A sprinkler went off on the top floor of our condo on a Sunday morning. Servpro of Brandywine Wilmington was on site with a crew of 8 people within two hours to immediately start clean up and remediation. They worked for the next 9 days to clean out and dry 7 units. Bobby the site manager was there every day and did a great job of explaining what they were doing and the process. The technicians were courteous, clean and did their best to minimize the impact of the water damage. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Bobby and the team provided outstanding customer service and workmanship. Bobby displayed patience while explaining everything to me. I appreciate his kindness and courtesy towards me. Although my house had some pretty extensive damage the entire team worked very well together. Never once did anyone make me feel like I was in the way, hike providing me with an excellent experience. We had a large flood incident on-site that damaged multiple large areas Bobby M had his crew to us in under 30 minutes. They got to work immediately with their water vacs, carpet dryers, dehumidifiers. They really took their time to steam clean and disinfect every surface area at the beginning and end of the clean up process. We could not have asked for a better company to handle this job. I have been extremely impressed with the professionalism and care ServePro has shown. Our condo flooded and within an hour of calling the company, many workmen showed up to clean up the mess. Servpro of Brandywine worked quickly and with care in my home after my water damage. They made sure I knew what was going on through the process and that I was happy with the work that was done! They are great!

The actual cleanup service was great but I have been waiting weeks for the billing department to send the information over to my insurance so I can start to do the repairs on my house and they still have not sent anything. I would have called another company if I knew I would be delayed in repairing my house for so long.
