In June 2018 the A/C unit in the attic above a bedroom/bath of a townhouse rental of mine overflowed and ruined the rooms underneath it. Sheetrock, carpet, moldings were all soaked. After the water restoration people dried the area, HDI came in, cleared out the remainder of the damaged walls and moldings in one day. Soon, new Sheetrock was hung, taped, primed and painted. Moldings installed with perfect corners. HDI did a great job. They cleaned up each day worked, were respectful to my tenant, and kept me informed. Quality, professional company.

I used HDI for a total remodel on my mom’s old house. The project went from what we thought was going to be a complete gut down to the studs, to a complete gut down to the four exterior walls and the dirt of the crawl space. This was due to more long-term water damage from under the house than originally suspected. I could not have asked for a better experience. I’ve heard horror stories about projects like these, but I did not live one. These guys always made me feel like they were on my side and looking out for me. They did top notch work the whole way and still kept me within my budget even with the extra issues that came up during the project. Aaron cares about his customers and wants them to be happy with the final product and it is apparent the whole way through. I guess the biggest compliment I can give them is this....if I had to do it all over again, I’d call them to do the job. I have always wanted my mother to be able to live with us. Aaron and his team made that possible AND got me back into my childhood home. My family of 6 and my mother are now living in the house that had been abandoned for years and we are very thankful!

Do not trust these people.. They give vague quotes. Then its changes to cost twice as much as the original. Aaron is never wrong and everything that goes wrong (which they caused) is your fault. They threaten to stop work if you dont comply and have questions. No quality control and they hire inexperience subcontractors. They say they charge 10 to 20 % profits but its more like 50% percent. Their sub-contractors installed windows that wont hold, they damaged the AC unit yet they blamed us.. trouble people..

We engaged Aaron on an extensive renovation of our house. The work was completed with high quality in a reasonable time frame. He quickly turned around and gave us an estimate within 2 days, which we found was rare among contractors we dealt with. He was able to stick close to his estimate, with few add-ons aside from those we requested. Most importantly, hes a good honest guy. No shenanigans.

We chose HDI Construction because they were professional and fair from our initial contact. They were friendly and great to work with. We were impressed that they made sure our project site was cleaned up every evening. The project was complete when they said they it would be. Will definitely use them again!

I needed some work done to my crawlspace with a quick turnaround. I found Charley from HDI quite responsive. I was given a quote and he told me there was availability the following week. I texted Charley at 7:30AM one day. I wasnt really expecting a reply until the business opened but he actually responded to me within a few minutes! I was very impressed. We accepted HDIs proposal. Will was the main technician performing the crawlspace repairs. He was polite in all our interactions. I was given before and after pictures of the job. We are very pleased with the business like manner in which our pressing situation was handled. I would recommend HDI for your construction repair needs.

HDI built my garage/mancave. I have been working with a Mr. Paul Collie through the entire process. Mr Collie has made this a very stress free process. HDI has provided me with the best possible service. No question was too silly or tough. All were answered and with top shelf craftsmanship.
