A&I absolutely came to the rescue for our family in a time of need. The head estimator, Ryan, was extremely compassionate, understanding and respectful. He walked us through every aspect of the claims process and prepared us for the days to come. He was able to negotiate, on our behalf, with the insurance company as we did not understand the process. He was a pleasure to work with throughout such a difficult time. I would refer Ryan and A&I to anyone that encounters such devastation in their home or business. Top notch service all the way around!

Travis runs a great team over at A and I. True professionals who got the job done quick. I had my whole floor replaced as well as dry wall fixed due to a burst pipe. Looks better than it did before the damage. Mark, Janelle and the first gentlemen who showed up to remove wet flooring were great. They show up early, ready to work and finish the job. This is the 2nd time that I have had water damage and yet again, A&I came to the rescue. Janelle was here within the hour and solely removed the flooring, baseboards, washer & dryer and everything else out in order to immediately start the drying out process. NIcole jumped to the rescue in ordering and having my floors installed. Matt MacNeil and Mark Ledford both competed the repair and did an absolutely wonderful and seamless job. They both went above and beyond themselves to help me get through this crises. They were all professional, kind, empathetic and a joy to work with. I would highly recommend A&I to come to your rescue if you should ever need this service. Thank you ALL for getting my house back in shape.

I meant to write this review months ago and just got busy - I cant say enough positive things about A & I. My washing machine is on the second floor and malfunctioned causing a leak down through the ceiling into my dining room, and I had damage to my upstairs laundry room and ceiling on the first floor. I used A & I both for water mitigation and repair and Im so happy I did. They were great in communicating pricing, what to expect, and really everything. I ended up having them replace my popcorn ceiling with a flat ceiling and they really went above and beyond. They made recommendations for different things I could do (I never would have though about replacing my air vents), and when it didnt occur to me to replace the big register they painted it for me to make sure it matched the others. Every last detail of what they were doing was included in the quote, so I never wondered what I was paying for. Every single person I spoke to at A & I and who came to my house was friendly and helpful. They left my house cleaner than they found it, which was not necessary but so appreciated. I dont ever want to have a leak in my house again but if I do I will certainly call A & I.

We utilized A&I for a large restoration project and were incredibly impressed. Marc Ledford was our Project Manager and did a remarkable job of insuring everything was completed to our satisfaction. He was responsive and attentive throughout the entire project.

Worked with A&I to remove moldy installation and install a vapor barrier in the crawlspace. They also contract with a vendor to clean the vents inside which totally cleared up the mold smell. They were very responsive and reasonably priced compared to competitors. Id highly recommend the company.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. They went above and beyond to repair the damage to my home when soot covered everything. Their attention to detail and their dedication to make everything exactly right made this the best possible experience in a horrible situation. They did such a great job, that my insurance carrier added them to their list of contractors in my area to use in the future. They were also 100% trustworthy and I allowed them to use a lock box at my home without reservation.I highly recommend A&I Restoration. I hope I never need this type of service again, but if I do, I wouldnt call anyone else.

You better keep a close eye on these folks. They charge for work they dont do. Charged to remove, clean, and reinstall five ceiling fans. I only have two, and they were cleaned in place. Every room was charged for painting both sides of the doors, meaning double what was done. Charged for primer and two coats of paint, but cleaned walls and applied one coat of paint. Left all kitchen goods in garage, uncovered so I had to rewash before returning to cabinets. I was told they would put everything back where it belonged, but that never happened. Forty year-old house plants were carried outdoors and left in 95 degree direct sunlight, killing them dead, dead, dead. A gold bracelet disappeared. Fine crystal was found broken in the trash. Guess they hoped Id never notice that. Much more, but by now you get the idea. I should have sued them, but the lawyer said Id be tied up in oyrt forever. Worst company I have ever done bisiness with. They dont even deserve one star, but its a must to get the word out.

Worse experience of my life, took them 5 months to replace a shower, they never replaced the sub floor and the new shower floor squeaks when you step on it, the doors do not stay shut, the grout is already cracking, the contractors were either drunk or smelled like it, always late or never shows up, doesnt return communication. I would not let them build my dog house. They are horrible.

We were not happy with the services rendered. I would suggest always being present when the company is in your home. We were charged for items that were not completed by the company; we did them! I was told, Didnt your insurance pay for this? Not okay! It should not matter whether the insurance paid or not; and they didnt pay for all of it. I will say the office staff who tried to assist me with my request to change charges was very nice.

A broken pipe in the condo on the top floor flooded two units. They came, they saw, they concurred. All wet ceiling, insulation, wall sheetrock, and flooring were torn out and removed from the premises. Fans and dehumidifiers were set up and monitored daily. No one complained about working on Saturday and Sunday. We are free of mold because of their courteous attention to our problem. The HOA is taking bids for reconstruction at this time but I can say the insurance adjuster recommended them.

Great Company for all your fire, mold and water issues! Always on top of there game and available.

Not as good as they were advertised to be, there was to many problems with the service they provided.
