Nails 4 u is awesome! I officially come here every 2-3 weeks for fill ins and pedicures! Miss Stephanie is my favorite nail artist. She takes her time, makes the perfect nails that are so well done, If you cant get them done every 2 weeks, theyll last sometimes 4 weeks! I love our conversations and her customer service. Miss Kim does an awesome job and really like her as well! They truly do some fantastic work! Thank you so much for all you do!

The techs never have a problem recreating any random Pinterest pic I show them, and they do a great job! The prices are reasonable, they give you a great mani-pedi, and offer facial waxing and eyelash extensions as well. The only complaint I have is the pedicure stations could be cleaner. Although the bowls are cleaned, Ive never seen the massage chairs, arm rests, etc be disenfected between customers. *Plan on wait times of an hour or longer during weekends if you dont schedule an appointment!*

I have never had a pedicure like I had today, wow! Highly recommend! The extra attention to calf, shin, and foot massage was amazing! My daughter got a gel fill for her acrylics and the nail tech did a great job! They turned out beautifully.

The people are nice, but this place is absolutely DISGUSTING. Next level gross. THERE WAS SPILLED DRINK AND WHAT LOOKED LIKE A PUBIC HAIR IN THE CUPHOLDER OF ONE OF THE PEDICURE CHAIRS. You hear your shoes peeling off the floor its so sticky.

I’ve been there several times in the past two months to get my nails done, no issues 2 different people. I went last week Friday to get natural dipping powder by Kim and after 4 days my thumb cracked, she fixed it sloppily. Next day another one breaks and all she says is come in I’ll fix it, each nail keeps cracking redo all of them instead of me coming everyday that a different one cracks. Why not just redo them all, but she says no I’ll fix the ones that mess up, so everyday I’m supposed to go there to get one nail fixed??? I don’t think so. She doesn’t care she messed up and cut me while she was doing my nails. Never again, I will take my business elsewhere!

I took my daughter to get her nails done for the first time and since they did such a good job on her nails I went ahead and got mine done too. Ben did an amazing job and was so sweet and very professional at what he does. I most definitely will be going back to get more done at nails 4 u. Thank you so much...

This place is absolutely disgusting! Not only did my nail get infected, they proceeded to say it was my fault. They refused to give me a new nail or a new manicure. Never go here your nails will get infected!!!!

My nail got infected and fell off and spread all thru my hands and they said I was the only one but I jus read that it happen to another person and when I called and told them they told me all they said was okay. Jus be careful when you go there

Pedicures terrible, start to finish was done in 17 minutes, and there was no one besides me getting a pedicure. Will never go back.

I will not be going back here to get anything done.... The staff was nice but it didnt seem very clean and they didnt do my nails and feet as good as my regular place. Also there was a very sketchy looking couple in there that wouldnt put their masks over there mouth and nose and no one said anything to them. That made me very uncomfortable 😕.

My wife and I went here for mani/pedi care. They were excellent in details and comfort. We still go there today. It was clean too! Carmen, was a wonderful tech.

I will definitely not be going back- I paid 40 for a set of acrylics and showed them a picture of what I wanted. And they look horrific. Not at all what I wanted. It was rushed and they were trying to get me out of there. Do not recommend, go somewhere else to get them done because now I have to pay someone else to fix them

I have gotten a pedicure here as well as a full set of acrylics. Their pricing is amazing and the quality is very good! The techs can all communicate well and are friendly. I will definitely be a return customer and refer my friends here!

Have been here many times and never had a problem. Came in to get a fill and the same day my thumb break, went back and got it fixed and next day had my pinky nail break off. Went and got that fixed and same day I got it done, went home and broke off another. i’ve never snapped off new nails before. They do fix for free but i work all the time and have to make time to go get them fixed. I don’t know if they started doing something different but not happy paying $40 for a fill and having them snap.

I’ve never written a review on anything before, but felt I need to now because I am so disappointed. This was my first (and last) visit to the salon and I got the dip powder manicure. They looked great, but the day after I got them, one nail chipped. Today, 2 days after, I have 3 more nails chipped. I get my nails done every 3 weeks and I’ve never had any chip and they last for the 3 full weeks. Really bummed, absolutely not worth the money

I had a manicure and pedicure done. Neither was done in a professional manner. The nail tech did my nails first which I have always got a pedicure first. She did not get the old clear polish off my nails before apply the clear coat. The french tips keep coming off. She tried to repair two times. I was not allowed use the heat lamp to dry my nails. I wasted $40.00. Will never come back again. I am not sure if the woman that did my nails was a licensed tech because she truly f-----d up my NAILS!!!

