Great guys, I have a few cars and these guys are fast. I called for a tow & they were there in 15 minutes. Ive never gotten pizza that quick. Thanks again for the fast service and professionalism.. hopefully I dont need a tow but I know who to call.

Preys on vacationers cruises gated parking lots looking for opportunities and extorts cash only payments to get your car back. Driver Eric is offensive and threatening to us while visiting such a nice city. Even takes vehicles that were properly tagged, we witnessed him having to return the vehicle. Chambers wrecking gives a bad name to a wonderful place to visit, Carolina beach NC.

This company is nothing but Price gouging land Pirates who sit around and do nothing but to peoples vehicles that are clearly parked in I guess parking area on Carolina Beach where the sign states that you do not have to have a pass! THEY ARE A TERRIBLE COMPANY!! They towed 2 other people besides me And charged them 75 and 175 and trying to charge us 210!! Their customer service skills are terrible and they are RUDE!!!

Outstanding service fast and professional. Very efficient and I will highly recommend ..... I have roadside assistance with another company (A_A) and roadside coverage with my Insurance company as well so went with that. My car has an electronic shift stuck in park and will not go into neutral or any other gears. There is no way to release it manually and the car is all-wheel drive so it will have to be put on tow dollies to move it. The Insurance assigned the call to Earl Chambers Wrecker Service. I was expecting the wait will be long so figured I will lean back and take a nap till they get there. Astonished to look up about 15min later and a Red tow truck was infront of my driveway to pick up my car. Hooked up securely to the right equipment and was ready to go in no time. I think I found my tow company.

A strong smell of oil invaded my car, so I drove about a half-mile, before I realized that it would be best to pull into a parking lot. It seems that my car had suddenly developed a catastrophic oil leak. Not only was all the oil on the ground under the car, but it was all over the engine and the dipstick was dry! This was not the best way to begin my birthday. Luckily, I had my smart phone, so I was able to search for tow trucks. I chose Chambers because the company had 4.8 stars and positive reviews, when all the others I saw had just one star and negative reviews. Well, as far as I am concerned, this is a FIVE STAR company. The owner was the man who answered the phone and came to my rescue. ON THE WEEKEND! He was so nice and helpful. He even looked at the car to see if he could spot the trouble. In everything he did, he provided great customer service. I hope I dont need to get towed again any time soon, but if I do, this is the man I plan to call. He was my hero, tonight. Mike, you have my sincere thanks. Ill be sure to recommend your company to others.

I was on the other side of town from my house when my car wouldnt start. We had a friend jump in, but no luck. I did a quick Google search and called Chambers because they had such good Google reviews. I am SO glad I called them! Mike showed up fairly quickly and decided to try to jump my car again. This time it worked and he only charged me for a service call. He was fair and honest and didnt try to cheat me by towing my car anyway.
