Hands down from start to finish one of the best services with professionalism. From the moment my wife and I entered there establishment to the day the drivers came to pick us up My self and all the brides maids and groomsmen were highly impressed. I’ve had other companies in the past but city wide, puts the rest to shame. We used them for the bachelor party and the wedding. They weren’t just on time they were early which helped us with staying on track with all of our other endeavors. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

We had a party bus limousine for our wedding and the bus itself was beautiful on the inside very clean. The driver was amazing I was running late due to my hair and makeup and our driver waited patiently for me and when he knew I was anxious because I was already late he promised me he would do everything in his power to beat traffic while of course getting us there safely which he did he was fantastic i highly recommend their services.

I was not happy with my experience. Booked a limo for my daughter’s 12th birthday. Although the limo looked nice on the outside, the inside was old and frankly embarrassing. Nothing worked, there was a dvd player.... the kids were all excited to watch dvds we brought with us, didn’t work. We tried playing music but it sounded like the speakers were blown and what we could hear sounded terrible. It was obviously very old but at that point there was nothing i could do since we needed to leave in order to arrive to our destination on time. The kids even made fun of the inside....it definitely was the experience i had planned.

Highly recommend City Wide Limousine, they were so great during the whole process especially with having to change our wedding date and having to reschedule our party bus. The day of wedding our driver was on time and was so helpful with my dress to make sure I didn’t trip on the steps. Can’t say enough good things about this company.

Renting a 24-passenger shuttle for family members that came to visit this past week was the best decision we made. Our driver was courteous and knowledgeable and made our trip into the city easy and fun. No worries about driving or parking left us time to enjoy ourselves. Id recommend City Wide to anyone.

Our driver, Bobby, was excellent. He was on time and went over the itinerary before leaving to make sure our trip would be successful. This company also has great prices, much cheaper than others, for an event. I would definitely book this company in the future for other nights out. This company was excellent!

Great company! My cousin used them for her wedding and it was wonderful. The booking was simple, the driver was on time, the limo was clean, and the prices were all-inclusive. Were excited to use them again!

HORRIBLE! They left us stranded at the end of the night which happen to be my wedding night.The customer service is really poor. No one communicated to my husband or myself that after renting a party bus for only 1 and half hours for $900 that there would be an additional $120.00 to send a town car back at the end of the night for only my husband and myself. Not our Bridal party. We would have chose a different company if that was known.Anyway! No one came or answered the phones when we tried to call. Leaving us and our entire Bridal party stranded at the venue. Robbery amoungest other things is what I feel this company has done. We Will never use them again nor would we ever refer them to anyone else. I would advise anyone considering this place to look somewhere else. Unless you dont mind spending a lot of money for a short amount of time and ultimately being stranded. They ruined the end of my night.

I have always had excellent service from City Wide. We use CW four to six times a month and have never be disappointed. The drivers are always on time and are all very customer oriented. In addition to using CIty Wide for business purposes, I used a CW limo for my wedding. The limo was clean, the driver was sharp, and the service was excellent.

Horrible service!!! I wish I could give a negative star. I called three times, and they said they would call me back. They never did. The third time I called, an employee promised to call me back in 20 minutes. I waited over an hour and no one called me back. I just wanted a ride to the airport. Horrible service. They just avoid phone calls. DO NOT PAY FOR THIS SERVICE!!!

I have used these guys for years.. no problems fair prices. I am not saying that they are #1 bec. i have not tried but a few others. I stick with these guys because the driver is always early:) and just waits patiently.
