There are not enough words for how thankful I am to have found Randy and his crew! When the cable guy took an unfortunate tumble *through* our ceiling from our attic into our living room..Randy and his team had it fixed within two days of it happening. I have young kids, so I wanted to make sure they were out of the way when the crews came to fix the hole. Randy was INCREDIBLY responsive on when his team would be there. They did a great job protecting our furniture from all the work they were doing, wore PPE and shoe protectors the entire time, and did an OUTSTANDING job redoing our ceiling for us. Plus they were fast- which I greatly appreciated since we had to retreat to our bedroom while they worked! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company and the employees. When something bad happens to your home, finding someone to trust with the work can be INCREDIBLY intimidating. I am SO glad we chose I&I - hopefully we don’t need any more repairs to our house in the future, but if we do- now we will know where to go!

Finding mold in your home is always a scary thing, but Randy quickly eased our fears! He responded the same day to my message and even went out of his way to do the inspection the next day because we have an infant. Without knowing him, I found him to be honest because after his inspection, he was able to tell us that the mold was isolated to a few pieces of furniture and we did not need further testing. He did a great job communicating with us and was very professional! He followed up with an email and let us know some inexpensive products to buy from Lowe’s to help get rid of the mold and prevent it from coming back. Highly recommend!

I purchased my first home in Wilmington and relocated here from out of state almost a year ago. I suddenly found mold growing in the house last week and started calling around to find someone to come check it out. My wife and I moved to Wilmington, NC 1 year ago before we discovered our kitchen cabinets were developing mold and soaked in moisture. I’m really happy with the experience I had with I & I. I had a pipe leak in the middle of my one story home and Randy (the owner) and his team were ON IT. I really wanted to save my kitchen cabinets so the crew found the leak and then sucked up the water and put the dehumidifiers to work fast. I was in a very bad situation, had been thru a mold remediation because the mold was causing health and respitory problems, which I was homeless and had to sleep in my car.. Randy wanted $250 for an inspection, which most companies do for free. After the inspection he told me I needed to get my house air tested again. He insisted he tested it claiming he only worked off his own samples, which cost way more then getting a local company to do it. Then emailed a report about the results and his recommendations. The email said he was not bidding on the job because he tested the house. Turns out if you test a house, its a conflict of interest to work on it. He knew this when he insisted on testing the house.

My apartment windows’ seals had been broken by the winds of Hurricane Dorian. And as a result, my apartment was inundated with water. Down through the windows, the wall and also down to the floor to damage the carpet. My apartment complex was refusing to complete needed repairs, and I was getting sick from the mold that was forming inside my apartment. Randy came in and completed an extensive inspection, and did further extensive testing for pathogens. Randy’s certified report of the pathogens and their levels was instrumental to getting the mold remediation started on my apartment. The report was also instrumental with my doctor, who was able to correlate my increasing symptoms to the pathogens on Randy’s reports. I was able to move out and into a new place, and to get the medical treatment I needed. I can’t thank, praise or recommend Randy any greater.Hire Randy above all others! I had an unexpected disaster happen in my home . My bathroom toilet had sprung a leak inside the wall and water leaked and saturated the carpet in the adjoining room. I called I & I And they were at my 🏠 within a few hours. They extracted all of the water and left a turbo fan and dehumidifier there over the weekend. Needless to say their service was not only expedient but succesful, saving me a lot of money in possible mildew and bacterial manifestation in the walls and carpeting which would have needed to be taken care of by replacing drywall and carpeting and the pad . I highly recommend them because their service is prompt and profesional.They are very knowledgeable and friendly.its nice to know that there are professionals who can help you get out of the danger zone . Randy definitely knows what hes doing and I am greatful for his urgency and care of my situation.