New to the area. Looked and saw this place had mostly good reviews. The first time I went got my nails done sns no tips and a gel nail pedicure. The toes are great. Last long. Satisfied. The sns only lasted a week. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I had been traveling and swimming. Went back to have them redone. First of all the woman there did not soak the sns off. She pried the nail off with a piece of plastic. Omg. I could see layers of my nail attached to paint. Then the dip job she did was rushed. Which I think led to two days later three of the nails cracking and splitting down the middle. I have filed and soaked the cracked nails off. But I have never had any manicure last less than a week. Not sns, gel, acrylic. Nothing so shoddy. I work at a computer not digging ditches. I will never return here. Sns is meant to be a healthier alternative to traditional acrylic nails. My nails are damaged after this place. If you dont care about getting a lasting product for your money and time or about your nail health then this is the place for you.

Love this nail salon ! The place is clean and the staff are kind. The people who work there are very courteous and on point with their service. My nails came out beautiful! Its been a week and theyre still perfect. Ill be coming back as a regular and if you decide to give them a try, Im sure youll be too. A+!

Today I went to get fill ins and first it took 1 hour and 20 min being worked on the guy that did it was so rough I was almost in tears when he was drilling he kept on hitting my skin instinctively I pulled my hand back and he pulled it back to him and said I would be fine. 2 other people came in got fill ins as well and they were done at least 10 min before me. We will see if I will be back next time.

Ive been a repeat customer for many years mostly because theyre very convenient since you dont need an appointment. However, depending on how busy they are there can sometimes be a bit of a wait. The shop is clean and the staff is pleasant and they do a good job but if youre looking for an upscale experience this isnt the place for you. That being said the staff and service youll get here is definitely better than what youd get at a nail salon in the mall. Their prices are also very reasonable.

I LOVE it here! I’ve never, ever had a bad experience. Yeah, they’re not always the friendliest, bubbliest people ever but honestly, artists that talk my ear off drive me nuts. I came here after White Koi Nail Salon stood me up for my appointment, and Nails 4 U did a fantastic job for me as always.Bit of a blurry shot, but here are my matte black nails (my middle finger is janky because I accidentally sliced half that nail off, lol. The artist did a great job with what I brought to the table!)

Didn’t make them the length I asked for, also did a terrible paint job. Very bumpy oddly shaped. Wouldn’t recommend 👎🏾

I was def not happy with my service. The pedicure was fine although instead of helping me put my sandals on before he did the polish he waited until afterwards and then expected me to just do it with wet nails. So I had to wait about 10 mins instead of being offered the disposable “shoes”. Then he refused to cut my nails shorter for the manicure, stated he couldn’t cut my cuticles because they were too thin and would bleed. So basically I got a polish which literally chipped less than 24 hours later. 3 of my nails are chipped and I got them done yesterday. Sadly my hubby pod and tipped very well which I would not have (I would have tipped just not as much). I will not be going back.

I have been to most nail salons in the area. 3 wks ago my daughter turned me on to this place. I thought I would try one more time... OMG was I surprised. They are so good. My nails looked and felt so good.That said, I went back today for a fill in. Perfect... not 1 nail had lifted, broke or lost polish. They look and feel so good...

It was a decent experience but the massage chair wasnt working correctly and the lady didnt trim my nails down as much as I was hoping... even after the second time I asked her to cut them down some more. It was a decent service for the lower price.

I had the absolute WORST experience here. My mother was in town and we decided to get our nails done and this was one of the highest rated salons open on a Sunday, so we went. I get there and they seat me immediately and the woman instantly starts to glue nails on. Doesnt push my cuticle back, file, shape, anything. After a few minutes people start coming in and she starts rushing to finish my nails. I asked for almond shaped and they were all different sizes and shapes. She then gives me her card and tells me to refer other nail techs to work there... weird.After 2 days, one of my nails broke. I went back to get it fixed since it would be free and while I was there I also decided to get a pedicure. You cant really mess up a pedicure. Well, the woman doing my pedicure gets a phone call and she sits there talking on the phone WHILE doing my pedicure for at least 10 minutes. Then the woman who originally did my nails comes over to fix the broken one and she takes cuticle nippers and clips pieces of the nail off to remove it!! She didnt soak it in acetone or anything! Scrapes it right off my nail, causing my actual nails to peel to the point they were bleeding.& my toe nail polish came out terrible like a kindergartener did them.I dont know how this place has such a high rating. There also werent any nail tech licenses to be seen in the entire salon.

This is my favourite salon in the Wilmington area for 6 months recently! They have so many gel colors to choose from and Vincent is a regular my nail tech. He is kind and does a great job (both manicure and pedicure). Love you Vincent and wont to go anywhere else, sureeee!

Wow, three consistent months come here - time does fly! The nail techs are so nice and very thorough and precise. Everything was clean and hygienic- the tools are disinfected and individually wrapped per customer. I totally recommend to everyone Xoxo.

I used to get my nails done here and loved them. A young guy did my nails today. First he got glue all on my skin on the inside of my nails. Then he started to put polish on my nails without letting me wash my hands (the proper way to do it) because there was a lot of dust. Didn’t remove any of my cuticles. The shape is alright. I had nails from another tech. I asked to get them soaked off. Instead he filed them and was popping them off with a tip of a nail. Even stabbed me on the inside of my pinky. Never going here again. I am very disappointed. I will post pictures of my nails.

