I don’t frequently go to the nail salon, but this will be my new go-to place. It’s hard finding a spot that makes you feel comfortable AND does a great job with nails. I love feeling welcomed & I agree with the other reviews, they make you feel very comfortable. You can tell even the other customers are actually relaxed & not tense whatsoever.Thank you to the sweet woman who did my nails 😍 She was quick but efficient. I love my nails! And thank you to all the other employees there, you guys are the sweetest!!

I’ve been going here for a while and have recommended a lot of people to them. I was just surprised when I was treated badly for being late for my appointment that was the day before my wedding. I had an appointment for 5 people doing full sets and pedicures. With all the wedding hustle and bustle I was a few minutes late. I apologized when I came in and the lady proceeded to lecture me that if I was going to be late then I should’ve called. She was very short and clearly annoyed the entire time she was doing my nails. I even attempted to make small talk and bring up my wedding to which she replied “uh huh”. Not a great feeling. Their work is good but that did it for me. I won’t be going there anymore.

Great salon! I had never had my nails done before I went to long leaf. I have anxiety and allowing someone else to touch my body just made me incredibly nervous. The staff here are friendly and professional, and I feel comfortable going back. My feet were so soft after my last pedicure, I was very happy with the results. The only thing is I wish they offered a wider color selection for regular polish pedicures! Other than that, my experience was great!

I have been coming here for a little over a year. I am OBSESSED with this nail salon!! They’re all lovely people and they are all so talented! By the way-best pedicure I’ve had in a long long time! Extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked the Man that was doing my nails about the gems and his response was “They are expensive.” Like are you serious I have money. Who are you to judge and treat me with such disrespect. Never again .

I asked for a simple manicure- I have very short nails which just need old polish off, cuticle trim, shaping and new polish. To do this was $25, the highest (by $4) I have paid since the Covid increases at other salons; additionally, $5 tip given as well before the nail polish was applied. The entire process, including very abbreviated hand massage, took less than 35 minutes. The tech was nice enough but in a hurry to get out before closing time, although there were several patrons there. I was only offered the tiny 4” fan to dry both hands— no station. The tech sprayed “fast dry” on them, told me to fan them another 2 minutes, and enouraged me to leave, and “to be very careful”. I knew it was too rushed and my nails were still very tacky and would be ruined. I asked to sit another couple of minutes, which the tech okayed, but busied herself around me gathering her purse, and putting away her supplies. Tech did not offer to get my keys or pick up my purse to protect my expensive paint- job. By the time I drove home, my nails were dented, spotted and looked a week or more old; my boyfriend said, “I thought you got a manicure”? when he saw my hands. It was a TOTAL rip off. I’m a professional nurse and what the tech/salon made on that less than hour service, rushed, was more than half of what I make to care for critical patients... and I do not criticize easily. For the conclusion, when I left, not one person thanked me or said goodbye. I completely wasted my money on a simple manicure that looks worse than had I done it myself.

I stopped in last minute with a party of 3. Full Set, Fill In & Mani/Pedi. We were in and out in 1 hr! Were were all 3 pleased with the exceptional service, the quality of the work and the cleanliness! We will be back in 2 weeks for fill ins!

I have been coming here for many years and I love it! I went to another nail salon last year only because I was given a gift certificate there. I had high expectations because Im so used to Long Leaf Nail and they failed miserably! At Long Leaf Nail they listen to what you want and do an excellent job. It is family run business and theyre all very nice and do a great job. In my opinion the prices are good because you get what you pay for. The other thing I love about this place is how clean everything is. Theyre very big on sanitation and cleanliness! I will never go anywhere else!

Michelle is the best! I bartend and work in the medical field and my nails never break or chip! They last a full month with the dip. Everyone in the establishment has always been super nice and professional. They all do very good work. Amazing pedicures! It took me years to find a place I wanted to stick with! Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming here for years but today I got a manicure with Michelle and I have never seen more beautiful nails! Absolutely gorgeous.

Great first experience with this place. Large and clean with friendly technicians. I think the young lady who gave me my pedicure today was the owners daughter. She was so sweet and gentle. This last is important to me because Im a diabetic and must have good foot care. Certainly wont be my last experience there. BTW, the price is incredible!

I give them 5 stars for sanitation. They use liners for pedicures which is a must for me!I give them 3 stars for My signature pedicure because it was really fast. Nails cut and cuticles cut very well, however, the dead skin was not taken care of under my nail. Massage was very short but I agree it was relaxing. Another customer made my visit their unrelaxing as she was upset over pricing. DISCLAIMER: if you go for a pedicure be expected to pay the price for what you want. I felt uncomfortable with this customer and her daughter. Owner handled it well! Love the nail polish selection they have. Overall I think they’re very nice and extremely clean. I am going to go somewhere else for my next pedicure as this salon did not meet my expectations. I know they do great manicures, but my pedicure experience was not what I expected.

