My college age daughter was visiting her friend in Wilmington at her apartment complex. My daughter parked in an area that she thought was for visitors. She was there less than24 hours and her car was towed by this business. They charged her $ 135.00 to retrieve her car. This business seems like a scam to rip off unsuspecting college students .We called the business to discuss and they were only interested in received the money .Do they have a lookout in the apartment complex that helps them with this quick money scam ?
My wife and kids were on their way home in a down pour. Her car breaks down and will not start back. Some nice gentleman helped push her into Big lots parking lot, to get them out of the road. She leaves a giant note in the windshield wrote on a big puece of cardboard that stated the car was broke down, and we would be back to get it and left our phone number. We did this thinking that if someone had a problem with it sitting there until the rain quit they would know how to call us. Not only did they not call to tell us they were towing it. They didnt even call after towing it to let us know they had it. We had to go into businesses and ask if anyone saw who got our car and found out who it was. 150 bucks for the tow and 35 for storage for a day. So 185 tow my car 5 miles and keep it over night. We had already hired a guy to pick it up the following morning when Earl decided they were gonna ignore the note altogether I ended up paying double. I know legally Earls didnt have to call us but morally any decent company would have at least called after towing it. Im sure they were hoping they could store it a week or two at 35 a day. Needless to say we will never use Earls for any of our towing needs and I would watch out. They are modern day vehicle pirates and leaving a number dont detour them
Everyone was very kind and helpful. Returned the U-Haul and trailer. My truck was dead, so they jumped my truck battery for me. 🙂
They tow cars from apartment complexes and charge high amounts to get it back EVEN if your parking pass is visible inside your vehicle. Complete scam!! No professionalism or reasoning with people, after illegally towing their vehicle.
The receptionist was very negative and combative and she gave me false information; say she would help me and didn’t call me to alert me that she wasn’t going to provide me service. I had to call back (while waiting in the hot sun) to be inform that the service wasn’t going to be provided.
These people are scamming you. They charged 135$ for a .7 mile tow. Somebody should file a report about this place and get it shut down.
My sons truck was towed because they claimed he didn’t have a parking pass. In fact he did have a valid parking pass. They changed their story to his vehicle was hanging over into the towing zone. He has a 2500 truck you can’t get but so close to the vehicle in front if you. They only agreed to split the bill!!! We are business owners and this is definitely not how you get someone’s money. Honesty is not their mission!!
Absolutely disrespectful and how they talk to people. Will create stories/excuses to justify their actions. Complete liars and cheats/Thieves, hopefully they lose their business and they go hungry
Excellent service very polite
This company is a complete scam they will tow randomly and damage your vehicle in the process. They are rude and unprofessional and require you to pay in cash for the tow fee.
Extremely disrespectful. Towed my friends BMW M4 from Aspire and when we received the car it had the following errors: front end collision warning, high beam light malfunction, ABS malfunction, traction control malfunction, and a pedestrian warning malfunction. These lights were not on the car previous to the tow, so we asked whom I perceived to be the owner, and he said, “wasn’t us.” I then proceeded to argue with him, as he was being disrespectful. After our conversation, we proceeded to the car and tried to clear the error codes with a computer. The owner proceeded to get in his truck and threatened to tow us out of the yard because “he has more important things to do.”I ask Earl’s wrecker service to accept paypal/cash app/venmo/zelle to make an easier payment process. I also ask them to have a different system for high end cars such as a ticket system/flatbed truck to avoid issues such as this.
These people are scammers and con artists that will damage your vehicle and steal your money, for less than a 2 mile tow they took our car from OUR apartment and then DAMAGED it, these people are terrible.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service and try to nickel and dime you any way they can.Check your car before you leave, they most likely damaged it. Also, they seem to have a fixation with towing bmws.
A bad wrecker company they take peoples car so they can make their money especially when you park your car in the visitor’s parking lot and nothing on the grounds
My experience has always been very pleased with the service at Earls. Very nice guys back in the back that does the work on your vehicle and Earl is the best so friendly. They do an awesome job!!!
