Was honestly really irritated at the end of my services. My pedicure was rushed and cut short. Easily worst pedicure ever. I got white gel polish that definitely needed another coat and was painted on poorly, going outside of my nail onto my skin. My manicure was also rushed. The guy that did it was on his phone the whole time. At the end before I paid my hands were dry I purely just wanted some lotion and to get out of that place. The guy seemed to find it funny and had me sit down and rubbed some lotion on my hands with a hand massage, I guess. Everything was rushed, steps were skipped, and it was completely unprofessional.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Nails Venus! Been going for years & honestly would NEVER go anywhere else, Very Friendly environment & staff are The Best! Highly recommend !

The salon is super clean. The staff is extremely nice and very funny. They do an amazing job whether its acrylics or just a polish change. I go there anytime I want to feel pampered. I would definitely recommend going to this nail salon.

Im not picky when it comes to getting my nails done but this is by far the worst job anyone has ever done. I almost didnt even get my nails done because their selection of colors was so pathetic and now I wish I just wouldnt have. They werent even busy when my mother and I came in and my acrylics were put on/shaped and filed in less than 20 minutes. My cuticles werent even touched and I walked out looking like Im already due for a fill in. Granted Ive never done acrylics myself, but this guy applied the acrylic from mid nail to the top then from the bottom of my nail back to the middle. Ive never seen them done this way before and this made them extremely uneven and thick. I had to ask him to file them down and he seemed extremely annoyed by this. I honestly couldnt believe he was about to leave them like that. The polish was applied so rapidly that its completely uneven and not covering my entire nail. We immediately went to the store to buy nail files and polish to fix them. Like I said, I am never the type of person to complain about stuff like this because I know what its like to be in the service industry but the fact that I spent over $120 on this makes me furious. I absolutely do not recommend going here

Great experience! Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, took their time and made the experience really enjoyable. One of the best places Ive been too in Wilmington cheaper than the places in may faire. My acrylics are perfect (besides the fact that i messed the top layer up driving). Definitely coming back!

This salon has the friendliest staff who excel in nail art and design with the best prices in town ! They remember your name and you instantly feel right at home ! Don’t waste your money. I was charged more than I was told over the phone and am embarrassed of my nails that I now have to wear for two weeks.

Friendly enough staff but an awful job on our nails. The polish did not cover the entire nail on any finger.It looks horrible. It looks like my nails grew a quarter inch over night. Tech there used his fingers to rip the skin off the quik instead of using the tools. I expected much more for the cost. Which I was quoted 1 price yet charged an extra 10 dollars when paying. He suddenly couldnt speak English well enough to explain why. I got so mad I had to leave before I lost my temper. Never ever will any of us be going back!

I just went as a drop in on Thursday night. Friday morning I woke up and the entire right side of my big toe was swollen. It is full of water and red.I have not determined the cause of the infection yet. Either he cut my nail too short or the equipment is dirty. Either way, it is not a good outcome. I will not be going back there. My toe hurts so bad I can hardly walk. ☹️

May the owner cut my toe so bad I had to seek medical attention... I went several times, they were fine until I said I was moving ... I was so upset and in a lot of pain 😰the infection I got was horrible....I have Picture to prove it !! Not pretty... I thought you were a better person than that .... bad Karma ... you really Hurt me .... shame on you !!!!
