Great place if you are needing help getting clean and place to live with help finding work and other situations

Very poor quality services. These people are in crises. They should be excesable 24/7/365. Every second of every day. Its like chasing rabbits trying to connect with them. Really really sad and pathetic.

If it is busy in the lobby, I recommend returning in 30-60 minutes. The staff is helpful, and there is a lot of information regarding resources available for consumption. The intake process to get your community card takes less than 15 minutes once they call your name. If you are visiting or calling to get a spot at a shelter, I recommend calling as close to opening as possible, or as soon as the after-hours line opens. The shelters that fill fast during the day seem to almost always have a dozen or so no-shows or spaces they just do not reserve during the day.

They do help with this COVID it has slowed a lot of help down so with that they Help

Adult Shelter Connect helps people reserve a shelter bed for the night. They do not help people with long term living situations. That would be Coordinated Entry.