This shady company took it upon themselves to tow my sons car from his apartment complex even though his parking permit was clearly displayed on his windshield. Apparently the genius driver Could not see it even though it was in plain sight. When I called the oh so helpful lady at the front desk she proceeded to tell me that it was cash only to get it out if he could not show them that there was a sticker on the inside. Horrible business practice and even worst customer service.
Theyre a tow company. I dont think I need to elaborate.
Real great
Despite the circumstances of being towed from Aspire 349, The service and staff were very helpful and friendly. I was pleased with how patient they were and treated me with respect! Price for the Tow was fair and reasonable, just make sure you bring cash
He a good guy.just dont park in the wrong spot..
Extremely rude literally towed car with a pass in it and when I brought up the issue they lied and said I was parked in 2 spots needs to be shut down
Earls towed my car from a spot that i have been parking for over a year. The lady at the front desk was happy to tell me that the rules of parking had changed in the last three months as i was informed by no one. Not to mention they only take cash and forced me to pay an outrageous atm transaction fee in the office. Earls towing service is a narcissistic company who is greedy for an extra dollar whom they take from poor college students two days after Christmas.
Towing ppl out their own parking spots back to back and lie frequently
WORST PLACE EVER. Theyre simply incompetent. They towed my car from my own apartment. Thats not even the annoying part: When I and multiple members of my family called looking for my car, they said they did not have it. I HAD TO REPORT MY VEHICLE AS STOLEN and go through the trouble of writing a statement as well as the emotional turmoil of thinking my own car had been stolen. My dad also drove 3 hours to Wilmington to talk to the police. The cop found my car in Earls lot; we were furious. Why did you tell 4 people you didnt have my car if you actually did? Ah, because it adds money the longer you leave it. To make things worse, they still denied having my car when we showed up, WHILE WE WERE LOOKING AT IT. I couldnt even get mad at them because they were so stupid. They said they had forgotten the paperwork, but there were only about 6 cars in the lot and mine was one of them. Simply walking 2 ft to look into the parking lot would have showed them that my car was in fact there.
Its a $135 fee if you are towed. I originally called and asked if they had my car because I think it might be stolen. The person on the phone said I parked the wrong way? I accepted that but the person used a angry tone of voice on me...I then cried...I had already had a bad day...
Picked up a u-haul here. Gave me damaged dollys for the truck. No one wearing masks or staying 6ft apart.
Can you give negative stars?? First off, these ass hats are predators. They lurk in.the bushes waiting for you to walk out of sight then they drag your car around the corner and hook her up and gone. Something to consider, the tow cap (highest price they can charge) in NC is $125...they tried to get us for $150. Then made up a bull story about how the car had been there over an hour, they never tow a car after only a few minutes....hey Earls, in todays age, with GPS records, maybe spew your story to someone else. When I proved my car had been there a few minutes when you towed your story changed dramatically. Stop lying and own the fact that you are predatory trolls who shouldnt have a license to operate. I hope you all find karma in the form least desirable to you. You prey on everyone, good bad or ugly and you deserve to be shut down, fined and thrown in jail. May you rot...eternally...by the looks of you all, life hasnt been kind. Maybe consider your path.
The customer service was horrible. The office girl was putting her hands in my face and cussing at us! They are a scam and thieves. I’m glad that the Holy Ghost came upon me to not drag her through the dirt road.
