I went to them because I found the car I wanted online. Dennis was very laid back and honest. He hadnt personally driven the car and told me so. I did have a check engine light problem that occurred the day after I bought the car but he stuck to his word and after a few trips to get it fixed, they did take care of it. Probably 5 stars if we had gotten it fixed in one trip but I do really appreciate him sticking to his word in the end.

I bought a car not even a month ago. The day I bought the car the check engine light came on. I have called and texted numerous times to speak to the owner to get it fixed and I keep getting ghosted. They contacted me back right away when trying to sell it tho.

I looked at the car I saw online Sunday. I told the staff at CarFellas how I wanted to finance it Monday. Jamey and Phil were both great! You may hear horror stories of shopping for cars at dealerships, these “fellas” are some of the nicest people I have worked with. They didn’t pressure my wife and I but made sure all our questions were answered and we were receiving the best service.

I came by the dealership to check out a car I found online and was interested in. I told the sales rep Phil I wanted to come by the next day and pick it up to have it checked by a mechanic. He went ahead and copied my license and had the car ready when I showed up to get it the next day. He said I could keep it as long as I needed that day.The vehicle checked out with the mechanic and my husband met me there after work for him to test drive it. We were able to come to an agreement with the manager about the cost. They were willing to let us go ahead and take the car home and didn’t give us any trouble about waiting 5 days until our financing came through so they could cash the check we gave them. Jamey promised not to deposit the check until he got the go ahead from us and he held true to that promise.They even stayed past closing time while we negotiated and signed the paperwork. Great experience! We are very pleased with our purchase and the deal we got. Would definitely use them again when shopping for a vehicle.Thanks guys!

I had several very bad experiences with car dealers in the last few weeks and when I called CarFellas regarding information on a car, I expected the same condescending manner I had received from others. I was VERY pleasantly surprised by the courteousness of the sales rep, Phil. He answered all of my questions on the phone. When I told him I lived an hour away, he even read the whole carfax report to me on the phone, to ensure there were no surprises if I decided to come test drive the car. I did go the next day and he was just as nice and helpful in person. He gave me the actual carfax report and again, answered all of my questions. When my loan officer spoke with him, she commented on how nice he was, and said how refreshing it was to deal with a salesman like Phil, as many she deals with are not that nice. Needless to say, I purchased the car. AND Phil came in an hour early to make things convenient for me to pick up my car. If you are looking for a nice used car (they have several on their lot right now), I highly recommend CarFellas. And by the way, ask for Phil. :)

All I can say is GREAT PEOPLE!! I showed up the Friday after Christmas looking to buy a specific car my husband seen on their lot, it was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Was not happy with my experience. Brought a 2010 Honda Accord check engine light came on the exact day I Purchase the car. Carried it back check engine light came right back on. Two days later oil light came on. They told me to bring it back which I did they had it for 3 days and as soon as I got back home check engine light came back on. So I traded the car in after having it for a month and was told it had a bad motor.

Horrible Communication. Called 12 different times. Left multiple messages for each person on voicemail with no response. Then magically someone answered and car was sold yesterday. Sales is all about communication.