I called to see if they had time to fit me in and they did right away. I got acrylic tips and he polish and I couldnt be happier!!! They did such an amazing job. I had the guy that worked there and we had a great talk and we had a conversation. My nails turned out great!!! Im definitely going to be going back to this place for all my nail needs! The store was clean and they had multiple people working and were able to help a lot of people at once. I definitely want to go back to get my feet done. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and they are very fairly priced!!!!

Had a great experience here while spending the weekend in Wilmington. The nail salon is clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated. The staff here was mostly family and you could definitely tell they had a sense of pride in their business and service. I’ll definitely be back.

I had my nails done and they did excellent job. I polished them with gel polish and one month not a chip. The staff is very nice and definitely recommend.

Decent place. Although very inconsistent. Used to be my go-to, but now they seem to just want to rush you out. Last time I asked for gel and didnt get it. Before I realized (trying to relax) the guy was done and I didnt have time to fix it.

Extremely clean salon. Liners in the pedicure tubs and nails are disinfected before painted, which a lot of salons (unfortunately) dont do. The staff is super friendly and professional. No wait at all. Got a manicure and pedicure for $42. Will definitely go there again.

Michele goes above and beyond to satisfy her customers and my nails are done to perfection - every time! Clean, fast, friendly service. I refuse to go anywhere else!

Michelle is very rude at times. From my observations, she treats certain customers better than others. Even her nail tech said she is rude. Deplorable! They will not get any of my money again!

I had a wonderful time at Long Leaf today! I had John, he listened to exactly what I wanted and delievered better than I could’ve imagined! I got a full set of LCN but they look and feel so natural! Its some of the best work I’ve seen and I work in a nail salon in Raleigh! Would definitely recommend!

There were four people there when I got there and it still took them over 30 minutes to get to me. Because they took so long I didn’t have time to stay for a full manicure like I’d planned so asked them if they could just do a quick polish change. And they charged me $26 just to paint my nails. I will never be going back here.

After going to this salon for several years, I was most disappointed in my last visit and it will be my last. Never having been able to grow long nails I had been able to strengthen them and grow them out. I went in requesting that the nail tech just shorten them a TINY bit and to please shape them. I told her I did NOT want my nail squared but in an oval shape. I used my hands in everything I told her - very definite. What happened was before I knew it, my nails had been cut, squared and were 1/8 long. NOT at all what I asked for. I was SO disappointed. The nail tech sitting next to her said, she didnt understand. Well, she shouldnt be doing it then. He said, I am her translator. Failed at your job then. The owner was not apologetic at all - charged me full price. I never raised my voice or talked rudely to anyone there, just told them that the service I got was wrong, just wrong and I would not be coming back. And Im quite sure they did not care one bit.

This is possibly one of the best nail salons I have ever been to! I am from NYC but have been here 12 years, and although I am only 26, have been getting my nails done since I was 5. I used to go to a salon off 17th St. Ext., but they always charged so much compared to other equal quality salons. Long Leaf Nail is not only very well priced with great polish selections and over 6 pedicure chairs, but they all speak English quite well!! This is definitely a plus, since I love to chat during a two hour nail appointment (and let’s face it most salon workers here in Wilmington only speak very broken English!). I had a great conversation with my manicurist and she didn’t judge me even though I told her so much about what I had recently been through. I would recommend this salon to everyone- even people with kids- they have two really cute pedi chairs which are just right for their height and size!!! A+++ on the full set pricing too!!!

Sexual harassment from male technician!My 39 week pregnant wife went there to get her mani pedi yesterday for the big day. One of the male techs worked on her and had the audacity to ask being pregnant do you get a tingly feeing when you have sex? Absolutely out of line comment. When brought up with management they claimed the tech did not say such a thing and sided with him and refused a refund. She has been in there before without issue but they seemed to show their true colors yesterday.PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE.

Got my first pedicure after the wife talked me into it. I really didnt know what to expect, but it turned out to be not to bad. The staff were friendly.

Got gel nails done on Thursday and polish was feeling off 4-5 fingers on Tuesday. Called and went in to get them fixed and neither of the 3 employees there would fix it since they were not the original nail technician. There were no other customers in the store so they were not busy. They asked me to come back another day which is close to impossible with 3 kids. I will be calling to request a refund and will not go back!

Wouldnt recommend, especially for SNS. Asked for a manicure and my cuticles were basically cut dry, and now I have 4 cut cuticles that bled. Was told halfway through that I would he charged more for having small nails.

Worse experience ever ! Got the SNS and my nails are clumpy, some are sticky and see through . When told the nail tech she laughed and said they look fine ! After complaining to the manager he states “ what is wrong with your nail that is not right “ the nail take Ann continued to laugh . Still had to pay full price . Will not go back !