I came home from one of my morning classes at UNCW only to find out that my car was towed from my own apartment complex - even though I have a valid parking decal. I contacted Earls Wrecker Services and asked if they had my car, she said they did. Naturally, I asked why they had my car when I have a valid parking decal to which she responded, rather rudely Well, where is it huh?! I told her it was on the back right windshield of my car, she tells me to wait a second while she looks, then complains that she had to wipe the dust particles from my back windshield to properly see it. THEN, I am informed that I have to go get my car that was towed, even though it was their mistake. I had to have a friend drive me to Earls so that I could get my car in order to make it to work on time. Once I get there, she is a little nicer, most likely because I am now standing in front of her, and not a voice on the phone, and she tells me it was dark and they couldnt see it, and it was a new driver that towed it.I suggest they invest in flashlights to look at vehicles since at night time it is in fact dark, and for them to not be so money hungry and tow the first car they see.Thankfully, I didnt have to pay for my car that was illegally towed, but I still had to take time from my day, and the person that drove me, to get my car.I completely understand towing people that are parked illegally. For its quite annoying when I as a resident, have a parking spot for my apartment taken by someone without a decal. I also realize that most people who write reviews for wrecker companys are people who have had their car towed and are mad...but this isnt the case. This company literally preys on peoples cars in a lot; then they tow someone who has a valid sticker, then blames it on the fact that it was dark outside - it is absolutely ridiculous.
This place is the worst, waited for me to get out of my car then towed it only to tell me they don’t have it. Which made me call the police because I thought it was stolen and they said earls did take it. Turns out earl, may he burn, was trying to charge me for a weekend fee instead of a 1 day fee. I’d leave 0 stars if i could. Also their ATM has a ridiculously high withdrawal fee. Absolutely terrible -5/10
It is under unfortunate circumstances I came to interact with earls. I was towed. It was my fault. While I could be mean at it that would be irresponsible. Earls staff were nice and understanding. I was there less than five minutes and was back on the road. While you dont get a choice in who tows you, if I get towed again ibwant it to be Earls.
Real slimy fellow here. I would suggest going elsewhere for any towing needs.
Great service. Appreciated the patience of us out of towners.
Ill give it 4 stars cause they did work with me on price of retrieving my vehicle but their customer service is pretty under par and the professionalism is slacking pretty good. I use them alot to tow vehicles for my job and they honestly couldnt have cared less.
Dropped off an out of state UHaul. Guy was awesome to deal with. Friendly and helpful.
All the workers been nice and helpful
Someone that was visiting me at my apartment complex was towed by this sad excuse for a business . The towing company actually left the car unlocked and were extremely rude about it/tried to deny it. Having a car towed makes a day pretty bad in itself, but then having to deal with a smug, snarky receptionist makes the whole thing a lot worse. Also, when pulling out of the parking lot of the towing company, two men in the company tow truck laughed and pointed at us, making a joke about the fact the car had been towed. These people make a bad experience even worse by being completely unprofessional and not to mention overpriced. I’m truly sorry to anyone that is unfortunate enough to be towed by this business. They don’t care about anything except taking money from poor college students and then making fun of them about it.
Took my car in for a check engine light. They fixed it quicker than I was anticipating and charged a very fair price. The folks were super nice and kind, and Missy the cat was super entertaining. We will be taking both cars in regularly.
Very helpful and respectful.
Service was a bit slow, they rented my truck I initially reserved. So they had to find me another! Price was a bit expensive as well!
Simply the worst! They towed my car even though I parked in the visitors parking WHERE I LIVE. Had to pay an uber, and I had to pay $150 to get my car.I am into business and customer service for me is very important. I went to their office and guess what? I did not even get a hello, the man in the office was talking on the phone the whole time I was there. Also, there was a lady who kept staring at me.I brought this concern to the staff of where I live because it is ridiculous.I do NOT recommend the Service of This Company ever.
Worst towing company around sorry if they towed you, looks like a modern day hills have eyes family. On top of all this they will get into your vehicle to take your emergency brake off, this place needs shut down asap.
Had my SUV towed by them to their garage to fix my SUV ..the driver was very kind and helpful then at the office they were nice and got to my SUV quickly.. great work and the price was very fair. If I ever have to have any work done on my SUV I will use them and their tow service again.