Love them! They are great with natural or acrylics. Plus anyone is always happy to pass you to the person who is best at the nail art you want.I go mostly for my brows. Mine are a bit crooked naturally but they always manage to make it symmetrical while going as thick or thin as I want.

My second visit this month. Turns out, this place is my favorite. Staff members are very welcoming and friendly. They accept walk in visits anytime. So even if theyre busy, they work quick and efficient enough to make sure I am satisfied with their service.

My first visit and my daughters first pedicure experience EVER. Establishment was very clean with a pretty and soothing decor/color scheme. Staff was very friendly and engaged with us. Foot/calf massage was excellent and massage chairs are always a plus! Cuticle work and trimming DID NOT HURT (which Ive experienced before). I believe she and I will be making this at least a monthly thing.....

I love This place, everyone is so friendly!! Ive been getting my nails done here for a little while, but today I came in with my mother to get a pedicure and we brought my 2yr old daughter who wanted her toes painted. After my daughters toes were painted one of the ladies sat with my daughter in another pedi chair and hand fanned her toes until they were dry, and continued to hold her until we were done. They went over the top for us and they didnt have to. Ive been getting my nails done for over 10 years and out of all the places Ive gone, this place is the best.

I have been going to Nails4u for over 3 years to get my eyebrows waxed. I have never had anything but the best experience here. Friendly and the owner of the salon is amazing at waxing. She listens and does exactly what you ask as your preference. Highly recommended salon!

Acrylics are ok but for the love of God dont ask them to take them off. I tried giving them a chance with taking them off but I was on the verge of crying every time and I just got laughed at. I have a high pain tolerance but this is ridiculous. If you don’t ask to get them soaked they will shove a piece of plastic under each nail trying to rip them off.

They honestly put so much effort into perfecting their work here. The price is reasonable. I live in the mission and will def be coming here! !

Ive always enjoyed coming to this nail salon, but this time around I am absolutely disappointed. My nails are all kinds of uneven in shape, (1 side looks thicker than the other) just looking at them, which shouldve been difficult to accomplish, considering my nail tech barely used any acrylic for my nails. They feel super thin and Im hoping they dont break this week. She checked the length of each, but a few are still longer than on my other and even the width of some of them are different. When I questioned the shape of 1 nail compared the same nail on my other hand, she seem inconvenienced by having to fix it, and even after she fixed it, it still wasnt corrected. It looked like 1 of the nails wasnt fully covered by the acrylic because I asked her if it would be an issue later, and all she did was file it down, but I still saw the break in the nail. I know for sure, she will never do my nails again, if I return. Worst nail tech Ive ever encountered.

I love this place I live a 1 1/2 hours from Wilmington I had taken the day off of work and decided to come to Wilmington. I wanted to get my nails done I went here and they did a amazing job. I had Red Shellac/ Gel Polish done with a flower design on my ring finger and matching pedicure. I have recieved compliments on my nails ! Everyone was so friendly I will for sure make a trip back next time I get want my nails done. Such a wonderful expierence !!!

I just moved here and Im on the hunt for a nail salon. The owner is greedy... Very greedy. I went for a pedi and a fill. The pedicure was good. No complaints there. Id go back for that.... Or maybe not due to price. $28 for a basic pedi is a bit too much.The girl I had was VERY sweet... I want to leave a 1 star but she was just so nice and bless her heart, she tried. Once she began drilling, I knew I was doomed.I had a clear top coat of gel polish on my acrylics. Every nail tech Ive had, applies this top coat complimentary. It helps the acrylic from staining and provides a solid shine over the acrylic. The owner wanted $10 just to paint the same top coat of gel polish over the acrylic. That is absurd. The bottle of gel polish only costs $10 so no girl.... Im not going to pay you that for a measly paint job.Moral of the story.... My nails look terrible. I didnt have her paint them. She filed them too low so the old acrylic is showing. Ill just re-do them myself and apply the top coat myself but I wonder what I paid $17 for? Complete waste.Didnt want to complain at the salon because I didnt want to get the nail tech in any trouble. The boss(es) dont look too friendly except for when they want your money.

The lady who took care of me didnt seem too professional. I came to notice she painted the top of my nails but the sides were not fully painted. Once I paid, she came back and said I still owed and I was left embarrassed not to give them to her, even though it was her fault. Being from out of town, I was unable to return to have this mistake corrected. They were more expensive than I am used to paying. They charged $35 for fillings and thats how much I pay to have them done from scratch.

Unprofessional employee, very rough. Gave it two tries with the male nail techs and each nail bled with both guys. Ive never had a set of acrylic nails hurt so bad and Ive been getting them for 4 years now. Each time I said it hurt they ignored me. I wasnt spoken to, one time the man had headphones in so when I warned him I was hurting he didnt hear, and when I flinched away with my hand he simply rolled his eyes and continued. Will never give this place my money again.
