This was by far the best nail salon I ever been to. Carmen and Billy was the best. They have excellent customer service skills and they make you feel at home. The salon is very clean and beautiful. Thank yall again for a great experience. My mother and I will definitely be back.

I went to this salon for the first time today and was really impressed by how clean it was and smelled heavenly of lemongrass! But best of all was Billy a lovely man that did an excellent manicure!! I will be coming back for sure!!Thank you

Billy took care of Ricky he had some ingrown toe nails, Billy was very gentle, very nice an professional. He explained everything and made us comfortable, we will definitely be back soon.

My daughter and I went here, I got a fill in with some nail art and my daughter got a pedicure. The owner messed up my nail art, the lines werent straight and the paint was bumpy and peeled off, because she didnt let it dry completely, instead she kept putting on more paint instead. And my daughters pedicure went great, the paint peeled halfway off on two of her toes, and my nails were messed up so we went back to get it fixed. My daughter only got two toes fixed, and the owner charged her 10 dollars. I got a polish change since my nails were messed up, and she charged me 25 dollars for it, she didnt even take all of the old polish off, and as for my daughter, her big toe started to chip not even two days later after getting it fixed. I would give zero stars, but Google wont let me do that.

I got my nails by the owner. I asked for a gel full- set coffin shaped. The owner was very nice, quick, and efficient. It was almost closing time but she accommodated my service anyway. In fact, I had called before hand but nobody answered. I was then called back and even texted!I took a photo of what I wanted and she got it just like the picture. The price was comparable to other places maybe a bit less. The place was very clean. And everyone was nice. I will continue to go back for future services!

Went here for the first time for nails and I am IMPRESSED to say the least. The nail tech gave me exactly what I asked for and not only do they look perfect but there is not on bump or imperfection and believe me I am so picky about having my nails smooth.Best set of nail I have gotten in Wilmington.

My pedicure was awesome she did and amazing job. Although, i am very disappointed in the quality of my Fill. I am a cosmetologist myself and i must say, She was very inexperienced, she missed steps during my gel fill and also did not use the builder gel correctly, nor did she shape Or file my nails into a smooth shape on top or a sharp finish around the edges. Not to mention my paint job is blotchy and not clean around the edges. I am very disappointed in having to pay that amount for something that is not professionally finished.

My go to nail salon! Highly recommend their Deluxe pedi with the jelly soak! I love that they are open on Sundays.

I just stumbled upon this nail shop and it just so happen to be close to my house, had reasonable prices, and the staff was great. let me start by saying they actually opened up early just to service me. they did a great job with my nails. Ive been going every since then. they always do a great job. I love this place.

Rosa did my facial wax, and did excellent work. I also have sensitive skin, but I was just pink afterwards, as usual. I am glad she did a great job and was very friendly and not too rough. I didnt get manicure or pedicure, so not sure on those services.

A little more expensive than my normal place but definitely worth it. The amount of detail and care they put in proves they can charge a little more for a lot better. Overall great experience.

Lisa is amazing!!!! This is my favorite nail salon in all of Wilmington. Very clean, everyone is in a good mood, good music, and I get the vibe that they actually care about their customers, not just the profits. That being said, I am always more than happy to spend my money here!

Ive been to this nail salon several times and have always had good service. Anna is professional and attentive to detail.

The lady who did my nails wad super nice, friendly, and paid close attention to detail but the owner did my sisters nails and was quite rude she also cut her in multiple spots. My sister will definitely not be coming back but I might, just not with the owner.

The people in the salon were very friendly, however less than 24 hours after a shellac manicure, one of my nails has already chipped completely off and others are bubbling. My gel manicure from another location. before this manicure stayed on for 3 weeks with no chipping. The lady doing my nails seemed rushed and I noticed equipment was not being sterilized/cleaned between manicures. Would suggest using a better quality gel polish and sterilizing equipment between manicures.

I went there after reading the reviews online. It was nice, new and clean. I asked for Lisa based off what I had read and she was great. Best manicure Ive had in a while. My only issue was the price. I brought my own gel polish and somehow still walked out paying almost $80 for a gel fill in manicure and pedicure. But overall it was worth it.

I went here for SNS 10 days ago. I had healthy natural mid length nails. I have already had to go back for repairs on 4 of my nails and today, I have had two nails break by simply picking up my phone, one from petting my dog, and another simply fell off. So 10 days in after a $50 manicure, I have 4 broken nails. One is bleeding it broke so short. I wouldn’t send my dog here.

Well, I just got a manicure here and I am searching for something wrong, anything... and I cant find a single thing. Ive never had a manicure this great! Not worth the time or money I spent. I got the owner. She over filled my nailsShe couldnt get the shape right she rushed she made them to thick. It was horrible. Then when i asked her to fix them she refused u til i became upset. Worst experience ever. My nailbeds are still sore

If i could i would give them none star ... The owner did my french nails a week and half (by the way she didnt do a very good job since she kept hurting and cutting my nails and cuticle and this was on a friday and on saturday it turn yellow like they were on for a month and came back to fix them and she hurt me and she said she didnt that it wasnt her ... I would never come to this place nomore ... If you dont want to get hurt dont come to this place !!!!!!😣😡😣😡😣😡😣