I was at Harris Teeter at 140 a.m. this morning, Jan 28, 2016. A driver with Earls Wrecker Service tried to tow my car without anyones permission. I stopped him.As I drove off I noticed he stopped and hooked to another vehicle. I drove back around and told him it was an employees car. I asked him who gave him permission and his answer was someone. I pressed him for the persons name and he would not say. I took photos of the wrecker and the vehicle he was trying to tow. I drove to the front of Harris Teeter and ran inside. I showed the photo of the vehicle to an employee. Sure enough this wrecker driver was attempting to take an employees car without permission AND the car belongs to a hard working military veteran. The driver claimed he always goes into the store and talks to the manager before he tows any cars. He lied. No manager was notified.Folks this is the way multiple towing companies make incredible amounts of cash in Wilmington. Theyre not all corrupt as such but this one certainly is. Ill be staking it out occasionally to ascertain no one else gets the shaft from those thieves like Earls.
NEVER SHOWED UP!! I called this place at 6 am to tow my car and they said they would be there by 8 or 8:15. I called back at 8:15 and was told he had just left to pull a car out of the woods for the cops and could not get there anytime soon. It was 39 degrees outside and this group couldn’t even bother to show up.
Biggest crooks in Wilmington. Absolute low life jerks. Sitting in the parking lot stalking teenage students who have no where else to park because the school does not have enough parking for the students. My family has a membership to 02 fitness and my sons truck was towed from the O2 parking lot. This company has been doing this for years and making tons of money off innocent kids just trying to get to class without parking a mile away and having to risk their lives walking down shipyard Blvd. I just pray none of these kids are killed because of these low life crooks.
Earls is the best tow service in town. Thanks for all your help guys.
One of the worst experiences ever not professional and their customers service is horrible will never recommend them i got towed and when i went to pick it up my tire was flat and when i complained about it they said it was already like that i know how my car was left and they still said they didnt know what happened i paid 135$ and at top of that i had to go get my tire fixed i would never recommend them no anybody they just dont care I understand i got towed but if im paying such big fee i would expect to not pay extra for something they did i would give them 0 starts but to write a review u need one
Earls pulled the bumper off my car during a questionable tow (off a public street outside of an apartment complex that didnt have any clear parking spaces). Earl tried to intimidate and bully me so I called the police. Earl promised both the police and me that he was going to have his insurance repair my car. However, he gave me the runaround for over a month. Thankfully, the Wilmington police provided Earls insurance information. Then a month later, Earl refused to allow his insurance company to cover the repair because the bumper must be replaced, not repaired. Earl is a liar and targets UNCW students. Stay clear of Earls!
The customer service is the WORST. My car was towed from my fiances apartment complex. When we walked in the next day to retrieve it, the lady at the desk never said a word of hello, welcome, etc., she talked on the phone while we were waiting for her to be able to assist us then she got pissed at us because we counted the cash out loud as we placed it on the desk. She started slamming her stuff around, saying that wasnt necessary. LADY YOU NEED A NEW JOB. If you cant handle an upset customer in this line of work, I have no idea how youve lasted this long. On top of that, they towed my car incorrectly (the car is not to be towed with any wheels left on the ground but all 4 should be off the ground, not rotating while being pulled) AND they scratched my front right bumper. Ive already submitted this crappy business to the Better Business Bureau.
They help me as much as they could
This business is a predatory towing service. They are overly aggressive and not fair in the least. The New Hanover board of commissioners should be taking a look at their business practices.
Excellent customer service and rapport with my company. Great auto shop as well and Earl is always there to help!
They run a shady and illegal business. They towed my car outside of where I live. My parking pass is in the mail, and the landlady said I could park there until it came. Let me repeat: THE OWNER OF THE LAND I PARKED ON GAVE ME EXPLICIT PERMISSION TO PARK THERE. Anyways, I tried to explain that to them, but they wouldnt listen and said I would have to pay $125 to get it out. I am a broke college student who definitely could not afford that, so I went and talked to some other people to see what could be done. I went back two days later and they now said it was $175 and everyday I waited added $25. They had not informed me of this previously and I explained that to the receptionist, who did not listen and kept repeating, Im sorry, I cant help you. Im not an ill-tempered man, but I was slightly irritated that this company, by definition, was extorting me. Still, I did not kill the messenger by arguing with the clerk, and paid my $175. I guess Ill be eating the leftover ramen my roommatea throw out for the next five weeks. I urge you never to do business with this corrupt and predatory company.
