Its a nice place.. It a little lady thats in there that speaks a little English she does very good to me.! I feel that they should keep here.. Its always new workers there.. But the ones now are great.. That have touched my hands!

Way to pricey! The nails only look good for a few days. Once the grow out starts, you better go get that fill! Its all down hill from there! Plus the customer service is more like production line. Get em in, get em out. . .

Will never go back. I payed extra for nails theu said glowed in the dark after they fully dried and they didnt! I Didnt get a refund and didnt feel like sitting for another 2 hours to get them redone!

I thought I was going to recieve great service just by how they look but trust me there look is deceiving while getting my nails done the guy cut my finger three times on the same finger with his utensil I asked to get my nails finished by someone else and the new guy cut my same finger again. I then told him off and he had the nerve to ask me to pay ... I gave him 5 dollars and politely left

Every once in awhile I give this place a try because I’m in the mall, I regret it every time. They are LOUD, unorganized, rude, not polite at all, the worse is the LOUD and unorganized. I get my nails done, mani/pedi more for relaxing than anything and there’s no relaxing there

Awesome place. Sometimes there is a long wait but the quality of the service makes up for it. 45 pedi is SO worth it!

If I could give them 0000 stars I would!!! Went to the nail salon after work one night at about 7:15pm, they asked if I could come back in 45 minutes which I did so. after sitting there for 45 minutes walking around the mall and then coming back sitting for an additional 15 to 20 minutes they asked me if I could come back another time. this is at 8:15 at night they don’t close until nine all I needed was a simple fill I don’t have time during the day to go and get my nails done I work until 7 PM at night the audacity of them to ask me to come back after 45 minutes and then tell me after another 15 minutes, one hour total, to tell me oh I’m sorry! can you come back another day I’m beyond pissed right now! I will never ever ever go back there!

I don’t actually rate this 1 star i rate this NEGATIVE FIFTY FIVE!! Terrible service terrible skill they SUCK DO NOT GO THERE. I went to get my acrylics taken off and get my real nails painted. It literally took 45 minutes to take off my acrylics and the way she painted my nails after was terrible she over filed nails and the lady does not know how to paint nails. She chared me 35$ for everything and it was ridiculous. Also the lady was on the phone while she was doing my nails. I am BEYOND DISGUSTED WITH EVERY ASPECT OF THIS EXPERIENCE.

DO NOT GO HERE! They took 10 min. before they started my gel manicure and I was the only costumer in there! She told me they had to finish eating, I said I would come back and she insisted I stay. I needed a gel fill in and she was going to soak my gel off with acetone thinking it was shellac and I had to tell her 3x it was GEL. She kept saying you want shellac? NO I want GEL. When they finally put the color on and took it out of the light the polish cracked and bubbled. I asked why it was doing that, and could they fix it? They would not answer me. They had to take the entire color off and re-do it 2x. This took another 30 min. My right had came out horrible and one finger is bumpy. They did not offer any charge off and the entire manicure took 1 hour and 30 minutes. I will not go back here!!

For back to school, two friends and I went to go get our nails done. They had told us getting matte nails was part of the regular manicure, and it wasnt until after they had started the matte process that doing matte would cost five extra dollars. One friend had a rather painful experience. When the employee finished my nails, he walked out of the spa and didnt return: I had no way to pay him and didnt know what to do. After twenty minutes of waiting, I gave the money to another employee. Not even twenty four hours after getting our nails done, all of our nails had started to chip- and badly. Do NOT go here if youre looking for quality nails.

I literally never write reviews and never recognize a poor manicure but do not go here!!! It’s literally awful. There is nail polish all over my fingers the lady didn’t even attempt to stay on the nail. On top of that she made every single one of my cuticles bleed. This place is awful I am about to take this manicure off altogether.

Garbage, garbage, garbage salon. They have to be the absolute worse salon in Wilmington and they need to be shut down. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in my life. They were amateur at best. They should not be in business. I asked for a simple gel manicure on my natural nail and they couldnt even make a basic request look good. When she was done my nail was bleeding, nail polish was on my skin, the polish was streaky, and it started to chip after 3 days. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of 25 dollars. They deserved $5 at best. I couldve got my nails done at The College of Wilmington if I wanted them done by amateurs. I try not to knock anybodys hustle, but honestly the old lady that did my nails needs to retire and the whole salon needs to be investigated and certificatifications need to be renewed, because I refuse to believe they have legit credentials to do nails. They are scammers disguised as official nail technicians. I would suggest you not pay until you see the finished job. If not, you will leave feeling disappointed and taking advantage of.

Theres a reason this place only has not even 2 stars...all of these reviews are old but I just recently went in today. Not a lot of nail salons open on sundays so I thought Id try some new, worse mistake ever. When I went in the man seemed nice, but the language barrier was a huge dilemma (which usually isnt too much of an issue). As he began to do my nails it was a little uncomfortable because he kept filing on my cuticles and skin. He kept getting up tending to other customers and when he came back to me he seemed like he forgot what he was doing. After he finished, I asked him if they were the ombré, he kept repeating yes yes. Clearly they werent what I asked for (which I showed him a picture of what I wanted in the beginning and he said he could do that) I then told him thats not what I asked for and he kept saying yes it was and sucking his teeth like he was mad that I was telling him I wasnt satisfied. I paid 30 dollars for something I didnt ask for. Definitely not returning, very unhappy and I feel totally disrespected. And I do NOT liked to be robbed.

Nice staff but horrible experience. Staff cooks their food in an area causing the whole salon to smell of rotten fish. Manicure caused my cuticles to bleed, Observed them clean their equipment with alcohol only. Will never return.

I hate it I hate it. If there was an option of no star then this place would not even be deserving of that. I asked for a manicure but I got blood squirting out of my fingers. For anybody reading this now, save your time and health. And look for a diy video on YouTube.

Awful! I went in for acrylic French tips and a pedicure with French tips. The lady doing my nails was rough and cut off the corners of my toe nails which made them a weird shape and made me bleed in several places! And instead of using the white tips for my fingers, she used the clear tips and painted the white tips on which looks awful because you can clearly see where the clear tips are applied through. Seriously, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Horrible! They are rude and dishonest. I would strongly encourage you to go elsewhere.

Don’t go here my little sister asked could she get acrylic nails they gave her gel nails and made her pay 50 dollars . After 4 days, 4 of her nails fell off . They said she would have to pay if she came back . Please don’t waste your money
