I would give 0 stars if I could. They were rude and very unprofessional. Half of our stuff is gone. They recovered our stuff only to steal half of it. We are missing many things. Guess they went shopping nothing like free stuff. Definitely leaving reviews and filing complaints just unbelievable how they can be in business. Of course everyones items they dont return must help keep them going.

If you are in need of a helpful tow, call another company. I have never experienced such hostile, rude, unprofessional, unsympathetic, and predatory people in ANY industry. I am a female student at UNCW, and the employees accused me of drug dealing in the parking lot where my car was parked for five minutes while I was picking up my dog from a friend’s apartment and commented on the scantily clad clothing I was wearing. I am extremely disheartened by every interaction I had with each employee. I am under the impression that this company certainly does not help vehicle owners in need, but rather pay workers low wages to circle empty parking lots looking for students to tow.

I had my car towed from a parking lot that was for public use. The driver, seemingly intoxicated, apologized and attempted to return my car to its previous location. While he was reversing, my vehicle was scratched against another, but the despite my shouting and wails, the driver continued to grind the vehicles together. He then proceeded to unlatch my vehicle - uninhibited by the many cries and pleas that could have prevented the monstrosity that occurred between mine and an unsuspecting strangers vehicles. It was as though this driver was daydreaming or lost in the agony that it was to work for a company that charges $200 per vehicle but only compensates him approximately $10 per hour. I proceeded to visit the headquarters of this company to express my concerns. When I arrived I seemed to have been warped to another dimension. At the counter I saw what I assumed was a woman who actually resembled an incredibly wrinkly iguana. She was on her Samsung Galaxy S6, most likely perusing through her 49 Instagram followers. She spoke to me, but her accent was so foreign I assumed it was native to the reptilian planet she was conceived on. I tried to reason with her, but her scaly hair rose and her skin turned pink. Essentially nothing was resolved, but I cannot blame our foreign backgrounds for this miscommunication. I would advise using another towing company. This one is out of this world in the worst sense...

The person I spoke over the phone with was very rude and hung up in my face. They don’t close at 5 like they say they do and are very nasty.