Probably the most unprofessional towing service Ive come across. First of all, I NEVER take the time to write out reviews let alone one as long as this. But my experience with these deplorable people and their grimey business practices should be shared. Unfortunately some cars like mine require a FLATBED in order to be towed PROPERLY without risking any damage to the drivetrain and the wheel platform because of its steer by wire technology. Befofe I happily paid the 125 towing fee I asked if they used a flatbed to which they told me no, they used a dolly. (Already sounded sketch from the start because while flatbeds & dollys both lift the car off it’s four wheels, the process of securing the car by its wheels is very different) so as soon as I leave the place, I push my car to redline in first gear to make sure they didn’t screw up my drivetrain. While doing so I notice my car pulling very hard to the right. I immediately turn around to go bring this to their attention. As I was trying to explain the problem this woman at the desk started yelling unnecessarily loud over me and conducted herself in a very unprofessional and short tempered manner; all whilst holding a pack of cigarettes and a can of Mountain Dew. (Shows the type of people you deal with here) From there two other tow guys try to tell me that since pushed my car to redline in first gear, I somehow caused the front alignment to go out of wack. (My car has an exhaust with over 400lbs of torque. It’s made to drive aggressive so their counter argument didn’t make any sense). I even offered one of them to get in and drive it themselves in a straight line without holding the wheel in an unnatural position. They then tell me that they wouldn’t refund me my money nor would they even subsidize the cost of a new alignment. (not surprised). Ive had my car for around 4 years now and it has NEVER been to a point where it can’t even drive straight. So take away from this: if you have somewhat of an expensive car that requires a flatbed to tow, do NOT let these people do it!! They’re too incompetent to correctly do it and too full of themselves to admit it!! Poor customer service and trashy office/property. We get it you have to make a living but dont damage other peoples property trying to do so! Nickle and diming college students shows how shady these people are. Grimey people who do grimey business. Getting my wheels checked out by certified techs and will be pursing legal action if any damages were done that cannot be fixed by an alignment.
They are the worst. Told me over the phone of a huge price to retrieve my car. Then they had to dolly my manual car, bc it was left with the brake on (which is the safest for manual cars) and then when i got there that was a hidden, unexpected fee of 35 dollars for him to kick a couple tires to remove the dolly! They have nothing else better to do than jack up prices unnecessarily. Hope you dont get towed by them for no reason! And if youre keeping yourself safe by not parking in deserted areas, they dont care about you.
My car was towed from Carleton Place. I had a parking pass however it was obstructed by another parking pass I had hanging from my rearview mirror. My friend let me off at the bank before heading to Earls. I had fully expected to be forced to pay. However, I showed the office staff my pass and was told to have it more visible from then on and I was on my way. Im not sure if Earls bad rep is justified and I got lucky or if theyre honest people doing a tough job. Either way my experience was a positive one.
NEVER EVER GO HERE!!!!They TOWED my car WITHOUT permission, WOULD not release it without CHARGING me and were the most RUDE persons I have EVER met in this SERVICE AND THIS TOWN. ZERO STARS. They deserve NONE of my money, deserved the after-hour WAIT AND STRESS caused and I will never EVER do business with them AGAIN and theyll be LUCKY if I dont take them to COURT!
