her appointment book at home so she didnt know who I was or what I was supposed to be getting with her. When I finally got in her chair an hour later she admitted that she hadnt brought supplies with her to do any colors besides blond. She ended up having to borrow some color from another one of the stylists.Long story short, the color she gave me looks like a bad home box-dye accident. It was supposed to be a dark auburn, but it turned out this unnatural cherry cola. She told me it would tone down after a few washes, but it hasnt. Its still terrible. She doesnt do refunds. She said I could come in for her to fix it, but I live out of town. I wouldnt really trust her to fix it anyway. I asked her to tone down the brightness halfway through the process and whatever she did didnt help.To top things off, she didnt put a towel around my neck when she washed the dye out and the collar of one of my favorite shirts is now stained with red splotches. I would not recommend her, and I would absolutely never go back to her.

I always leave loving my hair. Elle is a gift! She makes the whole hair cut/color/style effortless. The space is tranquil for some delicious quiet away from home.

My best haircut in Wilmington! Ive tried about five (and liked three) salons here over the past ten years. A cut makes all the difference in ease of upkeep, and Tonys are great. I first came in about two years ago based on recommendations. The location isnt really convenient for me, but Ive havent been elsewhere since. Im so very pleased with Tonys cuts (he cuts my hair dry--maybe that makes the difference?) and extremely natural-looking color. The only place Ive ever had color to equal this was a place called Partners in the Washington, DC area.

First visit and Tony nailed the color, style, and has a client for life. This is the first time I have had this experience. It usually takes a few months or even years for a stylist to get it. One look and the result is amazing. I would recommend him to anyone.

Tony Hardeman has been cutting & coloring my hair for several years now and I have NEVER been unhappy with the results. And, Im pretty picky about my hair, so thats saying a lot! I had a appt. with him yesterday and today 2 different strangers complimented me on my haircut, which finally spurred me to write this review! He is a master at his craft! But, he also really listens when I am thinking of changing my style or color, or just complaining about dullness, dryness, etc. and we discuss it together. The salon is also extremely clean and has a relaxed, unpretentious atmosphere. Ive probably been going to Tony longer than Ive stayed with any other stylist and I dont plan on leaving any time soon! I highly recommend you give him a try. You wont be disappointed.

Great Atmosphere, friendly professional staff! Ive been working at this salon for almost 2 years and there is absolutely no drama. Everyone is very welcoming even when theyre with clients.

My hair is an absolute MESS right now! I asked Morgan to apply fusion extensions, and this process has been a complete nightmare from the start.First of all, she charged me $600 for the hair itself, and judging by the quality of the extensions, I would bet my life that they were not that expensive. During the actual appointment, she decided to quit halfway through and told me to come back the next day so she could apply a few more and cut them. The following day, she switched the appointment again, so I was stuck with straggly, multicolored hair (first pic). She had zero plans to color it and match my actual hair. I eventually had my beautician friend color and trim it in the meantime because it looked so awful.Today, I tried to remove the extensions, and it was a DISASTER. I was recommended to another beautician for the removal because Morgan already messed my hair up so badly during the original application. It took over SIX hours and TWO beauticians to attempt to remove them. About 20 still will not come out of my head. We have tried numerous removers, conditioning treatments, oils and even melting them off (which has left hardened plastic smeared through my hair where the bonds were). I texted Morgan to ask her opinion to remove them, and her replies were extremely snarky since I did not go to her for the removal. She also refused to give me the information for the remover she uses! One of the beauticians called Parlor 7 and they did absolutely nothing besides give her Morgan’s direct number hours after she called.I will be going into Parlor 7 tomorrow to attempt to fix this mess, but if it is not resolved, I will be forced to take legal action! This situation is absolutely ridiculous. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO HERE.

I only go to Parlor 7 to get my hair cut. Tony is the best and always listens to exactly what I want done to my hair. All the staff are always so welcoming and the place is beautiful and welcoming! Always pleased with their service!

Tony Hardeman is the first and only person Ive let touch my hair since arriving in Wilmington nearly 4 years ago. He listens, makes suggestions, and his skills with color are excellent. Not only do I leave with fabulous cut and color, but it continues to look fantastic as it grows between appointments. I dont know how he does it, but hes the best!

Since I’ve moved to Wilmington and found Parlor 7 I have been loyal ever since! I change my look a lot and Morgan always makes it happen for me! Professional and always accommodating!! Definitely five stars!!

I was told someone will call me because she was busy perhaps. Days later I received a voicemail stating they were not taking any new clients. I just wanted a new nail tech because my hours changed on my job. Thank you for addressing this in a timely matter.

Parlor 7 owner Tony is excellent. He has cut and added highlights to my hair for fifteen years. Very customer oriented. Pleasant environment.

Update: My first 2 haircuts were PERFECT! With my 3rd cut, Tony cut more off one side than the other. Called to get corrected, had to wait a week b/c Tony was out of town. Finally I was able to get it corrected; noticed the next morning that my hair still was uneven. He had now cut too much off the opposite side & was uneven in areas. Made the decision to call just to let him know. He said if I decided to come back, I would not be charged for my next cut. After 2 months (it took that long for my desired length to grow), I went back. Same thing, he ended up cutting more on one side than the other. 2 great cuts out of 5 = 2 stars out of 5.First review: Tony is amazing! I was referred to him by a friend. I’m over 50 & was looking for a change. After making my appointment, I saved photos of styles I liked. I shared those with him & some old photos of my most recent haircuts. He placed a relaxer on my hair & did his magic. I’m so happy! I love it!

Every 5 weeks I get to go and see Tony Hardeman......a wonderful colorist and stylist! It is such a treat from the gal, Taylor at the front desk to her washing my hair and then to Tony......I have never had a bad haircut or color. He has been cutting and coloring my hair for over a year. It is a visit that I look forward to!

Ladies [and Gentlemen], if you live in the Wilmington area and you dont get your eyebrows and lashes done by Dorothy at Parlor7 Salon and Day Spa you are doing yourself a huge disservice! Shes fabulous and incredibly professional. Ive never had my brows and lashes tinted before and Dorothy walked me through the whole process. She did a fantastic job. My lashes are long naturally, and with the black tint I dont even need mascara anymore. ByeByeMascara, HelloParlor7!

I went to Parlor 7 on a whim riding by I seen the salon. They were really inviting and very friendly. I also had my nails done and a facial there because I had the free time and they could accomodate me. I must say other salons I have been in were very rude and very stuck up but Parlor 7 was great. They also had local artist work there. It was like a shopping spree and so much fun I would highly recommend this to all my friends!

Great environment, even better stylist. I feel right at home in this amazing salon and Im more than thrilled to be a part of the team.

I get a haircut monthly by owner Tony Hardeman and a Pedicure monthly by nail tech Nicole Angevine.Tony is a master hair stylist. I have a short pixie cut and it can be challenging to cut it in a way that looks edgy and femine with the length. Everytime, he asks me what kind of style I want and what I would like different from the previous cut. He has a thourugh understanding of dry cuts and color and trust him with my hair.Nicole is amazing, such a sweet lady who really takes her time with my toes. Shes great at product recommendation and helping me decide which color I want each month.Parlor 7 salon and day spa has such a unique and welcoming atosphere. I wont let anyone else touch my hair or toes again!!
