3.5 hour experience. Three of us had appointments in preparation for a wedding.  Two at 5 pm and one at 530pm. None of us got anything similar to the designs we showed our technicians.  The technicians were nice however require more training.  My nails were in pain at the conclusion. The bride left with only acrylic applied, which was uneven.  The other bridesmaid left with poorly applied nails.  This after 3+ hours in the shop. We spent about $118 (with the discount) only for the bride and i to pay another salon to fix it the following day.  We had a packed wedding prep schedule and barely had time to get to a salon, but it had to be fixed. The pressure on my nails was immediately relieved after a trained tech fixed my nails.  The bride could finally smile after trained staff did what we asked of Belle Ame. The staff is under supplied and under trained.

Love it here. They give discounts and have specials all the time. You can get your hair, nails, massage, and skin care done at one location. They even have a play area for kids. What more can you ask for in a salon? Give them a try.

I love working here at Belle Ame beauty lounge! Shamair is the the salon manager and she is very talented and knowledgeable. She is very professional and listens to all my concerns. Belle Ame is a full service salon/spa and offers lots of events for the community. I recommend this salon!

In response to my sisters post and the owners comment. We received services from your salon on 9/5. At 5:00pm. My sister was told Quick professionals would be doing our nails. I didnt leave until 8:00pm and that was because I had to exchange my kids suits for the wedding before the store closed at 9:00pm. As I stated in my initial email, the salon was nice and your technicians were polite, thats Not the issue here. It was almost 8 and she Still didnt look finished so I had to ask her to be finished so I could leave and complete my errands by 9. Not to mention she repeatedly answered her phone as she did my nails. Ill include pictures of my nails, next day as I drove to the Baby Grand to prepare for the wedding.Aside from that, I Personally have two issues:1. I emailed you decreetly stating my concern and I got an email back saying that someone would get back to me. I Never got a response back and my sister called After the wedding to say that someone messaged her saying we could return for brunch and massages.At this point in time the Only resolution that wouldve sufficed wouldve been a Refund. You didnt offer Before the wedding a chance to fix our nails, Especially the brides. She left your salon with just Acrylic on her nails and her wedding was on Saturday.Its the most important day of her Life and you offered Spa services... After the wedding... while shes on her honeymoon... Not acceptable2. Did you even respond to my sisters email when she stated that we had very busy schedules and couldnt afford to take off and return for additional unrequested services? Did you respond to her request for a refund?Because that wouldve been the only feasible solution at that point. Due to the time crunch I kept the nails that your technician applied. The bride and Debra slipped out during makeup time to get their nails fixed which was completed in 15 minutes for them Both at another salon with quick professional technicians.We werent saying that your shop doesnt have the potential to be Great, we simply stated that your technicians needed more training and requested a refund. I also Never got an invitation to fix the error. I ended up going to the dollar store and buying a tool to remove the gel nails myself after the wedding. If were being transparent, the bottom line is your nail technicians need more training.

I love Belle ame beauty lounge. I have found not only a great and very professional hair stylist after years of looking, but from my first encounter with the owners and staff I was treated as family. The services I received were absolutely amazing and I left there feeling like a million bucks. This is my salon and spa for life. Shamair is the sweetest and does excellent work. If you get a chance come in and get any of the services offered there. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. I’m so excited to see the growth and success of this beautiful establishment.

Nice intimate salon and spa with down to earth appeal. Super glad they offer multi services such as eyebrow threading, mani/pedi, ultrasonic cavitation (for fat loss), and more.