My car was towed and i was oarked in a visitors parking space. The kady that i talked to was mean and nasty. They are taking peoples car and banking!!!! So damn sad
Disgusting business practice on part of these people. Predatory towing company
I would give this company zero stars if I could.I was towed from my own works parking lot; where I park five days a week. The guy who answered the phone was incredibly rude, said he could do nothing to help me, even though I was exactly where I was supposed to be parked. The fee is supposed to be $100 and they told me $175 cash. Based on all of the other reviews, my only conclusion for the upcharge is because I am a young woman. I work two jobs and bust my ass on a regular basis only to have my money stolen by this wretched company. If you have a parking lot, I would never recommend using this company, because in accidental cases, such as this one, they do not work with you at all.If you have been towed by this company, I am so sorry, and as you can see many of us feel your pain.I am not a hateful person, and would normally not say this; but I wish this company and its selfish, vindictive employees the worst possible fate.
These people are rip offs. Inbreds at best. 150 for towing and they only take cash. Dont use the ATM there. It wont have money in it. Predators is all they are.
Great service efficient and affordable a great company to work with thanks Earl.
I have never heard of a towing company that tows a car with the pass inside? Also, I have never dealt with so many uneducated people in my life. I understand how they make money by ripping people off, but what I dont understand is why businesses associate with this company. If I could give this place zero stars I would.
Probably the most hated business in Wilmington and for good reason. Laughed in my friend’s face as she was begging one of Earl’s guys to let her drive home as she is a struggling college student who had parked her car in a spot for 5 minutes. Unethical, unprofessional, and heartless people.
They have towed my vehicles out of my own driveway three separate times at $100 a pop. The one time I call them to remove a vehicle that legitimately is illegally parked, they refuse to remove it. Horrible people. Horrible service. Dont ever call them for help.
Destroyed the bumper on my show car yet tells me He loves the patriotic theme... do not recommend
Very disrespectful crew, my roommate and I are both women and felt violated when we went in to get her car. She had just moved in to our apartment and had proof of residency, yet they refused to refund her money. Definitely a bad experience.
Very nice people there job is hard and people say some very bad things because they dont see signs and park where theyre not supposed to these people do a fantastic job theyre very nice very understandable and very helpful I have no complaints whatsoever about this company.
Relentless rednecks towed my car even though they saw me coming to get it! I was within 50 ft from them and they still towed it! I had to walk 3 miles at 2:00 in the morning to get my car! They charge $125.00 and dont take debit! There atm machine charges me $3.50! I hope karma comes back around!
My boyfriends car was towed from Clear Run. Although I disagree with the established rules regarding the bleak parking at Clear Run, Earls iTowing staff are always kind and helpful.
They took my vehicle from the Firestone that was dropped off there overnight. Apparently the whole shipyard/college parking lot there is a legal tow, even in front of Firestone.
They toe did my car. And charge 25$ a day. Arm and a leg if you get paid 2 weeks later..
Terrible staff, disgusting office, and only looking to steal money from college students
These people are awful. They towed my car from my apartment complex at 8:45 but theyre not supposed to tow until 9:00. I had to pay $125 to get my car back. I went to my apartment complex to complain. The office manager called the company and the lady lied about the time but I had proof that she had lied. Its really sad that they have a monopoly on most of the apartment complexes near UNCW.
I cost me $125 to pick up my car... which was towed from my own townhouse complex. These people are predatory price gougers.
Good home cooked food.
Pricey under Toby elles especially for a small scooter would not recommend
Terrible service, i was towed out of my own parking lot new car so no pass. They did not care. When i drove away i had a flat tire there was a screw in my tire from their lot.
They charged me 225 to get my car back when they shouldn’t have towed it in the first place. &$@# Earl
Great service these guys have a hard job
Towed a car from Lumina Station who was inside Lumina Station you morons.
I am beyond tired of LIVING SOMEWHERE and not knowing my car isnt being towed by ole Earl and his big truck. Why would you ask someone to tow a car without a sticker when you CLEARLY see my car there EVERY DAY and every single lot has spaces available? Does anyone know of forest hills gets any of my $100 towing fee?
If I could give a NEGATIVE AMOUNT OF STARS, I would! No etiquette or idea of how to display customer service. These people have no decency for human compassion and provide a terrible service.
