I was having an extremely hard time tracking my car after my husband stole it! I finally located it but needed the car towed they were Joshua was not only on time I swear he was an Angel sent from God! I highly recommend using Intercoastal Towing their pricing is fair and service is second to none. Last week I was unable to start my Tahoe and get it to the shop and after two other tow companies couldn’t help me I didn’t have much time before the shop closed. Rob the tow truck driver for this company came through for me and my family and helped us in a tight situation where others couldn’t. He kept us informed when he would be here and was quick to arrive professional and careful with our vehicle as we only have one and explained everything to me and my husband and helped us through the process and then let us know that our vehicle had arrived and been dropped off we had never had that happen before with any other times we have had to use our insurance with tow companies so it just shows the quality of work This company offers and other companies should follow their way of doing things. I highly recommend this company and that driver if your ever in need of help. The lady answering the phones with their office staff was professional and nice and helpful during our situation and Rob went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. So the lady on the phone told me it would be $35 a day to keep my car int he lot. They had it for 3 days....SURPRISE we paid around $700 to get my car out of the lot. When I called back since I was upset by the charge the nice lady explained the charges.

By far best group of tow operators in the area. They are courteous and efficient. The wait can be a little long sometimes but sometimes its better to wait than make haste decisions. I had to wait for a little over an hour but the driver remained in contact the whole time. Would definitely use again. Great job guys n gals.

I spoke to the owner to come and tow my vehicle to dealer for a warranty issue. He gave me a great rate on the towing. When his driver Leland showed up he was incredibly polite and very knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable about Intercoastal towing my vehicle. Been doing business with this place for 20+ years. They always go above and beyond the call of duty, making a bad situation (needing a tow) a lot less stressful. Anytime you call they will ve there. Also very fair prices on tows and minor repairs are done quick and correctly. Wont ever stop using Intercoastal! Save their number now you never know when you might need them!

These guys are awesome. The axle on my boat trailer broke, I was in a tight area with trees all around, and I was questioning weather or not the boat and trailer could even be towed. They took there time and did a good job of getting it loaded. They even brought in a second tow truck to unload it to ensure no damage was done. They were on time, courteous and did a great job. If you are in a bind I would highly recommend these guys.

When my car broke down at the Brunswick Co. Wal-Mart, my wife called these folks Wilmington number. The owner apparently answered, heard her location and told her we were 5 minutes from their Brunswick Co. location, and hed have a truck right over. Not 5 minutes later a very professional fellow named Leland pulled up in his tow-truck, hooked us up, and got us to the garage. An hour later, after 7 p.m., the owner called us back to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. These nice folks made what could have been an unpleasant situation quick and painless. Highly motivated to customer service. Recommended!

Great work handling my modified and lowered Mustang GT. The driver was on time and was very careful with my vehicle.

Dispatcher said they would pick up first thing in the morning. They didnt show up until 5:00PM.

When my parents car was overheating this place convinced them they needed a new head gasket. After replacing the head gasket the car over heated after driving 10 miles. They then convinced them they needed a new radiator. Thought they replaced the radiator without charging for labor my parents had already dropped 1200 for the head gasket and another 150 for the radiator. Pretty sure the head gasket never needed to be replaced. Dont get your car fixed here. Not competent at all. The lesson here is never get your car fixed at a tow shop.

Was short by $50.00 and they would not work with me and they kept my just paid for GMC Acadia. Horrible company plus they let a female who said she was owner of my car into it by breaking drivers window. She stolen all my electronics. This place is a disgrace and should go out of business.

Wouldnt risk getting your car towed with these guys, barely hook your car up right and you run the danger of having your car flip off if the guy decides to make a sharp curve

This was the worst experience ever with a towing company. Customer Service was horrible. Both driver and dispatcher were very unprofessional. Would not recommend this company and I will never use them again!

Horribly unprofessional company. Flashing high beams and yelling profanities at people on the road. Havent ever used them, but after seeing this, never will!
