When my vehicle broke down, my insurance company contacted Bullards Towing for roadside assistance. They arrived so promptly I could not believe it. In addition to arriving so quickly, they towed my car safely to the designated location. Trey was such a polite and accomodating operator. If need be, this is the towing company I will request...superb service!!!

Had a wonderful experience from the moment I stepped in, was greeted by the office manager Jessica. Everyone was so helpful and the prices were reasonable! Very unfortunate that my car was in a wreck, however, they assisted me to their fullest potential and I must say I am overly satisfied with their service.

Very helpful. Tow truck showed up well within the estimated time. Sterling, the driver, was very polite and worked quickly and efficiently. If I ever find myself needing a tow again I will definitely be contacting Bullards.

Called twice in two weeks and was told both times they couldnt help me. No problem, plenty of other options.

Couldnt get the woman to answer any questions about the company how much per day they charge I was told they close on weekends and after 5 everyday and even though I was not allowed to pay for my vehicle and pick it up on weekend I was still charged . Very very mean on the phone. There is no need for all the negitivity especially in these types of situations. I was very calm when I called initially and heated when she got off phone with me. VERY MEAN WOMAN

Was in from out of town when I ran into car trouble. The office manager Jessica turned a very stressful circumstance into a worry free vacation for me and my family. She made all recommendations and arrangements for me and I had my car back before we had to leave our beach house. Thanks to Jessica I was able to get my vacation back!

These guys know there stuff! I got into a fender bender and the police recommended that I call Bullards Towing to take my car to Registers body shop . I talked to Charity and she sent a driver right out on the spot. I didnt have to wait that long and they charged me a fair price. If u need a tow service company these guys are top notch !

Fast and courteous. But doesnt accept checks, adds $2.60 for paying by card. Other than that work was satisfactory.

Insurance company sent bullards vehicle would not start was put on flat bed with jump box inside unlatched hood hood blew up during towing company said they were not liable because of towing release ie... the document you sign giving them permission to move vehicle third party investigation determined towing company was at fault be very careful about using this company you have been warned