The company IS HORRIBLE AND A DANGER TO OTHER DRIVERS! I live right near this company and they have the worst drivers ever!! They will tow a car and have it going side ways down my street and then stop just before they get to their lot and then fix the way the car us sitting and then continue to drive back to the shop. I have tried to call the office about this many times and the lady that answers has always given me an attitude and basicly called me a liar. Then to top it all off one of their trucks stopped in front of my home this morning at 5:15am to adjust the way he dragging this car (looked like he was adding some sort of extra wheels) and gets my dogs barking like crazy waking up my whole house just because these people cant be bothered to Tow a car properly until the get to the street their shop is on.... THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN BEFORE ONE THESE DUMBASS DRIVERS GETS SOMEONE HURT CUZ OF TOWING A CAR HALF SIDEWAYS. Plus lots of people I know have told me they have had their car towed out of the parking lot at the grocery store. HORRIBLY NASTY UNSAFE COMPANY WHO DOES NOT CARE
Earls towing took my vehicle from the apartment complex I live at after my pass was stolen. I showed proof of it being stolen. They made no effort to make things right, the employees were rude and unprofessional. They talked down on me as if I was stupid and accused me of letting the pass get stolen. They charged me $100 to get my vehicle back after a 0.7 mile tow.
Yes I was driving down the road and seen my van hook up to EARL,S WRECKER SERVICEI chase driver down and he said the hoa had call him to pick up my vanWell number one it was not on hoa it was park on side of roadWell we ducuss it they would not give me the guy number who call in but they sure ook my hard earn money 150.00They are theves like a snake if they can take you money from you they will just give them a try .
Great people doing a dirty job.
Great helping service.
Very fast service with a smile.
No complaints
Rented a UHaul and staff was great
Super nice guys! Their job is to tow people that dont follow parking rules and they follow through!
They are okay, i guess. Although I havent really delt with other companies.
Got towed out of my own parking spot in my own community where my tags are registered and my parking decal has mysteriously disappeared from my dash...the woman who answered the phone when I called was rude and cussed at me so I just hung up why tf Is this place still in buisness
I am a ethical, moral, hardworking and law abiding citizen and past long time business owner myself. This company is the MOST UNETHICAL, GREEDY, SCUM OF A SO CALLED BUSINESS that I have ever and I mean ever encountered in the 58 years of my female life. This is based on multiple dealings with them. Earls Wrecker Service, its a service alright, a service from HELL.Towing companies have a job to do, and of course there will be disgruntled customers with that job. That is not what is in question here about Earls Wrecker Services. I am talking about a PREDATORY, LOW CLASS GREEDY OWNER AND/OR EMPLOYEES that obviously get their sick thrills, highs and greedy lusts out of the WAY THEY DO THEIR BUSINESS.The COMPANIES AND APARTMENT COMPLEXES OR INDIVIDUAL that gives this EARLS WRECKER SERVICE a contract for supervising (HA).......their parking/towing problems NEED TO SEE THAT BY PATRONIZING THEIR BUSINESS IT IS A REFLECTION OF THEIR OWN BUSINESS AND THEY NEED TO STOP USING THIS SAD EXCUSE OF AN SO CALLED AMERICAN BUSINESS. Please Please BOYCOTT this embarrassing and shameful excuse of what is not deserving of a business title. I have also filed a review with the BBB.
Came into town very late, to help a friend out, parked right beside a visitor spot, they came in the dark of night and charged 125 dollars to tow my car just over a mile.Sad to see that this is how people make there money these days.
My son was towed within 3 minutes of getting out of his car to visit a friend. Didnt even make it to the door before they were hooking up and was told Sorry once a vehicle has been hooked up they have to tow.
Employees were very rude. This company is constantly harrassing me after previous incident. They tow my car in a visitor spot or not. Very shisty people.
New car, havent gotten my pass yet. They take every opportunity to gouge you. These people are worse than tax collectors.
